Abstract

The effect of Zero Over Dimension Over Loading Regulatory Compliance, Transportation Renewal Strategy, and Route Optimization on Operational Cost Efficiency is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence of variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method employed in the research library utilizes e-books and open-access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Zero Over Dimension Over Loading Regulatory Compliance has an effect on Operational Cost Efficiency; 2) Transportation Renewal Strategy has an effect on Operational Cost Efficiency; and 3) Route Optimization has an effect on Operational Cost Efficiency.

Abstract

The influence of Cost Efficiency in Logistics, Information Technology, and Service Quality Impact on Supply Chain Performance. is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to develop a hypothesis about the influence between variables that will be used in future research. The research objects are from online libraries such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online platforms. The research method uses library research sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this article: 1) Cost efficiency in logistics affects supply chain performance .; 2) Information technology affects supply chain performance.; and 3) Service quality affects supply chain performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by various scientific findings demonstrating that employee performance is a strategic factor in organizational success. This literature review aims to examine and synthesize concepts, theories, and previous research findings that discuss the relationship between competence, motivation, and organizational culture and employee performance. The method used is a literature review, examining various scientific sources, including textbooks, national and international journal articles, and academic documents relevant to the research topic. The analysis process involved grouping themes, comparing findings, and drawing conceptual conclusions to gain a comprehensive understanding. The review results indicate that competence plays a role in improving employee capabilities and work quality, motivation influences internal drive to achieve work targets, and organizational culture shapes values ​​and norms that guide work behavior. Overall, this literature review concludes that competence, motivation, and organizational culture are strongly linked and mutually supportive in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Industri transportasi udara Indonesia menghadapi tantangan produktivitas karyawan akibat belum pulihnya volume penumpang, tingginya biaya operasional, serta keterbatasan pesawat laik terbang pascapandemi, sementara kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian nasional tetap signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan remunerasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keterikatan karyawan, pada perusahaan transportasi udara di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi literatur (literature review). Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari artikel jurnal ilmiah bereputasi yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2021-2026, terindeks pada Springer, Wiley, ProQuest, Emerald, Taylor and Francis, Sage, Copernicus, SINTA, serta Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan remunerasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan baik secara langsung atau secara tidak langsung dimediasi keterikatan karyawan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan data sekunder tanpa pengujian empiris, sehingga disarankan penelitian lanjutan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada objek perusahaan transportasi udara secara langsung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, employee retention, and discipline on employee performance through employee engagement at logistics companies in Indonesia. Employee performance is a critical factor determining the success of logistics companies in Indonesia in facing business competition and increasing demands for service quality. However, achieving optimal performance is influenced by various factors, including self-efficacy, employee retention, discipline, and employee engagement as a mediating variable. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature review of 60 scientific articles published between 2021 and 2026 and sourced from Springer, Wiley, ProQuest, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Sage, SINTA, Copernicus, and Google Scholar. The data were analyzed through data reduction, descriptive and comparative presentation, and synthesis of research findings. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Self-efficacy influences employee engagement; 2) Employee retention influences employee engagement; 3) Discipline influences employee engagement; 4) Self-efficacy influences employee performance; 5) Employee retention influences employee performance; 6) Discipline influences employee performance; 7) Employee engagement influences employee performance; 8) Self-efficacy influences employee performance, mediated by employee engagement; 9) Employee retention influences employee performance, mediated by employee engagement; 10) Discipline influences employee performance, mediated by employee engagement.

Abstract

Maritime transportation plays a strategic role in supporting the international logistics system, especially for major trade routes such as Indonesia–Singapore. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of maritime freight transportation with a case study at Tanjung Priok Port as the main port in Indonesia. The analysis focuses on several efficiency indicators, namely operational costs, delivery time, departure frequency, and container utilization rates. The research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data analysis from shipping operators and port performance reports for the 2021–2024 period. The results show that transportation efficiency on the Tanjung Priok–Singapore route is influenced by cargo density, loading and unloading service speed, and the adoption of digital technology in logistics management systems. Although transit times are relatively stable, delays caused by ship queues and documentation processes remain an obstacle. Recommendations are directed at optimizing departure schedules, digitizing port processes, and improving coordination between logistics agencies to support sustainable efficiency.
