Abstract

Penurunan Kinerja PT KNE Jakarta sebagai perusahaan penyalur tenaga kerja dapat diidentifikasi dengan meningkatnya permintaan tenaga kerja dari perusahaan rekanan. Penurunan permintaan tenaga kerja yang terjadi pada PT KNE Jakarta ditengah tingginya pangsa pasar mengindikasikan bahwa terjadi masalah kinerja, disamping itu beberapa respon dan unpan balik negatif yang dinyatakan perusahaan rekanan terhadap karyawan yang disalurkan membuat perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi pada sistem perekrutan tenaga kerja.Sistem rekrutmen yang efektif dapat menghasilkan kandidat tenaga kerja yang berkinerja tinggi dan kecocokan kompetensi, yang mana hal tersebut sangat penting bagi perusahaan KNE Jakarta, karena kinerja tinggi pada karyawan yang disalurkan dapat merepresentasikan kinerja KNE Jakarta atas proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan. Maka dari itu penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi sistem rekrutmen yang dilakukan saat ini. Konseptual business process improvement digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan perbaikan dari proses bisnis berkenaan dengan kegiatan recruitment process outsourcing, sehingga dapat ditemukan model strategi perekrutan tenaga kerja yang dianggap lebih efektif. Pengumpulan data internal perusahaan KNE Jakarta dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kelemahan dan keterbatasan sistem perekrutan yang dilakukan saat ini, maka berdasarkan hasil tersebut akan dilakukan evaluasi dan perbandingan pada sistem perekrutan sehingga dapat di identifikasi dan ditemukan solusi perbaikan untuk rancangan kegiatan rekrutmen selanjutnya pada proses rekrui PT KNE Jakarta. Abstract

This study aims to formulate a group of student work readiness profiles. Based on this profile, students' readiness to work will be identified. Grouping is done using data mining based on the k-means clustering algorithm. The work readiness profile group consists of student skills or abilities based on Critical Thinking/Problem Solving, Oral Communications, Written Communications, Teamwork/Collaboration, Diversity, Information Technology Application, Leadership, Lifelong Learning/Self Direction, and Professionalism / Work Ethics. The case study of grouping the profile of work readiness of students is carried out in the Industrial Engineering Study Program of Telkom University with the number of respondents 191 students in the class of 2014 who are currently taking level IV lectures. Based on the results of grouping by dividing into 9 clusters, it was identified that students who met the criteria as students were ready to succeed in work in cluster 7. The number of students in cluster 7 was 50 students with good academic skills, but less active in student activities in the field of reasoning and culture, while the work readiness tends to be very good. The highest work readiness score for cluster 7 is in Lifelong Learning/Self Direction and Teamwork/Collaboration capabilities. Oral Communications, and Leadership which are the benchmarks of student readiness in a career. Further research can be done by identifying groups of work readiness profiles for students at various levels so that they can be used as a reference for designing programs to improve work readiness that varies for each level.

Abstract

Siswa didik yang dihadapi guru-guru PGTK khususnya guru-guru PGTK di Kecamatan Arcamanik saat ini termasuk ke dalam generasi Alpha yang memiliki karakteristik khas antara lain digital native. Mereka lahir di era digital dan sudah terbiasa berinteraksi dengan gadget sejak dini. Hal ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para guru yang berasal dari generasi yang berbeda. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi guru adalah membiasakan diri dengan teknologi yang ada dan memanfaatkannya sebagai bagian dari media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam mentransfer ilmu pada siswa didiknya. Di sisi lain, para guru belum sepenuhnya terampil dapat menggunakan teknologi sebagai salah satu alat bantu media ajar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka program pengabdian masyarakat kali ini akan memfokuskan pada pendampingan pada guru-guru PGTK Kecamatan Arcamanik khususnya terkait penggunaan teknologi Canva dalam membuat proyek bahan ajar. Hasil pengukuran kemampuan menggunakan Canva sebelum dan sesudah workshoop menunjukkan bertambahnya jumlah guru yang mengetahui Canva (meningkat 21,43%) dan menggunakan Canva sebagai salah satu alat bantu ajar (meningkat 45,24%). Hal ini menjadi bekal bagi para guru untuk menerapkannya dalam praktik mengajar sehari-hari yang sejalan dengan digital native siswa didiknya.

Abstract

PT Pudak Scientific is a company engaged in the manufacture of aircraft parts industry. Meeting the precise and timely demand of aerospace parts from customers becomes a major corporate responsibility. However, Loss Revenue often occurs due to engine breakdown. So that cause because the production target is not achieved, the product reject, and the delay of delivery. One of the machines that often experience breakdown is Mori seiki NH4000 DCG. Mori seiki NH4000 DCG is the finishing machine for Blank fork End product. The demand for this part is quite large, making it a tough task for the Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG machine. But because the breakdown of the machine is high enough to cause production targets every month are often not met. In addition, Maintenance activities that have not noticed the characteristics of engine damage, as well as the distribution of historical data of the machine causing less effective and efficient actions resulted in substantial Maintenance costs. Based on the results of risk analysis of Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG engine damage, in terms of performance loss system caused by a large enough that is 3.773% of machine production capacity per year. This figure exceeds the risk acceptance criteria by the company that is 2%. Therefore it is necessary to find the appropriate Maintenance policy for the Mori Seiki NH4000 DCG machine. The approach is to use Reliability Centeres Maintenance and Risk Based Maintenance. Based on the above two approaches obtained the appropriate interval time so that the Maintenance activities more effective and can improve the efficiency of treatment by reducing the cost of care previously Rp167.506.286, - per year, to Rp 96.147.061, - per year. With the policy is expected to reduce engine breakdown and performance loss caused. So the number of risks that arise for the future are within the criteria of acceptance set by the company. Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic led to several adjustments in the workplace. Working from home or having flexible arrangements (FWA) has become standard practice in many workplaces. A Bandung-based private institution implemented a similar setup. FWA practices, tenure, and gender, as well as the combination of the three, had a substantial impact on the relationship dimension of subjective well-being. The association between the influence of FWA on the relational dimension of subjective well-being is strengthened by the effects of tenure and gender. This indicates that in this case where respondent used FWA, had a longer tenure, and is the same gender as his or her co-workers, they positively interact with other individuals (in a work setting, according to the context of this research). With the addition of other criteria (tenure and gender), the favorable perspective on the relationship of subjective well-being was amplified. FWA practices generated a positive perception of subjective well-being.

Abstract

Abstract-Pharmaceutical companies are the manufacturers of medications and supplements needed by many people. The competition between all the pharmaceutical companies are getting harder and it’s push the needs to managing their internal business process to produce their products up to the regulations and fulfilling the costumers’ expectations. PT. Combiphar is one of the company in the pharmaceutical field. Currently they’re using KPI with the model of balanced scorecard. KPI is a set of measured performance measurement and need a set of monitoring system to make sure it’s remained on the optimum conditions to be a performance measurement tool that is in accordance with company needs. The company currently use a method to set the weight of their KPI based on the top management’s decision in order to set it on each periods. This research’s goals are to discussing the KPI’s weighting method the company currently use, AHP and scoring methods with OMAX and TLS. From this research, there are indications that 42 monthly achievement of KPI are in the red category, 36 monthly achievement of KPI are in the yellow category and 17 monthly achievement of KPI are in the green category. Abstract

BPR XYZ merupakan perusahaan jasa keuangandi Denpasar Selatan, Bali, berdiri sejak 1988 yang menyadaripentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mencapaivisi dan misi perusahaan. Namun, performa karyawanmengalamni penurunan karena ada yang menunda pekerjaan,tidak menyelesaikan tugas, dan membebani rekan kerja.Kurangnya ketelitian karyawan juga menyebabkan kesalahandalam pengolahan transaksi sehingga merugikan pencapaiantarget perusahaan. Karyawan divisi operasional merasa tidakpuas dengan sistem penilaian kinerja yang tidak sesuai denganpekerjaan mereka. Hal ini mengancam pencapaian targetkarena kurangnya perhatian kepada kesalahan dan kelalaiankaryawan. Motivasi meningkatkan kualitas kerja punberkurang karena penilaian kurang objektif dan tidakmencerminkan kinerja sebenarnya. Untuk mengatasi masalahini, dilakukan perancangan sistem penilaian kinerjamenggunakan metode rating sacle dan weighted product danmenghasilkan 7 kriteria baru yang lebih sesuai denganpekerjaan karyawan divisi operasional. Dengan adanyapenilaian kinerja usulan diharapkan karyawan akan merasalebih dihargai serta meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas kerjamereka serta membantu mencapai target perusahaan denganlebih efisien. Abstract

This study investigates the speaking anxiety levels of EFL students enrolled in English medium classes (EMI) in a private university. Factors causing students’ speaking anxiety and potential strategies to reduce the speaking anxiety were also examined. Eighty-nine EMI students from ten undergraduate study programs were the respondents of this study. Data were collected by using Horwitz et al.’s (1986) anxiety survey. Findings showed that EMI students exhibited low-level English-speaking anxiety. The cross-tabulation data demonstrated that students perceived comprehension apprehension as the paramount anxiety factor. To reduce their comprehension apprehension, students prefer their lecturers not to over-react their speaking mistakes and degrade them when they make speaking mistakes. These imply that these findings can be used as consideration for preparatory programs for students and lecturers in EMI classes.

Abstract

Wawasan karir menjadi salah satu aspek penting bagi remaja di jenjang pendidikan menengah atas. Hal ini karena mereka akan segera dihadapkan pada pilihan untuk menentukan jurusan atau program studi di tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Adanya mahasiswa yang setelah masuk di suatu jurusan tertentu merasa salah memilih jurusan merupakan salah satu akibat dari kurangnya wawasan karir saat berada di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang diselenggarakan adalah memberikan edukasi wawasan karir kepada siswa SMA. Rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu pre seminar, pelaksanaan seminar, serta post seminar. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini menunjuukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan wawasan karir di kalangan siswa SWA menjadi 98%. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengarahkan siswa untuk dapat mempersiapkan karir setelah menempuh studi SMA dengan lebih baik. Aktivitas pendukung lainnya dapat dilaukan untuk mematangkah perkembangan karir sesuai tahapannya.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu dimiliki oleh pendamping akademik SMA dalam menjalankan perannya. Keberadaan pendamping akademik memiliki kontribusi untuk mendukung kesuksesan akademik dari siswa, terutama dalam hal dukungan sosial dan emosional, menyiapkan pengalaman belajar dan karir di masa depan. Seiring dengan transisi generasi dari peserta didik, para guru pendamping akademik memiliki kendala dalam hal komunikasi yang sesuai. Peserta didik mayoritas berasal dari kalangan generasi Z yang memiliki kebutuhan cara komunikasi berbeda, yaitu preferensi komunikasi digital. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan terkait metode komunikasi untuk mendukung penguatan peran pendamping akademik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara langsung pada 25 Oktober 2024 dihadiri oleh 40 orang guru SMAN 14 Bandung yang mendapat peran sebagai pendamping akademik di sekolah. Pada kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua tahapan yaitu penyampaian materi dan diskusi kelompok. Dari hasil diskusi teridentifikasi beberapa poin tantangan serta rekomendasi perbaikan untuk proses pendampingan akademik dalam hal edukasi maupun dukungan sosial dengan mempertimbangkan cara komunikasi yang sesuai. Dari hasil umpan balik, 98% peserta memberikan respon yang positif terhadap kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan, serta mengharapkan kegiatan lanjutan untuk mendukung penguatan peran pendamping akademik di periode mendatang.
