Abstract

Pinrang Regency is one of the main rice-producing areas in Indonesia with great agricultural potential. The management of rice production by local farmers still faces various challenges, such as lack of knowledge and skills in production management and limited use of modern technology. This problem has an impact on low productivity and quality of crops as well as difficulties in accessing a wider market, which ultimately affects the economic welfare of farmers. This research aims to increase the capacity of farmers through strengthening partnerships with rice industry mills and developing effective marketing strategies. The implementation of this research is divided into three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Through coordination meetings, factory visits, and discussions, it is hoped that stronger cooperation and wider market access will be established. The success of this program indicates the importance of collaboration between farmers, industry, and the government in improving rice production management and the economic welfare of the community. This program is expected to be a successful model that can be replicated in other rice-producing regions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan karir dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunkan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS) v.19 dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara Parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Selain itu ada pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil statistik F hitung sebesar 62,893 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Oleh karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), maka penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa “Diduga bahwa Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang”.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur perjalanan dinas karyawan pada PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk-Honda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berdasarkan tingkat ekspiansinya yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif atau penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hasil observasi dan menganalisa data-data yang diperoleh dilapangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa hasil wawancara dan melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan melakukan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis kualitatif yang berdasarkan observasi dan hasil wawancara terkait prosedur perjalanan dinas karyawan pada PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk-Honda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur perjalanan dinas karyawan pada PT Astra International Tbk-Honda dimulai dari beberapa tahapan: 1. Persiapan perjalanan dinas, 2. Pelaksanaan Perjalanan dinas, 3. Pengisian form perjalanan dinas, 4. Pembuatan laporan perjalanan dinas dan nota-nota/deklarasi, 5. Proses pembuatan BPH, sampai ke finance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan gaji terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Parepare. Metode analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 20 dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh parsial yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan gaji tidak berpengaruh secara parsial. Secara simultan, ketiga faktor tersebut memengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and express the relationship that exists in the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee productivity at the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religion Office, both partially and simultaneously. The analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Rehability Test, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2 Test) with a total sample respondents of 41 people. The results showed that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect partially on work productivity (Y) of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religion Office, with a t-count value of 5.844> t-table 2.024 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on work productivity (Y) of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, with a t-count value of 2.588> t-table 2.024 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05. Each variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religious Affairs Office with an F-count value of 45.695> F-table 3.24 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of motivation and job stress on employee performance at PT Makassar Raya Motor (Daihatsu) Parepare. The research method used in measuring the effectiveness of employee performance is the saturation sampling method. Then motivation and job stress become independent variables in improving employee performance so that, this research describes a discussion of motivation and job stress. The research results show that both motivation and job stress have a significant and significant effect on employee performance at PT Makassar Raya Motor. One sample from the object of research in this article, namely PT Makassar Raya Motor, which is a Daihatsu car dealer, is required to increase its ability to face competition. One way to increase abilities is to pay attention to the motivation and stress factors of the workforce, in this case, the employees of the marketing division.

Abstract

This research focuses on Digital Marketing Strategies to Increase Consumer Product Sales in the Digital Era. The findings highlight the positive role of digital marketing strategies, such as online advertising campaigns and consumer data analysis, in boosting sales. Technology Acceptance Theory and the Consumer Behavior Model are utilized to understand consumer responses. The results indicate that TAM concepts, like usefulness and ease of use, significantly influence consumer acceptance of online advertising campaigns. By understanding the consumer journey stages and personalizing messages, companies can create relevant customer experiences. Consumer data analysis helps companies stay competitive in the evolving digital market. The research conclusion emphasizes the need for continuous adaptation to technology and consumer behaviour for company success in the digital era.
