Abstract

This study aims to analyze the survival strategies implemented by traditional traders in the Monza Sambu tax in the social and cultural context in the digitalization era. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations involving several techniques such as direct observation, informal interviews, and documentation of physical conditions. This study found that traditional traders face significant challenges due to digital developments. In addition, traders also apply local cultural values ​​​​to maintain their identity amidst the flow of modernization. The results of this study found that traders in the Sambu tax face the challenge of transitioning to the digital market is not easy, although some traders realize the importance of the existence of online markets, but not all of them have the ability or facilities to sell digitally, this adds to the difficulty for them to continue to compete with the increasingly growing digital market, not only the transition to the digital market is a challenge for traders infrastructure and weather constraints are also challenges.

Abstract

Purpose – This research explores the role of schools in implementing anti-bullying education and student protection at SDN 001 Rantau, Rokan Hilir. The phenomenon of bullying in the school environment, both verbal and non-verbal, often hurts students' mental health, sense of security, and learning motivation. Methods – This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, direct observation, and students as the main informants, with documentation serving as supporting data. The results showed that the school had implemented various strategies, including the formation of a special team to prevent bullying. Findings – The results showed that the school had implemented various strategies, including the formation of a special team to prevent bullying. The implementation of anti-bullying programs through learning activities, and cooperation with external parties such as the health department and the police. In addition, the programs such as anti-bullying chants and claps, as well as the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), have proven effective in instilling positive values and creating an inclusive school culture. Limitations – This research is limited to literature studies and field data obtained from a single school context. Value – This study recommends strengthening anti-bullying policies through deeper curriculum integration, enhanced teacher training, and increased parental involvement to foster a safer and more supportive educational environment for students.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran IPA di tingkat Sekolah Dasar harus dirancang dengan efektif agar siswa dapat memahami konsep dasar seperti perubahan wujud benda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis materi perubahan wujud benda dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas IV semester I di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 48 siswa, namun hanya 36 siswa yang mengikuti evaluasi akhir karena beberapa siswa tidak hadir. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 91,7% dari 36 siswa memperoleh nilai di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Sebagian besar siswa mampu mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis perubahan wujud benda seperti mencair, membeku, menguap, dan menyublim dengan benar. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik dalam mengaitkan konsep perubahan wujud benda dengan fenomena dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang beragam juga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa materi perubahan wujud benda dapat diajarkan secara efektif dengan pendekatan yang tepat, sehingga pemahaman siswa terhadap materi tersebut tinggi dan berdampak positif pada hasil belajar mereka

Abstract

The use of technology in learning remains a challenge for many prospective elementary school teachers, particularly in developing interactive and engaging digital teaching media. At SDIT Darul Istiqomah, Palangka Raya City, the limited ability of PGMI students to utilize technology has hindered the effectiveness of IPAS learning. In response, a collaborative Community Service (PKM) initiative involving PGMI lecturers and students was carried out to enhance the competence of future teachers in developing digital teaching materials using the Book Creator platform. This program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, emphasizing the empowerment of existing strengths within the community. The implementation involved a series of activities, including training sessions, technical assistance, and classroom-based evaluations of the media developed. Pretests and posttests were administered to assess participants’ improvement, and classroom observations were conducted to evaluate the application of the digital media. The results showed that 90% of participants improved their skills in creating digital teaching materials, and 85% of elementary students reported increased motivation when learning with the interactive media produced. This community service activity not only strengthened the digital media competencies of PGMI students but also contributed to improving the quality of technology-based learning in partner schools. Through collaborative engagement between lecturers, students, and the school community, the program supported the broader agenda of digital transformation in basic education.

Abstract

Di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, bahan ajar perlu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi agar menarik minat dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Media interaktif menjadi salah satu inovasi yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar digital berupa media pembelajaran interaktif yang digunakan pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas III dengan topik "Hewan Apa Saja di Sekitarmu." Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE, yang meliputi lima tahap: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Validasi ahli menunjukkan hasil kelayakan tinggi, dengan skor ahli materi 97%, ahli desain 98%, dan penilaian guru sebesar 88%. Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan efektivitas bahan ajar ini mencapai 82,48%. Penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis media interaktif ini mampu memotivasi siswa, memperkuat pemahaman konsep, dan mendukung pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik serta inovatif. Dengan demikian, media ini berpotensi untuk digunakan secara luas dalam proses pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar yang lebih relevan dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the practice of the profit-sharing system between boat owners and fishermen in Paluh Sibaji Village, Pantai Labu Subdistrict, from the perspective of Islamic economics. Data were collected through direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews with ship owners and crew members, and documentation. The results show that this practice is in line with the mudharabah contract in Islamic economics, where the ship owner acts as shahibul maal and the fishermen as mudharib. Key values such as justice, willingness (ridha), and deliberation have been applied in the profit-sharing process. However, the absence of a written contract may lead to conflict or uncertainty regarding the rights and obligations of the parties, especially in emergencies or work accidents. Therefore, written records are highly recommended as a form of rights protection and transparency, by the principles of maqashid sharia, especially in the aspects of protecting property (hifzh al-mal) and soul (hifzh al-nafs). Public Interest Statement: This research examines the fish catch sharing system between boat owners and fishermen in Paluh Sibaji Village, Pantai Labu Sub-district, highlighting its importance for coastal communities. Through the analysis of traditional, oral practices, it emphasizes the need for fairness, transparency, and the protection of fishermen's rights. The findings reveal the local economic dynamics and advocate for written documentation to prevent conflicts and enhance fishermen's welfare. Ultimately, this study aims to inform better fisheries policies and support just and sustainable Islamic economic principles. Note: Early View Version

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Persediaan Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponen yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif statistik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan go public sub sektor otomotif dan komponen tahun 2017-2021 yang berjumlah 13 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 9 perusahaan, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Piutang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dengan nilai signifikan 0,05 dan 0,002, tetapi Perputaran Persediaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dengan nilai signifikan nya sebesar 0,755.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengendalian inflasi dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kota Medan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Bank Indonesia, serta Pemerintah Kota Medan, penelitian ini menggambarkan dampak kebijakan pengendalian inflasi terhadap sektor ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dipengaruhi oleh fluktuasi harga bahan pangan dan komoditas strategis, serta peran penting Tim Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah (TPID) dalam menekan inflasi. Kebijakan seperti peningkatan konektivitas logistik dan ketahanan pangan lokal terbukti mendukung kestabilan harga dan pemerataan pembangunan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan yang memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan pemerataan pembangunan antarwilayah di Kota Medan.
