Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Konsel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan sebab peneliti turun langsung ke lokasi penelitian (sekolah). Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket berstruktur skala likert disertai observasi. Skala ini dikemas dengan menampilkan empat pilihan jawaban yaitu sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju dan sangat tidak setuju. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase sikap sangat setuju 96%, setuju 4%, tidak setuju 0%, dan sangat tidak setuju 0%. Sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Konsel berada pada kategori sangat setuju, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Konsel bersikap positif terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the ability to write procedural texts of the 11th grade students of SMA Al-Qur’an Wahdah Islamiyah Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This type of research falls into the category of field research. It is called field research because the researcher goes directly to the school where the research is conducted. Based on the results and analysis conducted, it can be concluded that out of 46 students in the 11th grade of SMA Al-Qur’an Wahdah Islamiyah Kendari, individually, 35 students (76.98%) are categorized as capable, and 11 students (23.91%) are categorized as not yet capable of writing procedural texts. This can be seen from the students' scores in the research. The structure of the procedural text includes: goal (100%), steps (95.65%), reaffirmation (91.30%). The linguistic features of procedural texts include: imperative verbs (95.65%), additive conjunctions (100%), persuasive statements (65.21%), technical terms (17.39%), tool descriptions (4.34%).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the social reality in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi Ekowati. This study is a type of library research. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The data in this study were analyzed using a sociology of literature approach. Based on the results of the study in the novel Merindu Cahaya de Amstel by Arumi Ekowati and the conclusion there is a social reality about family disorganization, the existence of family relationship breakdowns and its impact on individuals in building identity and facing social life, social reality about culture oriented towards diaspora and cultural identity, multicultural interaction, cultural heritage and cultural preservation, social reality about religion oriented towards spiritual journey, challenges in practicing Islamic teachings, and how a convert struggles to maintain his faith, social reality about education oriented towards access, support, and academic dynamics in the education system, social reality about the economy oriented towards survival strategies and individual financial independence in facing economic challenges, social reality about the problems of the younger generation in modern society oriented towards independence, challenges in finding work, economic struggles, to the search for the meaning of life, and social reality about violations of community norms on awareness of human rights, protection of women, and individual struggles to uphold justice in the face of acts of violence or coercion.
