Abstract

This study aims to investigate an adaptive curriculum serving as a medium to build public trust at Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Tompokersan Lumajang, East Java. It is qualitative using phenomenological methods. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. They were analyzed through several steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of an adaptive curriculum was done by optimizing the role of school committees, developing excellent school, offering variations in extracurricular activities to motivate students, and providing counseling guidance programs. This research suggests the importance of innovation in delivering education to meet the social dynamics and global change.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about improve of the children's natural intelligence with nature-based learning. This research was conducted at the Institute of Learning Group Mutiara Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo using qualitative research methods with case study type. The sample in the study was principal, teacher A and teacher B. The result of this research, then first  learning design. Learning devices are arranged to fit the purpose of learning. Then the formation of the child's natural intelligence. Nature-based learning is carried out in accordance with the plan that has been prepared with nature arranged interesting activities outside the classroom. The last, factors that affect a child's natural intelligence. Among other factors from the school environment, family environment and community environment

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management of finger painting games in improving fine motor skills in children with ingredients obtained and relatively inexpensive, namely dish soap concoction. The research method uses a qualitative approach to get an idea of the finger painting game (concoctions dishwashing soap) direct observations when doing finger painting at RA Maysitoh VI. Sources of information were obtained from interviews with school principals, teachers, parents, and students. The results showed; RA Maysitoh VI institution implements finger painting game management in stimulating students' motoric growth using, planning activities, implementing fun finger painting methods, and assessing children's development. The results obtained by playing finger painting (concoctions dishwashing soap) showed significant effects on children's motor skills as indicated by their interest in forming flowers, writing letters, and making patterns with their finger brushes. This finger painting activity indirectly trains the flexibility of the child's fingers in carrying out further fine motor activities such as writing, cutting, tearing, collage, and so on

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang pengaruh manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dan efektifitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dan efektifitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Nurul Jadid, Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis data kuantitatif dengan penelitian regresi linier berganda yang menggunakan rumus parsial somers’d dimana variabel X1 diuji kekorelasiannya terhadap Y (X1-Y) dan X2 terhadap Y (X2-Y) serta menggunakan rumus simultan untuk regresi linier sederhana dengan variabel X1, X2 terhadap variabel Y (X1,X2-Y). Adapun data yang diperoleh dari analisis tersebut menunjukan terjadinya signifikan dengan Approx. Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 artinya, bahwa nilai data lebih kecil daripada 0.05 secara parsial yang menggunakan rumus somers’d, dan Approx. Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, yang artinya bahwa nilai data lebih kecil dari 0.05 secara simultan dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

This study to determine the challenges of boarding school education in fostering the character of millennial santri at Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School, which is a boarding school that educates and fosters the character of students. This research uses qualitative research with a type of case study. The informants in this study were the boarding school caretakers, namely the kyai, the ustadz / ustadzah and students in the boarding school environment. The results of the research regarding the challenges that must be faced by students are as follows: first, cultural differentiation. One way of communicating is that the culture and personality of the students are different. Second, the uswah factor. Exemplary and role models for students in Islamic boarding schools. Third. Impact technology. Be aware of advances in technology and information for students so that they are not left behind. Fourth. Double Personality.

Abstract

This paper contributes a lot to the establishment of education in student learning, especially in improving students' active thinking ability. This is due to the lack of qualified sources of educators and hali is focused on educators, because the ability to manage the class become one of the characteristics of a professional teacher. Professional teachers not only have the ability to manage the class well but also skilled in organizing learners to always play an active role and able to improve achievement in learning. The main task of the teacher is to create an atmosphere in the classroom so that the interaction of teaching and learning can motivate the students to learn well and earnestly. For this reason the teacher should have the ability to do good teaching and learning interactions. One capability that is very important is the ability to manage classes. Teachers with all their abilities, students with all backgrounds and individual traits, curriculum with all its components, and materials and learning resources with all its subjects meet and chime and interact in the classroom. In fact, activities that occur in the classroom determine the outcome of an education and learning. Therefore, good classroom management is needed, effective and efficient for teaching and learning activities to run well and educational objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the concept of curriculum management implementation in the learning of the kitab kuning at Islamic boarding schools. Through good and correct management of kitab kuning learning, it is expected that kitab kuning learning outcomes can be achieved optimally. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results showed that the management of the kitab kuning curriculum in pesantren was carried out in an integrated manner, because the integrated curriculum had a learning approach that allowed students, both individually and in groups to actively search, explore, and find concepts. Not to forget this integrated curriculum is a new curriculum without leaving the previous curriculum model, so that the integration of the old and new curriculum models can strengthen pesantren education as a unique, creative, and unique institution.

Abstract

This study describes transformative leadership and work commitment in improving the quality of education at an Aliyah level educational institution in Probolinggo Regency. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The type of research used is a single instrumental case study, namely efforts to improve the quality of education through principal leadership and teacher loyalty. The data analysis used is theme analysis. The purpose of this study is to provide additional insight into efforts to improve the quality of education through transformative leadership and work commitment. The results of this study are that there are several things in the application of transformative leadership and work commitment in improving the quality of education at an Aliyah level educational institution in Probolinggo Regency, namely (1) Teamwork, (2) Motivation, (3) A pleasant work climate.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper will present the concept of character education in Islamic boarding schools that have provided many benefits to the community. Islamic boarding schools are the right place to implement character education. In Hasan Baharun's concept, the concept of character education in Islamic boarding schools is called Total Moral Quality (TMQ). In this case the researcher is interested in examining whether this concept is very influential on the character of students by doing research in Islamic boarding schools. That way the researcher can conclude that, Total Moral Quality (TMQ) said by Hasan Baharun is the concept of education that is very influential on the character of students in the pesantren. because, in this concept will form a perfect human being who always makes noble character as a basis in every activity of his life.الملخص : ستعرض هذه الورقة مفهوم تعليم الشخصيات في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية التي قدمت العديد من الفوائد للمجتمع. المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية هي المكان المناسب لتنفيذ تعليم الشخصيات. في مفهوم حسن بهارون ، يسمى مفهوم تعليم الشخصيات في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية "الجودة الأخلاقية الشاملة" (TMQ) ، وفي هذه الحالة يهتم الباحث بفحص ما إذا كان هذا المفهوم له تأثير كبير على طبيعة الطلاب من خلال إجراء الأبحاث في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية. وبهذه الطريقة ، يمكن للباحث أن يخلص إلى أن الجودة الأخلاقية الشاملة (TMQ) التي قالها حسن بهارون هي مفهوم التعليم المؤثر جداً على شخصية الطلاب في المدارس الداخلية. لأنه ، في هذا المفهوم سوف يشكل الإنسان المثالي الذي يجعل دائما شخصية النبيل كأساس في كل نشاط من حياته

Abstract

Di era pendidikan 4.0 banyaknya penurunan minat baca siswa dikarenakan beberapa hal, diantaranya berkembangnya IT, tersedianya geogle yang bisa membantu siswa menjawab segala pertanyaaan dan tersedianya beberapa akun media social yang digemari siswa-siswi seperti, Fb, Ig, Wa, Telegram, Line, Twitter dan bebrapa varian game online serta sepak bola sangat berdampak pada minat siswa dalam membaca.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang “Upaya Kepala Sekolah Dalam Mengembangkan Aspek Literasi Siswa Melalui Perpus SMA Tunas Luhur”, dengan menggunakan metodelogi penelitian Kualitatif  jenis study kasus di SMA Tunas Luhur tahun 2022. instrumen yang peneliti gunakan data dokumen, penggunaan hp dan recorder ketika wawancara berlangsung.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut   upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan aspek literasi siswa melalui perpustakaan SMA Tunas Luhur ada empat yaitu koleksi buku, program perpustakaan, system dan manajemen penyelenggaraan serta sarana  prasarana . Empat cara ini di upayakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk mengembangkan aspek litersai siswa di SMA Tunas Luhur terutama dalam hal membaca..
