Abstract

Investors from among students are one type of stock investor that has significant growth in the capital market. This shows the high interest in investing in shares for students, especially students in Bali, to invest, but this did not happen at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai. Interest in investing is influenced by various factors including financial literacy and perceived risk, therefore it is very feasible to carry out further research on financial literacy and perceived risk that affect interest in stock investment in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai. The formulation of the problem in this study is: how is the simultaneous or partial influence of financial literacy and risk perception on interest in investing in stocks in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously or partially between financial literacy and risk perception on stock investment interest in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai. The number of samples was determined using the slovin formula, namely as many as 88 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University. Data were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous test (F-test) and partial test (t-test). The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous positive and significant influence between financial literacy and risk perception on interest in stock investment in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sangat mendasar dalam budidaya ikan lele yang dilakukan peternak ikan lele adalah penggunaan air yang banyak dan air buangan hasil budidaya yang dibuang ke lingkunagan yang banyak mengandung amoniak dan nitrogen sebagai hasil perombakan protein dan asam amino dari sisa pakan dan feses ikan lele. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dari Universitas Ngurah Rai dengan mitra, yaitu Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Lele yang ada di desa Mengwi, dalam rangka untuk budidaya lele dengan teknologi sistem bioflok. Permasalahan Mitra Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Lele “PENDUL E” berupa produksi: pertama, masih terbatasnya modal yang dimiliki pembudidaya untuk memulai usaha budidaya lele, sarana dan prasarana yang terbatas, pengetahuan, teknologi dan inovasi serta tingkat kreatifitas dalam memanfaatkan secara efesien lahan untuk pembudidayaan lele. Berdasarkan analisis situasi potensi serta permasalahan mitra yang sudah diuraikan bersama di atas, maka program yang akan ditawarkan mengatasi permasalahan tersebut rencananya dilakukan dalam bentuk pendidikan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan mengadakan kegiatan berupa pendampingan, penggunaan alat dan media promosi serta pelaporan keuangan berbasis digital. Keberhasilan yang dicapai dari hasil uji coba dilapangan dapat dinikmati oleh mitra dengan produksi ikan lele yang dipelihara bertumbuh dengan baik dan sehat. Pembudidayaan ikan lele dengan menggunakan metode bioflok memberikan keuntungan yang lebih banyak dari metode konvesional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether financial literacy is able to mediate the effect of income on investment decisions. The object of this research is investors who open accounts through the Ngurah Rai University Investment Gallery. The population in this study are all investors in the Ngurah Rai university investment gallery from 2019 to 2022, a total of 616 investors. The number of samples is 86 people. The data in this study were analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The results of the research conducted show that: a) Income has a positive and significant effect on the investment decisions of Ngurah Rai University students. b) Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the investment decisions of Ngurah Rai University students. c) Financial literacy is not able to moderate the effect of income on the investment decisions of Ngurah Rai University students.

Abstract

Tujuan. Untuk memahami perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk pra dan pasca akuisisi dengan metode Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA). Metode. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif komparatif digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini. Objek penelitian menggunakan laporan keuangan triwulan dan tahunan. Data dianalisa menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan uji normalitas (Shipro-wilk), untuk uji hipotesis yang dipergunakan uji paried sample t-test. Hasil. Hasil pada analisa statistik deskriptif untuk nilai Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA) pra dan pasca bernilai positif, uji normalitas menunjukan berdistribusi normal dan untuk uji hipotesis nilai EVA dan FVA tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan sementara nilai Market Value Added (MVA) ditemukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Implikasi. Analisa nilai tambah dipercaya lebih mampu mengidentifikasi kemampuan perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Analisa nilai tambah memperhitungkan modal yang dikeluarkan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan baik.

Abstract

This research was carried out in an effort to prove the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. The population of this research are all employees at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra is 50 people. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method with a sample of 50 people. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, partial significance test (t-test), and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results of the analysis provide information that partially job satisfaction and job stress have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. Simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. The conclusions from the results of this research include: Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra, Work Stress partially negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra, and job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi pembangunan perekonomian suatu negara. Dalam menghadapi perkembangan dunia teknologi yang semakin maju, para pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk dapat menggunakan dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi tersebut untuk terus berinovasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada usaha Keripik Mamak Peyek adalah belum adanya izin usaha dan pengakuan hak merek, sehingga menjadi kekhawatiran mitra bilamana suatu saat nanti usahanya diakuisisi oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Permasalahan lainnya adalah rendahnya pengetahuan tentang penggunaan teknologi sebagai sarana pemasaran dan manajemen produksi yang tidak konsisten. Masalah selanjutnya adalah laporan keuangan yang belum sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan. Hal ini menyebabkan mitra kesulitan untuk monitoring dan mengontrol arus kas masuk dan keluar serta mengetahui laba atau rugi dari aktivitas bisnisnya. Melihat permasalahan ini, maka perlu diperlukan upaya untuk mencari alternatif guna menghemat pengeluaran dan meningkatkan produktivitas Keripik Mamak Peyek. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi, memberikan pelatihan dan memberikan bimbingan pada UMKM Keripik Mamak Peyek dalam meningkatkan penerapan teknologi dalam kapasitas produksi, pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, serta inovasi produk. Adapun  nantinya  kita  akan  melakukan  penyuluhan  kepada  sasaran  UMKM  dan mengajarkan  bagaimana  cara  mempromosikan  produk  mereka  melalui  online  dan  membantu untuk menyediakan design kemasan untuk produk yang diproduksi yang memiliki ciri khas tersendiri serta memberikan kesan unik dan menarik yang dapat menciptakan citra brand untuk produk Mamak Peyek

Abstract

Student investment decisions are financial behavior and a form of awareness to achieve financial freedom and well-being at a young age. This study aims to examine the mediating role of student risk tolerance in making investment decisions based on financial literacy, overconfidence bias, and representative bias. The population included students from higher education in Denpasar City who invested in stocks, with non-probability sampling methods and purposive sampling techniques set the number of sample of as many as 105 respondents. Testing of research data using SEM PLS technique. The result proved that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions; overconfidence bias and risk tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions; while representative bias does not have a significant effect on investment decisions.  Overconfidence bias has a positive and significant effect on risk tolerance but financial literacy and representative bias do not have a significant effect on risk tolerance.  This study was able to prove that overconfidence bias has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions with risk tolerance as mediation, while risk tolerance is unable to mediate the influence of financial literacy and representative bias on investment decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how female employees' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is impacted by organizational commitment (affective, normative, and continuance commitment). With a sample of 108 female respondents, this study was carried out at the Tabanan Regency Village Credit Institution (LPD). Purposive sampling was used in order to determine the sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with WARP-PLS.6 software was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that OCB is positively and significantly impacted by organizational commitment, which is made up of emotional, normative, and continuity commitments. According to the study's findings, normative commitment significantly affects OCB. The significance of OCB in the conventional framework is addressed in order to understand the theoretical and practical ramifications of these linkages.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the influence of the local wisdom of Panca Budhi Indriya on competitive advantage in 4&5-star hotels in Bali. It also investigated the mediating role of strategic thinking in enhancing the relationship between local wisdom and competitive advantage. Methodology: This study adopted a quantitative approach and used survey data collected from 158 general managers of 4&5-star hotels in Bali. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (Rahayu & Yanis) with SmartPLS 3 software. The study employs a structured questionnaire based on indicators developed for local wisdom, strategic thinking, and competitive advantage. Results: The findings revealed that Panca Budhi Indriya has a significant and positive influence on competitive advantage. Additionally, strategic thinking significantly mediated the relationship between Panca Budhi Indriya and competitive advantage, acting as a complementary mediator. This demonstrates that integrating local wisdom with strategic management practices enhances hotels’ competitive edge. Conclusions: This study examines the influence of local wisdom Panca Budhi Indriya on competitive advantage, both directly and indirectly through strategic thinking. The findings confirm that Panca Budhi Indriya, as a form of intangible local wisdom, significantly enhances competitive advantage. Additionally, strategic thinking acts as a complementary mediator, further strengthening this relationship. Limitations: This study was limited to 4&5-star hotels in Bali, which may not fully represent the broader hospitality sector. This quantitative approach also limits the exploration of deeper qualitative insights into the role of local wisdom in strategic management. Contribution: This study contributes to the field of tourism and hospitality management by providing empirical evidence of how local wisdom can serve as a strategic resource for achieving competitive advantage. These findings offer practical insights for hotel managers, policymakers, and academics interested in integrating cultural values into strategic planning to support sustainable tourism development.
