Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas cognitive behavior theraphy untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa. Berbagai jenis terapi kognitif perilaku terus berkembang diaplikasikan untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Penulis menggunakan 10 jurnal ilmiah dengan rentang waktu maksimal 8 tahun kebelakang yaitu dari tahun 2016-2023 yang membahas "Efekstivitas Cognitif Behavior Therapy (CBT) Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Agresif Pada Remaja". Metode pencarian jurnal tersebut menggunakan pangkalan data Internasional yaitu Google Scholar dan ResearchGate. Efektivitas CBT telah terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan perilaku agresif pada siswa. Intervensi CBT dapat membantu siswa mengidentifikasi dan mengubah pola pikir dan perilaku agresif yang tidak sehat, serta mengembangkan keterampilan pengaturan emosi, komunikasi yang efektif, dan penyelesaian konflik yang lebih adaptif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mindfulness approaches to increase the academic resilience of high school students. This article reports on the results of a review of articles published from 2015 to 2023 that specifically examine mindfulness approaches to improve students' academic resilience. Researchers used international databases, such as journal.sagepub, reseachgate, libgen, willey and springer as well as the national data force, SINTA. The results of an analysis of several journal articles and finally selected 11 articles stating that mindfulness approaches are effective for increasing students' academic resilience. This empirical evidence provides a basis for researchers to find out how mindfulness approaches can increase students' academic resilience. Students who have high academic resilience are able to change new perceptions for their situation, remain optimistic and creative thinking and positive feelings so that they can get through difficult conditions. By attending mindfulness training, students become fully aware and remain focused on achieving success under academic pressure.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Mindfulness interventions with various methods are currently being widely researched and proven to be effective for increasing psychological well-being for elementary school students. Objectives: The purpose of this article is to systematically review some of the results from the recent study that intervenes in mindfulness techniques to increase psychological well-being in elementary school students. Methods: The studies were carried out in several electronic databases within the past 7 years which were published in English. Conclusion: The study results left 12 journals that met the criteria. Mindfulness intervention for students aged 7-12 years with psychological problems in elementary school students. Mindfulness techniques are effective for reducing emotional dysregulation, increasing social skills, increasing happiness, quality of awareness, increasing concentration, increasing selective attention, improving mental health, increasing self-efficacy. Mindfulness technique training programs can be recommended for implementation in elementary schools and integrated into school curriculum programs.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition from childhood to adulthood characterized by significant physical, emotional and social changes. Physical and emotional changes that occur in adolescence form a new self-image for adolescents, especially in terms of body image. Body Image is a sensitive and complex issue that affects many individuals, especially women. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach is one of the approaches used to intervene body image problems. This literature review aims to map various studies on the intervention of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in the body image problems of adolescent girls. This research uses a literature review method or literature study. Literature review technique or literature study with sources from google scholar database, sagepub, researchgate, PubMed and Wiley. The results obtained 25,254 journals related to three keywords namely "cognitive behavioral therapy", "body image" and "adolescent".  After analyzing, there were 22 journals that became the source of the literature review. The results of the literature study indicate that cognitive behavior therapy is a technique that has significant effectiveness in intervening in problems body image in adolescent girls.

Abstract

This study aimed to look at internet addiction in adolescents, in this case impulse control disorders or the inability to control internet use. The term internet refers to any type of online activity. Internet is used to refer to all the contacts an individual has with web-based services, including websites, internet-based games, social media, and online entertainment. The type of research used is quantitative and descriptive. The sample in this study was 207 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Respondent data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The results showed that 9% of students had severe dependence on the internet. And from the aspect of internet addiction developed by Kimberly S. Young, there are as many as three aspects that have the highest percentage according to the respondents' circumstances: salience (7.17%), excessive use (7.17%), and lack of control (6.67%). It is recommended that for future research, it is necessary to develop other moderator variables or interventions so that later it can help students or adolescents reduce the problem of internet addiction they feel.

Abstract

Literasi kesehatan mental merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk dapat mengakses, memahami, menilai dan menerapkan informasi kesehatan sehingga dapat membuat penilaian dan mengambil keputusan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mengenai perawatan kesehatan, pencegahan dan promosi kesehatan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat kemanjuran intervensi peningkatan literasi kesehatan mental berbasis Web, berbasis pelatihan, berbasis program sekolah, dan berbasis komunitas dengan Komponen literasi kesehatan mental. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur PRISMA. Adapun  prosedur pengumpulan data sesuai dengan Pedoman PRISMA  melalui mesin pencarian Google Schoolar dan PubMed. Ditemukan sebanyak 892 artikel tentang literasi kesehatan mental dan yang memenuhi syarat terdapat 10 artikel. Hasilnya Menemukan bahwa tidak semua intervensi literasi kesehatan mental sesuai dengan komponen literasi kesehatan mental yakni memberikan pengetahuan tentang literasi kesehatan mental, Pengetahuan tentang gangguan jiwa, Stigma dan Pencarian bantuan.
