Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of inclusive governance and the rule of law in protecting human rights through the perspective of Hadith. Employing a qualitative normative-analytical method, the research analys selected Hadiths emphasizing justice, consultation, and the protection of marginalized groups. Data were collected from primary Islamic sources and secondary literature on governance and human rights. The findings reveal that the principles of justice (‘adl), consultation (shura), and protection of vulnerable populations align with modern governance concepts, particularly in addressing inequalities and ensuring accountability. This study concludes that integrating Hadith-based values into governance frameworks offers a transformative approach to strengthening human rights in a post-globalization context.

Abstract

Research on social interaction has always been an important topic of study because good social interaction is the basis for building peace between different religions, races and cultures. This research aims to discuss hadiths that explain inclusive attitudes.The formal object in this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about openness or tolerance narrated by Imam Muslim. Results of this researchis that the status of the hadith regarding an inclusive attitude of ṣahih quality with the qualification maqbul ma'mul bih for the experience of religious communities as a form of closeness. The conclusion of this research isMuslim historical hadiths are relevant to be used as a reference for the world of education in Indonesia towards inclusive and tolerant education.

Abstract

This research discusses human values ​​in the Prophet's hadith in terms of the quality of the hadith in the history, sanad, and matan and the content of the hadith. This research aims to find the results of partial analysis and simultaneous analysis of the Prophet's hadith regarding husbands' good deeds toward their wives and other people. The partial analysis in the research aims to determine the quality of the hadith sanad and matan. After partial analysis, the quality of hadith in sanad and matan found the sanad authentic and the matn hadith too authentic. Simultaneous analysis was conducted to determine whether the hadith also existed in other histories with different historical paths. The results simultaneously hadiths in the research only came from one friend, namely Aisyah R.A. and the hadith in the research is included in the ahad ghorib hadith category. The content of the hadith can be known through discussion hadith jurisprudence so that it can reveal the true message the Prophet conveys. The hadith in the research means that a husband must do good to his wife and others

Abstract

This study evaluates the isnad (chain of transmission), matn (text), and fiqh (understanding) of hadiths Abu Dawud Number 4463 and Ahmad Number 17309, which address communication and consultation in Islam, emphasizing Islamic education. Effective communication and interaction are crucial both individually and collectively, such as in consultations. The research aims to assess the quality of these hadiths and understand their application in communication and interaction within consultations. The method used is textual analysis of the hadith, referencing relevant literature. The findings indicate that the isnad quality of Abu Dawud Number 4463 requires further scrutiny regarding the discrepancy in the death years of Yahya bin Abi Bukair and Shaiban (bin Qarukh). However, Ahmad Number 17309 is considered sound and acceptable. The matn quality aligns with Islamic principles. The study concludes that consultation is a societal obligation in Islam, forming a fundamental basis for communication and social interaction, including in Islamic education. This research enhances understanding of hadith application in daily life and highlights the importance of consultation in Islam as a cornerstone in education and social interaction.

Abstract

This study explains the basic concepts of methodology in Islamic studies, highlighting the urgency and scope of methodology in the context of Islamic studies, recognizing its vital role in providing a framework for comprehensive scientific research. The research method employed is library-based, involving the exploration of library materials or secondary data, including primary sources such as books, journals, and other relevant resources related to the object of study. The findings of the research indicate that the application of appropriate methodology not only enhances the understanding of Islam but also has the potential to enrich cross-disciplinary knowledge and influence contemporary thinking about religion, all within the framework of a well-functioning and comprehensive Islamic education process. The implications of this research underscore the importance of understanding and applying the proper methodology in the praxis of Islamic education to address global challenges and strengthen the contribution of Muslims in an increasingly complex world.
