Abstract

Human resources have an important role in an organization, so improving performance is an important need in all activities of the purun craftsmen of Palm Banjarbaru Village. This research aims to have the skills of purun craftsmen so that they can produce products in the form of purun crafts that are of good quality, have innovative, diverse products, and are timely in their completion. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The result of the research is that regular skill development can help increase knowledge and the ability of craftsmen to complete their crafts can also improve the performance of craftsmen. Skilled craftsmen also need education or coaching so that the results of the craft have aesthetic value and besides that the skills to train patients to produce quality products.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to provide assistance in making frozen food frozen food. It is expected to be a solution that can contribute to the fulfillment of healthy and safe food for consumption and can be an additional income or income for the PKK Women's group in Cempaka Banjarbaru Subdistrict. Assistance in making frozen food products “Chireng Bumbu Rujak” with participants who are all PKK Women's Groups, housewives are expected to improve in other processing techniques and be developed into an alternative for healthy snacks and also become an income for the household. Participants were given an understanding of making processed products that can be easily reached with available materials that are not difficult to find in the market. This assistance is expected to contribute to the understanding of housewives to make healthy food and easy to make, but it can also open up household business opportunities to provide more income.ABSTRAKTujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan Pembuatan Makanan beku frozen food. Diharapkan menjadi solusi yang dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk pemenuhan pangan yang sehat dan aman untuk dikonsumsi dan bisa menjadi penghasilan atau pendapatan tambahan bagi kelompok Ibu-Ibu PKK  Kec. Cempaka Banjarbaru. Pendampingan dalam pembuatan produk frozen food “Chireng Bumbu Rujak” dengan peserta yang secara keseluruhan adalah Kelompok Ibu-Ibu PKK, ibu rumah tangga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dalam teknik pengolahan lain dan dikembangkan menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk panganan sehat dan juga menjadi pendapatan untuk rumah tangga. Peserta diberikan pemahaman mengenai pembuatan produk olahan yang dapat dijangkau dengan mudah dengan bahan yang tersedia pun tidak sulit untuk dicari dipasaran. Pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman ibu rumah tangga untuk membuat pangan sehat dan mudah dalam pembuatannya, selain itu pula dapat membuka peluang usaha rumah tangga agar memberikan pendapatan lebih.
