Abstract

Abstract: This paper will present the concept of character education in Islamic boarding schools that have provided many benefits to the community. Islamic boarding schools are the right place to implement character education. In Hasan Baharun's concept, the concept of character education in Islamic boarding schools is called Total Moral Quality (TMQ). In this case the researcher is interested in examining whether this concept is very influential on the character of students by doing research in Islamic boarding schools. That way the researcher can conclude that, Total Moral Quality (TMQ) said by Hasan Baharun is the concept of education that is very influential on the character of students in the pesantren. because, in this concept will form a perfect human being who always makes noble character as a basis in every activity of his life.الملخص : ستعرض هذه الورقة مفهوم تعليم الشخصيات في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية التي قدمت العديد من الفوائد للمجتمع. المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية هي المكان المناسب لتنفيذ تعليم الشخصيات. في مفهوم حسن بهارون ، يسمى مفهوم تعليم الشخصيات في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية "الجودة الأخلاقية الشاملة" (TMQ) ، وفي هذه الحالة يهتم الباحث بفحص ما إذا كان هذا المفهوم له تأثير كبير على طبيعة الطلاب من خلال إجراء الأبحاث في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية. وبهذه الطريقة ، يمكن للباحث أن يخلص إلى أن الجودة الأخلاقية الشاملة (TMQ) التي قالها حسن بهارون هي مفهوم التعليم المؤثر جداً على شخصية الطلاب في المدارس الداخلية. لأنه ، في هذا المفهوم سوف يشكل الإنسان المثالي الذي يجعل دائما شخصية النبيل كأساس في كل نشاط من حياته

Abstract

Di era pendidikan 4.0 banyaknya penurunan minat baca siswa dikarenakan beberapa hal, diantaranya berkembangnya IT, tersedianya geogle yang bisa membantu siswa menjawab segala pertanyaaan dan tersedianya beberapa akun media social yang digemari siswa-siswi seperti, Fb, Ig, Wa, Telegram, Line, Twitter dan bebrapa varian game online serta sepak bola sangat berdampak pada minat siswa dalam membaca.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang “Upaya Kepala Sekolah Dalam Mengembangkan Aspek Literasi Siswa Melalui Perpus SMA Tunas Luhur”, dengan menggunakan metodelogi penelitian Kualitatif  jenis study kasus di SMA Tunas Luhur tahun 2022. instrumen yang peneliti gunakan data dokumen, penggunaan hp dan recorder ketika wawancara berlangsung.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut   upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan aspek literasi siswa melalui perpustakaan SMA Tunas Luhur ada empat yaitu koleksi buku, program perpustakaan, system dan manajemen penyelenggaraan serta sarana  prasarana . Empat cara ini di upayakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan aspek litersai siswa di SMA Tunas Luhur terutama dalam hal membaca..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of parents in improving children's emotional intelligence with a focus on analyzing factors that increase emotional intelligence and strategies to increase emotional intelligence. This research was conducted in Alaspandan Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo. The research method used is qualitative, using a phenomenological approach—the source of data from research informants and library sources. The research informants consisted of two parents and children. At the same time, library sources comprised books, journals and research results. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The study's results revealed that there were two influencing factors, namely internal and external. The research findings revealed that of the two, the internal factor became the most dominant factor, namely the family environment. The interactions and socialization that occur within the family have a dominant influence on the emotional development of children. The strategies used by parents to improve children's emotional intelligence are getting used to interacting with children, developing self-confidence, building child empathy, providing good role models, and controlling children's emotions.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the urgency of Islamic education as a shield from the problem of social disorder in humans. Islamic education has a very strategic position in the development of human nature. Therefore, the study of education has attracted many experts, one of them is Al-Ghazali. In his theory, introducing that one of the substances of education is al-aql (thinking) can determine human thinking that leads to positive or negative things depending on someone who reacts. The research used a descriptive-analytical type. With content analysis techniques. This research uses a library research type approach. The results show that Islamic education in the disruptive era is able to overcome the social disorders that exist in society. It is realized that Social disorder is a pest in people's lives that has side effects on a person, so it is not able to explore itself given the disruptive era brought a lot of progress in the field of science and technology.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the role of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of human resources in the school. The problem of human resources in various schools is that the quality is not optimal and evenly distributed. The method and type of data collection in this research is library research by collecting books, journals and the results of previous studies that support research themes, including literature on leadership which includes the role of the principal's leadership, quality improvement, and human resources at school. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable is the most important and urgent variable in the effort to create or realize quality education.
