Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of product design, price, and promotion on impulsive buying of The Originote products in TikTok Shop. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The sample in this study were students who had purchased The Originote products in TikTok Shop. Respondents used in this study amounted to 112 people. Primary data in this study were collected by means of questionnaires or distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from journals and internet media. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis methods, classical assumption tests, validity and reliability tests, research hypothesis tests, and coefficients of determination using the SPSS 26 program. This type of research is quantitative research. The results showed that partially product design (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Product design is the most dominant variable influencing impulsive buying of The Originote products in TikTok Shop among students of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The adjusted R square value is 21.5% while the remaining 78.5% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe about international human resource management and labour relations in developing human resources Indonesia-Japan TITP (Technical Intern Training Program). In his research, the type of research methods used in thi research in decriptive. Data collection thecnicues used is a review of the literatur or literature studies using data from books, documents, journals, and data analysis technique used is qualitativ data analysis technique. The results of studiey is in IHRM, the organizations competitive strategy. This srategy is developed in two ways: 1. Proactively, as a proactive strategy to address expected market forces. 2. Reactively, in reaction to the market conditions, the organization is facing. In the majority of businesses, a combination of these forces leads to the development of strategies. Indicate that the form of cooperation between Indonesia and Japan is funcional cooperation.even though Japan is the initiator country in this case study in the formation of this TITP program, there are interests between the two countries that need one another. Through the tranfer of skills helped by proffessionals, the goal of this collaboration is to accept young employees from developing nation nation as job training participans in the Japanese industry whitin a set time frame. With the objective of creating human resources that can contributions to the industrial economyof the nation.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of functional value, emotional value and social value on loyalty to Garnier Brand cosmetic products in the people of Lhokseumawe City. This research obtained data by distributing questionnaires as a data collection instrument. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) tool. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a sampling technique using purposive sampling as the determinant of the sample. The population is 120 respondents who use Garnier brand cosmetics in Lhokseumawe City. Partial test results show that Functional Value has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, Emotional Value has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, and Social Value has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, customer perception, and customer involvement on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Indomaret, Lhokseumawe City. This research is categorized as quantitative. The population for this study consists of customer who have made more than one purchased at Indomaret, Lhokseumawe City. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, specially convience sampling with a sample size of 125 respondents. The study involves three types of variables: the dependent variable (Y), the independent variable (X), and the intervening variable (Z). The dependent variable in this study is customer loyalty. The independent variables are service quality, customer perception, and customer involvement, while the intervening variable is customer satisfaction. The analysis methods employed include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel tests, with data performed using SPSS 29.0. The results show that service quality, customer perception, and customer involvement each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Additionally, customer satisfaction mediates the relationships between service quality and customer loyalty, customer perception and customer loyalty, and customer involvement and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of the variables Product Quality, Price, and Location on Purchase Decision. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests, with reliability measured using Cronbach’s Alpha method. Classical assumption tests include the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test (partial) and the coefficient of determination (R²). The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26.
