Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Access by KAI terhadap pengguna dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan tiket kereta api di Stasiun Kiaracondong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif-deskriptif yang difokuskan pada permasalahan atas dasar fakta yang dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan/observasi di stasiun kiaracondong dan juga wawancara dengan pegawai PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Access by KAI berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket kereta api, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti: ketersediaan informasi, kecepatan tanggap petugas, kecepatan dalam proses pelayanan. Terdapat 5 variabel yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan diantaranya: berwujud (tangible), empati (empathy), keandalan (realiability), daya tanggap (responsive), dan jaminan (assurance). PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dapat mempertahankan dan terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada aplikasi Access by KAI serta strategi pemasaran dalam kesesuaian harga dan promosi, karena hal tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan tiket kereta api di Stasiun Kiaracondong.

Abstract

The Career Development Center (CDC) is a forum for providing preparation for entering the world of work for alumni and students who will graduate from the Piksi Ganesha Bandung Polytechnic. CDC is a strategic center that serves as a bridge between the worlds of education and industry, helping individuals design and implement successful career plans. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Research on the creation of the CDC (Career Development Center) can be accessed by alumni, students of the Piksi Ganesha Bandung Polytechnic and the general public who are looking for job vacancies or career paths on the website. Conclusion: The Piksi Ganesha Bandung Career Development Center website provides support and convenience for students and alumni in looking for work, news, and how to find work according to their respective expertise in their respective fields as well as to help individuals develop the skills, knowledge and resources needed to achieve career goals. The author suggests that this application can be developed by collaborating with labor providers and establishing cooperation based on the principle of benefit for each party.

Abstract

AdorableProject is one of the fashion brands in Cimahi City, West Java that sells women's fashion products, such as footwear, bags and other accessories. AdorableProject has several strategies implemented to increase and expand marketing as well as product buying demand. This study uses qualitative and descriptive methods to find out how the company's efforts in increasing product buying interest with segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies (STP). Based on the results of the study, AdorableProject experienced an increase and decrease in product sales in 2022. The drastic decrease in 2022 occurred in May by 56.92%, this illustrates that the level of product buying interest in AdorableProject is not significant. Determination of segmentation, targeting and positioning. In segmentation analysis, it is formed based on 4 segments, namely geographical segmentation, demographic segmentation, psychographic segmentation, behavioral segmentation. It can determine the target market's goals. Positioning that is formed based on consumer assessment of the marketing mix. Marketing efforts made by the company are by selling products offline. This can increase purchasing interest in the product.

Abstract

This study wants to find out how much the attractiveness of the business sector is for MSME products such as sumpia syasyiri in Banjaran, Bandung City. The reason for this research refers to SMEs in selling their products which have not been maximized in terms of relatively large sales for this Syasyiri sumpia product. This research uses a type of quantitative research with descriptive research. The investigative technique used is Cronbach's Alpha and the tests used are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test and speculation test. Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25 which was used to test this research. the results of this study, researchers provide suggestions for SMEs so that their products can be marketed to reach better market conditions through marketplaces such as shopee, lazada, or tokopedia so that there is a product promotion system, provide lower selling prices, provide updates for business people to look innovative, and lastly, maximize orders so that sales levels also increase for Banjaran Bandung Sumpia Syasyiri products.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of business feasibility studies in improving potato sales at the Aspi Daranata Agro Priangan Cooperative. Conducting feasibility assessments plays a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of cooperative businesses, but their impact on cooperative performance has not been widely studied. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the business feasibility study conducted by the Aspi Daranata Agro Priangan Cooperative was effective in increasing potato sales. This is reflected in increased sales volume, expanded market reach and increased member satisfaction. Through the feasibility study, the cooperative can identify market potential, evaluate marketing strategies and allocate resources more optimally. The insight gained from this work highlights the requirement to empower the skills of cooperatives in conducting business feasibility studies on a regular basis to support business sustainability and member welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine PT. Aroma Wangi Indonesia's Aroma Care product using a SWOT analysis in order to identify competing tactics. Information was gathered from primary sources, such as interviews with business owners and workers, and secondary sources, such as marketing and operational strategy documents, using descriptive and qualitative methodologies. The research shows that the company's strengths include its marketing efforts, new goods made from natural components, and efficient manufacturing procedures. Threatening obstacles include, but are not limited to, severe industry rivalry and uncertain economic circumstances. The firm may take advantage of opportunities to grow, such creating new technology and entering the Bandung city market. In order to stay competitive, this research suggests a number of strategic moves, such as expanding manufacturing capabilities, diversifying raw material sources, and putting more effort into product innovation. Better methods to assist the long-term success of PT. Aroma Wangi Indonesia may be developed with the use of this study's results. Strengthening its market position and achieving sustainable development may be achieved by adopting strategic initiatives like extending product marketing, producing novel goods, and capturing possibilities like new technologies and market expansion in prospective regions of Bandung city.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan surat menyurat menggunakan Micorosoft Word kepada BUMDes Karya Maju Cemerlang, Kecamatan Tanjung Selor, Kabupaten Bulungan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelatihan yang melibatkan mahasiswa magang sebagai pendamping. Selama acara berlangsung, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan aktif dalam partisipasi. Penjelasan dan demonstrasi dari mahasiswa magang dinilai jelas dan menarik oleh peserta, sehingga memudahkan pemahaman dan penerapan materi. Selain itu, tersedia ringkasan tutorial untuk memudahkan peserta dalam mengingat langkah-langkah penyusunan surat menyurat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan teknis dan pengetahuan administrasi bagi BUMDes Karya Maju Cemerlang.
