Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran Carousel Feedback dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn kelas V SD Negeri Tiakur. Penelitian ini berupa tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek siswa kelas V berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata kelas: pada pra-siklus sebesar 59,5, siklus I menjadi 62,83, dan siklus II menjadi 73,16. Jumlah siswa yang mencapai nilai KKM meningkat dari 10 orang pada pra-siklus menjadi 26 orang pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan juga meningkat, yakni 33,3% pada pra-siklus, 56,6% pada siklus I, dan 86,6% pada siklus II. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Model Pembelajaran Carousel Feedback berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri Tiakur.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Civics students of grade IV of Tiakur State Elementary School through the Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning model. This classroom action research involved 30 students with data collection techniques through observation and written tests. The results showed a significant increase from cycle I to cycle II, where the percentage of students achieving scores above the KKM increased from 32.14% to 100%, with an average final score of 76.66. The application of the Teams Games Tournament model has proven effective in creating an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, so that it can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is to describe the process of planting social and emotional attitudes of students in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 2 Ambon. The method used in this study is Quantitative with survey approach. Meanwhile, data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires. The results showed that in general the social and emotional attitudes of students are in the good category. On the aspect of social attitudes, the majority of students showed good cooperation, good manners towards teachers and friends, a sense of responsibility in the group, an open attitude towards differences, and active participation in discussion activities and group projects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning model on the critical thinking skills of class IV A students at SDN 2 Latihan SPG Ambon. In this study, there was a low level of critical thinking skills in students due to the teaching and learning process still using conventional learning models, which do not support the development of students' critical thinking skills. The problem based learning model is a solution to improve the critical thinking skills of class IV A students at SDN 2 Latihan SPG Ambon. With this model, students will be accustomed to facing various problems and finding solutions through in-depth discussions and explorations. The method used is quantitative with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was all 26 class IVA students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, tests (pretest and posttest), and documentation. The instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being used. The method used in this writing is to apply the paired sample t test to test the hypothesis and the N-gain test to assess the effect of the learning model. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by researchers with the help of SPSS, it can be concluded; (1) For the paired sample t test, the sig. value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 where H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be seen that there is an average difference between the pre-test and post-test results which means that the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills. (2) For the N-gain test results, a score of 0.8479 was obtained, meaning that the level of learning by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is in the high category to improve the critical thinking skills of class IV A students at SDN 2 Latihan SPG Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning styles on learning motivation of third grade students of SD Negeri 2 Latihan SPG Ambon. The background of this research is based on the diversity of learning styles of students (visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic) that have not been fully accommodated in learning, as well as the low learning motivation experienced by some students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. The sample in this study were all third grade students as many as 36 people, who were selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through a learning style questionnaire and a learning motivation questionnaire before and after treatment, and supported by observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study showed a significant effect of learning style on learning motivation (sig. 0.000 <0.05). The average motivation increased after learning adapted to visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic learning styles

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference between learning outcomes before and after using the Kahoot application in social studies lessons in Grade V elementary school. The research used a quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental approach and a non-equivalent control group design. The results showed that there was a significant increase in learning outcomes and motivation after using Kahoot media in Grade V students at Negeri 01 Fena Fafan Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the numbered head together cooperative learning model to improve the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study used a quantitative research design with a pre-experimental design. The sample used in this study consisted of 20 fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 29 Ambon. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were the N-Gain test, and Normality test. The results showed that: 1) the application of the cooperative learning model type (NHT) was very effective in the learning process, 2) there was an increase in students' critical thinking skills in social studies using the application of the cooperative learning model type (NHT).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the giving question and getting answer learning model on IPAS learning outcomes in fourth grade elementary school students. This study uses pre-experimental research that examines the effect of the giving question and getting answer learning model on IPAS learning outcomes in fourth grade students at SD Negeri 29 Ambon. The research design used is a one group pretest and posttest design. The sample used consisted of 19 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 29 Ambon. The research instruments used were observation, tests, and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used validation and reliability tests as well as prerequisite analysis tests. The results showed that: 1) The application of the Giving Question and Getting Answer cooperative learning model was very effective in the learning process, 2) By comparing the sig value and the degree of freedom, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because the Sing value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the application of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of using the RADEC learning model on improving the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Inpres 07 Fena Fafan. The type of research used is quantitative research using pre-experimental methods and applying a one group pretest posttest design. The sample used was fifth grade students of SD Inpres 07 Fena Fafan, totalling 20 students. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that the use of the RADEC learning model in social studies class V SD Inpres 07 Fena Fafan for the material of the arrival of the western nation in Indonesia proved to have an effect on student learning outcomes

Abstract

21st-century education demands the development of students' emotional intelligence as a foundation for academic success and psychological well-being. Preliminary observations at SD Negeri 1 Rumah Tiga revealed that fifth-grade students had low abilities in recognizing their emotions, empathizing, and building positive social relationships due to conventional learning that had not optimally developed social-emotional aspects. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the discovery learning model in social studies to improve students' emotional intelligence. This quantitative research involved 32 fifth-grade students as the sample. The instrument used was an emotional intelligence questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.872. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and N-Gain test. The results showed an increase in mean emotional intelligence scores from 61.25 (pretest) to 78.40 (posttest), with an improvement of 17.15 points. All emotional intelligence indicators improved significantly: self-awareness (60.5% to 77.1%), self-management (58.2% to 75.2%), motivation (64.5% to 82.0%), empathy (56.6% to 74.2%), and social awareness (59.6% to 76.2%). It can be concluded that the discovery learning model effectively improves students' emotional intelligence through systematic learning syntax including stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, verification, and drawing conclusions. This model is recommended as an alternative for social studies learning that comprehensively develops students' cognitive and emotional aspects. ABSTRAK Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut pengembangan kecerdasan emosional siswa sebagai fondasi keberhasilan akademik dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Observasi awal di SD Negeri 1 Rumah Tiga menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan siswa kelas V dalam mengenali emosi diri, berempati, dan menjalin hubungan sosial positif akibat pembelajaran konvensional yang belum optimal mengembangkan aspek sosial-emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model discovery learning dalam pembelajaran IPS untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 32 siswa kelas V sebagai sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kecerdasan emosional skala Likert 4 poin dengan nilai reliabilitas Cronbach's Alpha 0,872. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata kecerdasan emosional dari 61,25 (pretest) menjadi 78,40 (posttest) dengan peningkatan 17,15 poin. Seluruh indikator kecerdasan emosional meningkat signifikan: kesadaran diri (60,5% menjadi 77,1%), pengelolaan diri (58,2% menjadi 75,2%), motivasi (64,5% menjadi 82,0%), empati (56,6% menjadi 74,2%), dan kepedulian sosial (59,6% menjadi 76,2%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model discovery learning efektif meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa melalui sintaks pembelajaran sistematis yang mencakup stimulasi, identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, pembuktian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Model ini direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran IPS yang mengembangkan aspek kognitif dan emosional siswa secara komprehensif.
