Abstract

Akhlaq is a condition or trait that has penetrated the soul and becomes a personality that causes various kinds of actions in a spontaneous way without doing any prior thought. Morals is the science that teaches humans to do good and prevent evil actions in their interactions. The morality of educators in the perspective of Islamic religious education is as follows: 1. Accepting questions raised by students and being patient with them, 2. Not rushing in all matters, 3. Sitting with dignity with calmness and bowing your head. The morals of students in the perspective of Islamic religious education are as follows: 1). Starting to greet and ask permission to enter, 2). A little talk in front of the teacher, 3). Does not speak as long as the teacher is not asked.

Abstract

Abstract Professional teachers are people who have special abilities and expertise in the field of teacher training so that they are able to carry out their duties and functions as a teacher to the maximum capacity. Or in other words, professional teachers are people who are well educated and trained and have rich experience in their fields. The ten assets to become a professional teacher are as follows: 1) Collective teacher activities that improve teacher competence and/or professionalism, 2) Education and training, 3) Apprenticeship, 4) Scientific publication of research results or innovative ideas, 5) Innovative work, 6) Presentation at scientific forums, 7) Publication of textbooks that pass the assessment by the national education standards body, 8) Publication of enrichment books and publication of teacher manuals, 9) Publication of field experiences in special education, 10) Award for achievement or dedication as teachers provided by the government / local government.

Abstract

The way educators maintain the emotional intelligence of their students is as follows: 1) giving group assignments outside the school environment, 2) involving students in social activities, 3) the teacher's role model approach. The way educators maintain the spiritual intelligence of their students is by guiding, introducing and bringing their students closer to religious rituals, such as: 1. Performing the Duha prayer in congregation at the mosque in the madrasa environment, 2. Reading the Qur'an with tartil after the duha prayer at the mosque in the madrasa environment 3. Performing the noon prayer in congregation at the mosque in the madrasa environment. Broadly speaking, the responsibility of an educator is to maintain the intelligence that exists in each of his students. This intelligence must be nurtured so that students can grow and grow into intelligent human beings and are ready to face all challenges in the future. Among the intelligences that need to be nurtured by an educator are as follows: intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

Broadly speaking, the duties and responsibilities of a teacher is to develop the intelligence that exists within each of his students. This intelligence should be developed so that students can grow and grow into a smart human and ready to face any challenges in the future. Among the intelligences that need to be developed by a teacher are as follows; Intellectual intelligence, intellectual intelligence is an intelligence that seems to be excellent and developed with a larger portion in almost all formal schools in the world, including in Indonesia; Emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence is also developed in formal schools, but the portion is far below intellectual intelligence; Spiritual intelligence, in some studies in the field of intelligence and psychology, spiritual intelligence is said to be the most important intelligence. The three types of intelligence that exist in the students is very necessary to be noticed by a teacher so that the intelligence of children as a whole can be well developed. Broadly speaking, this is the duty and responsibility of a teacher in educating his students. A task and responsibility that is not light, but very important and noble, for the future generation of intelligent and noble character.

Abstract

Abstract: Becoming a teacher is truly noble work. He is responsible for not only making human children smart in the field of science, but also good moral in this life. A human child who at first did not understand anything, before a teacher was educated to understand life better and know the world. On his shoulders is the duty and responsibility of the future survival of more intelligent and confronting generations. So noble the work of a teacher and how heavy the duties and responsibilities of being a teacher. This is why not everyone can become a successful teacher. Only certain people who have a love for children or students and are highly dedicated to the world of education are able to become a teacher. This is the personality of a teacher who is both teaching and educating in front of his students, the figure of a favorite teacher who is loved by his students. Eleven capital in order to become a teacher that is loved by their students are as follows: 1. Close to students, 2. Build a pleasant, atmosphere, 3. Can act as a second parent, 4. Become friends in learning, 5. Personality is worth emulating, 6. Be affectionate, 7. Patience in teaching, 8. Can make you laugh, 9. Liberator for students, 10. Can be a listener and mediator, 11. Not Arrogant.

Abstract

Subject competency standards can be defined as "statements about knowledge, skills, and attitudes that must be mastered and the level of mastery that is expected to be achieved in learning a subject". The competency standard is a framework that explains the basic development of a structured learning program. The subject competency standard is also the focus of the assessment, so the curriculum development process is the focus of the assessment, although the curriculum contains more of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes document than evidence to show that learners who have learned have early knowledge and skills. Ten modalities for the success of students in understanding learning material are as follows:(1) Students of high intelligence level; (2) Students have motivation in learning; (3)Students are interested in learning; (4) Students attend school; (5) Students are always healthy; (6). Students behave well; (7). Students get attention from their parents; (8) The teacher uses methods that are appropriate for students; (9) The teacher masters the learning strategy; (10) The teacher is professional as a teacher.

Abstract

Abstract

The strategy of single parents in educating children's morals is as follows: 1). Giving advice, advice basically conveys a message from its source to those who need it, much of it in the Qur'an is in the form of advice that aims to raise awareness for those who listen or read it, in order to increase faith and piety to Allah. This advice is a very sacred form of coaching in shaping one's personality, especially in fostering children's prayer practices. 2). Exemplary, a very important thing for parents to pay attention to, especially single parents in order to foster children's morals, is exemplary. Moral issues must be given and accustomed to children, while parents are obliged to guide and educate their children to have noble character, this is an important part that must be carried out by parents. The most important part in educating children is to set a good example for them. 3). Habituation, educating morals are also instilled in children by providing guidance to them with habituation, meaning that our children are not only given understanding or theories and examples, they should be guided to be able to get used to good behavior, for example respecting parents and so on

Abstract

The requirements for kyai leadership at Islamic boarding schools are as follows: (1) Kyai at Islamic boarding schools have a good personality, and it is hoped that the kyai in leading his students at Islamic boarding schools can be honest, trustworthy, convey religious teachings, and be smart in leading students, (2) Kyai at Islamic boarding schools have knowledge and knowledge, that is, a leader must have sufficient ability, broad insight, and know the field he leads, (3) Kyai at Islamic boarding schools are able and willing with a sincere heart to do the tasks assigned to them. carried out, for example being able to educate, guide and teach his students at Islamic boarding schools well, diligently, patiently and sincerely in his heart, (4) Kyai at Islamic boarding schools have fair, honest and open characteristics, which means a leader must be able to accept ideas that come from its members. For example, receiving good suggestions from his subordinates, namely from the teachers at his Islamic boarding school, (5) Kyai at Islamic boarding schools must be able to foster cooperation and solidarity. A kyai as a leader is also expected to be able to grow his members to have commendable qualities such as honesty, keeping promises, trustworthiness, and courtesy. Abstract

The role of education in influencing one's religious attitudes and soul is enormous. It is shown in everyday life that looks real. Because basically a human being was born with the basic potential, and then the potential is developed with education. The importance of education in influencing one's religious life can be likened to someone who without education will be the same as an animal will be even more ugly than the animal. The environment is also an education as well as society. Because it affects attitude and personality. Attitude and personality can be combined with the term soul. Moreover education has a great influence on the religious soul that arises on a person. Because the religious soul of a person is greatest influenced by the factor of education. The development of a person's psyche is a form of reasonableness and must occur within a person. Therefore education is a necessity in directing the process of psychological development. Moreover in Islamic educational institutions, it will affect the formation of his religious soul. This religious soul needs to be implanted in children from an early age. Religious education is a form of value education, therefore the maximum and absence of religious education depends on factors that can motivate to understand the value of religion. The more the atmosphere of religious education to make it so that the development of religious soul will be able to grow optimally. This religious soul will grow together with the ambience of the surrounding environment. When the religious soul has grown it will form a religious attitude manifested in everyday life.
