Abstract

The 150 kV Payakumbuh-Koto Panjang transmission line in West Sumatra is located in an area with high lightning activity. Based on Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) data (2017-2023), the average number of lightning days per year (IKL: isokeraunic level) reaches 165-173 days/year, and 79% of the transmission towers are located in hilly and rocky areas. This causes contamination of the insulator, which can reduce its performance and cause flashovers in the insulator circuit. However, in the field, finding flash points in insulators is still a challenge. Therefore, simulation must be used as a tool to determine the location of flashover in an insulator circuit that is affected by temperature and humidity. Simulation by modeling flashover provides an effective solution for determining the location of flashover in insulator circuits, which is the novelty of this research. This research compares laboratory test results with manual calculations modeled using Visual Basic 6. The research results show that temperature and humidity have a significant influence on determining the flashover voltage value on the insulator. The flashover locations during the test are the same as the calculated flashover locations, as shown by these simulations and modeling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan respons sistem kendali Hexacopter khususnya pada manuver pitch menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno untuk tuning otomatis parameter PID. Metode PID tradisional sering menghadapi kesulitan dalam lingkungan dinamis karena tuning manual. Fuzzy Sugeno memungkinkan penyesuaian parameter PID secara real-time berdasarkan error, sehingga meningkatkan performa sistem. Hasilnya, waktu naik berkurang hingga 0,3 detik, waktu puncak menjadi 0.8 detik, dan waktu stabilisasi hingga 1,63 detik, dengan overshoot yang jauh lebih kecil 4,1%. Pendekatan ini menawarkan solusi yang lebih cepat dan stabil untuk pengendalian Hexacopter dalam aplikasi yang membutuhkan kestabilan presisi tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh desain kumparan 9-fasa simetris denganĀ  menggunakan sistem desain 3 lapis kumparan pada motor induksi 3-fasa terhadap torsi dan kecepatan motor, dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja motor konvesional 3 fasa dengan motor desain kumparan 9-Fasa. Untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh desain kumparan 9 fasa simetris terhadap torsi dan kecepatan motor induksi 3 fasa dengan menggunakan sistem desain 3 lapis kutup dibuat secara berurutan. Menentukan kumparan yang ditempatkan dan dirancang dalam motor kumparan 9 fasa simetris dengan 3 lapis, serta mengatur kutub dalam urutan tertentu. Perancangan ini penting karena mempengaruhi kumparan pada medan magnet dan arus yang dihasilkan. Motor diuji di laboratorium dengan mengukur torsi, kecepatan, dan efisiensi di berbagai kondisi operasi. Uji eksperimental dilakukan untuk membandingkan hasil simulasi dengan kinerja motor aktual. Data pengujian mencakup pengukuran torsi dan kecepatan dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil data torsi dan kecepatan yang tidak sama untuk percobaan kedua motor.

Abstract

This study aims to use an artificial neural network to forecast the flashover voltage of a polluted high-voltage insulator. Practical tests were conducted on a high-voltage insulator to gather data for the neural network. These tests were carried out with varying levels of real contaminants from used insulators, with each level of contamination measured in milliliters. The collected data provides flashover voltage values corresponding to different pollution amounts and their conductivity in each insulator zone. The Nonlinear Autoregressive External Input Neural Network (NarxNet) is employed to predict the flashover voltage and assess the pollution state of the insulator. The results demonstrate that the NarxNet method achieves a 93.74% accuracy rate in predicting the flashover voltage of high-voltage insulators, compared to the results from practical tests.

Abstract

Walktest is a direct signal quality measurement activity which aims to collect signal parameter data for an operator in a certain area. Usually the walk test is carried out indoors by walking around the area to be measured carrying a walk test device that is equipped with supporting software. Walktest data collection was carried out in several buildings on the ITP campus, namely buildings A, B, C, D, E, and F, where each building consists of 2 floors and 3 floors and the operator whose data will be taken is only for 4G networks, especially Indosat and Telkomsel operators. The parameters to be measured are PCI (Physical Cell Identity) parameters, RSRP (Referenced Signal Receive Power) parameters, RSRQ (Reference Signal Receive Quality) and SINR (Signal to Interference Noise Ratio) parameters. From the results of this walktest, we can find out what the signal quality is in the building and the factors that cause differences in signal quality in the building.
