Abstract

This training activity aims to train final year students in Accounting Education Study Program Faculty of Economics, State University of Makassar in the processing of statistical data, which includes simple regression analysis, multiple regression, and correlation. The knowledge and skills acquired by the students are expected to be applied in completing the final task. Implementation of statistical data processing training is running smoothly in accordance with the expected by the implementing team. This is shown by the enthusiasm of the trainees in following the materials as well as the given paracels. The success of this activity is caused by several factors: the students of the trainees are familiar with the implementing team so as to facilitate their directing, the training material is very much needed by the students to improve their understanding and ability in statistical data processing. in preparing the final assignment of students. The limitations felt by the implementing team are the supporting facilities in the form of computer owned by the laboratory is not sufficient in terms of quantity. This resulted in training done by adjusting the laboratory conditions, which of course the delivery of material is not optimal

Abstract

A payroll accounting system is really needed in a company that can deal directly with employees. The payroll system functions in managing payment transactions for services carried out by employees who have a manager level position. Payroll-related activities (information regarding recruitment, dismissal, transfer, training, etc.) and collection of information regarding the use of employee time that occurs every day. However, the actual processing of payroll only occurs periodically because in most organizations employees are paid weekly, biweekly, or monthly rather than daily. Therefore, payroll is a continuous application that is processed in batch mode. The subject of this research is one of the administrative staff informants at the BPDAS Jeneberang Saddang office, while the results of this research are using documentation guidelines and interview guidelines taken using direct interview and documentation techniques. Data collection is carried out using a direct acquisition system from the parties concerned. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research results show that the payroll system that occurs at the BPDAS Jeneberang Saddang office is in accordance with the Operational Procedure System (SOP) that has been established by the Ministry of Finance, namely the payroll system that is implemented at the BPDAS Jeneberang Saddang office is good in terms of providing documents relating to payroll system. The payroll system used by the BPDAS Jeneberang Saddang office is technology-based using the GPP (Central Civil Servant Salary) application system and other supporting documents such as changes to employee salary lists, making SPP (Payment Request Letters), SSP (Tax Payment Letters), SPM ( Payment Order), and finally SP2D (Funds Disbursement Order).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock prices of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were collected from coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a five-year period. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that CR, EPS, and DER have a significant influence on the stock prices of mining companies, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar siswa secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran Akuntansi SMKN 2 Majene. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMKN 2 Majene yang berjumlah 71 siswa, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling, sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 71 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi SMKN 2. Variabel motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi SMKN 2. Variabel kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi SMKN 2 Majene.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi sejauh mana engagement influencer dapat meningkatkan penjualan harian KAKU FOOD di Makassar serta bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi daya saingnya di industri kuliner lokal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada satu pelaku UMKM yang memanfaatkan jasa engagement influencer untuk meningkatkan omzet harian dan daya saing di era ekonomi digital. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi aktivitas media sosial, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, koding, dan penentuan tema dengan triangulasi sumber (pemilik, konsumen, dan dokumen) untuk menjaga keabsahan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa engagement influencer berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing KAKU FOOD melalui pembentukan citra merek positif, perluasan jangkauan promosi, dan terbentuknya loyalitas pelanggan. Namun, kualitas produk yang konsisten, harga yang wajar, dan pelayanan yang baik tetap menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga kepercayaan konsumen. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pergeseran strategi dari Key Opinion Leader (KOL) berbayar menuju Key Opinion Customer (KOC) sebagai bentuk efisiensi biaya pemasaran bagi UMKM.
