Abstract

Sistem presensi siswa di SMK N 4 saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, rentan terhadap manipulasi data dan inefisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem presensi siswa yang lebih akurat dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan algoritma YOLOv8 untuk melakukan deteksi wajah secara real-time. Melalui studi kasus di SMK Negeri 4 Tarakan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan mengumpulkan dataset wajah siswa dan melatih model YOLOv8. Menggunakan Algoritma YOLOv8 dalam mengidentifikasi wajah secara real-time. Berdasarkan dataset dari 30 Siswa SMK Negeri 4 Tarakan dengan pengambilan data  menggunakan foto wajah, 120 foto data wajah dari 30 siswa. Dengan data training yaitu 84 gambar, data valid yaitu 24 gambar, dan data testing 12 gambar. Hasil performa model yaitu, nilai mAP yaitu 88,1%, precision 76,1%, dan recall 82,8% untuk pengolahan dataset siswa. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan performa menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibuat mampu mendeteksi dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui pengaruh kegunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulungan. Explanatory atau penelitian penjelasan sebagai jenis yang dipilih dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dari objek dan subjek penelitian berupa kuesioner. Sebagai populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai di kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulungan sejumlah 42 pegawai. Teknik analisis data secara kuantitatif regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian telah disimpulkan bahwa variabel kegunaan SIMPEG memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulungan. Variabel kemampuan SDM memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulungan. Variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan SIMPEG memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulungan. Variabel kegunaan SIMPEG, kemampuan SDM dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan SIMPEG secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kegunaan SIMPEG, kemampuan SDM dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan SIMPEG terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulungan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the ethical dimensions of asset repossession practices in credit sales from the perspective of Islamic law. In the context of Islamic law, credit transactions must adhere to principles of justice, honesty, and transparency, where the repossession of goods by the seller when the buyer fails to fulfill their obligations requires a thorough ethical review. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method focusing on companies that implement credit systems in their sales. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business practitioners and consumers, as well as through the analysis of related documents. The results indicate that although asset repossession in credit sales is recognized as a seller’s right, this practice often conflicts with Sharia principles if it is not carried out with fair consideration for the interests of both parties. The study concludes that there is a need for a more just and transparent mechanism in the repossession process to ensure that the rights of all parties are protected in accordance with Islamic business ethics principles. As a recommendation, it is proposed to develop more detailed ethical guidelines regarding asset repossession in credit sales so that they can be applied consistently and fairly in Sharia business practices.

Abstract

This study are to examine the effect of building permit (IMB) retribution on local income of Bulungan District. To analyzes relationship between dependent and independent variables under this study then exercised simple linear regression method. From the analysis result draw a conclusion that building permit retribution has significant effect on Bulungan’s Local Income. Built on the study result, then can be suggested to the Local Government of Bulungan District to increasing the socialization of the new rule to regulate IMB retribution levy consistent with sufficient time, so it can be more increasing the awareness of the people in meeting the IMB retribution payment obligation. And to improve law enforcement to violation regional rule about IMB retribution by optimizing the role of disciplinary aparatur as well related law enforcer, next to be able to boosting and development of physical means and facilities of Capital Investment and Integrated Permission Office of Bulungan to support and to realize the prime licensing service, and also suggested for the Government of Bulungan District to improving human resource department both quantity and quality in order to be able to managing IMB retribution good and professionally

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the effect of work facilities and compensation on work motivation and employee performance at the Regional Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. This type of quantitative research is descriptive explanatory. The total population is 400 people and the sample is 80 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires and continued in the analysis with path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing are proven that work facilities have an effect on employee work motivation, this is indicated by a significance value smaller than 0.05 and the first hypothesis is accepted. Compensation shows an effect on employee work motivation, this is indicated by a significance value smaller than 0.05 and the second hypothesis is accepted. Work facilities have a direct effect on employee performance, showing that work facilities have a direct significant effect on performance. This means that every increase in work facilities will improve employee performance in carrying out the tasks for which they are responsible. Compensation directly affects employee performance shows that compensation has a direct significant effect on performance. This means that any increase in compensation will directly improve employee performance in carrying out their duties. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this indicates that any increase in work motivation that has existed so far has a significant impact on employee performance. The direct influence between work facilities and compensation, either partially or simultaneously on employee performance, is greater than the indirect effect, so that the direct effect is more dominant than the indirect effect. Work motivation in this study does not fully partially mediate the effect of work facilities and compensation on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation in this study does not fully partially mediate the effect of work facilities and compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bagian Keselamatan Berlayar, Penjagaan dan Patroli Kantor, pengaruh motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bagian Keselamatan Berlayar, Penjagaan dan Patroli Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas III Tarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas III Tarakan berjumlah 64 pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sample dengan teknik analisis menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel komunikasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas III Tarakan.

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved from this research are to analyze and prove: The effect of internal conflict on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance, the influence of internal conflict on employee performance and the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable as a mediating variable between internal conflict on performance. employees at the Tarakan Class III Port Authority and Harbormaster Office. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach, where this study will describe a number of variables related to the problem and unit under study among the phenomena being tested. The population in this study were all employees at the Port Authority and Class III Tarakan Port Authority totaling 64 employees. The sample of this study was 47 who were employees of the Class III Port Authority and Port Authority of Tarakan. For data analysis in this study using the help of the SmartPLS software. The results showed that the internal conflict variable did not have a significant effect on OCB, meaning that the first hypothesis in this study was rejected. The OCB variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the second hypothesis in this study is accepted. The internal conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the third hypothesis in this study is accepted. The OCB variable is not an intervening variable between internal conflict and employee performance at the Port Authority and Port Authority Class III Tarakan

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture, work environment both directly and indirectly on the performance of employees of the Bulungan Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) after job satisfaction. This type of quantitative research is explanatory descriptive. The total population and sample is 64 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and continued with analysis using path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing proved that leadership shows a positive and insignificant influence on job satisfaction. Organizational culture shows a positive and insignificant influence on job satisfaction. The work environment shows a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Leadership directly has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, meaning that every increase in leadership will increase employee performance in carrying out the tasks for which they are responsible, but the increase is relatively small. Organizational culture has a direct, positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Directly, work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the work environment is improved by one unit, it will directly increase employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The direct influence between leadership, organizational culture and work environment both partially and simultaneously on performance is greater than indirect after going through job satisfaction so that the direct influence is more dominant than the indirect influence.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore how service quality at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP) influences public satisfaction and loyalty in North Kalimantan Province. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses a quantitative approach involving 100 respondents selected through Slovin’s formula from a population of 727,755 DPMPTSP users between January and July 2022. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through multiple regression with SPSS. Findings: The study finds that all five dimensions of service quality—tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant direct effect on public satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction also acts as a mediating variable, though the direct effect remains more dominant. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited to North Kalimantan and only considers service users of DPMPTSP within a specific time frame. Practical implications: Improving service quality in each of the five dimensions can effectively enhance both satisfaction and loyalty among the public. Originality/value: This research provides empirical evidence on the dominant role of direct service quality factors over indirect ones in shaping satisfaction and loyalty. Paper type: Research paper
