Abstract

Inflation is an increase in the prices of goods and services in a certain period whose growth is sought to remain low and stable for the sake of society's welfare. The aim of this research is to predict or predict the rate of inflation which will contribute to Indonesia economic uncertainty after the 2024 General Election. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Bank Indonesia website. This research uses Indonesian monthly inflation data from 2015 to 2024. The data is analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing method. The results of the analysis showed that descriptive analysis of Indonesian inflation from 2015 fluctuated and continued to decline until in 2021 it reached 1.67% and increased in 2022 reaching 5.51% and continued to decline in the following year. Forecasting results using the Double Exponential Smoothing method continue to decline for December 2024 to April 2025 with a MAD error value of 0.3202. Inflation forecasting in Indonesia is expected to support interested parties in making policies to maintain country stability and control economic uncertainty after the election.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan di Indonesia, dengan keputusan investasi sebagai variabel intervening. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif- verifikatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2023. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan inflasi tidak. Keputusan investasi berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan antara variabel makroekonomi dan nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan investasi di tengah perubahan kondisi ekonomi.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi guru masih relatif rendah, fasilitasbelajar yang kurang memadai dan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Swasta IndonesiaMembangun Medan yang belum optimal selama tahun ajaran 2023–2024. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh siswa kelas XIIPS SMA Swasta Indonesia Membangun Medan sebanyak 65 siswa. Teknik pengambilansampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metoderegresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Package for the SocialSciences versi 25.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linear berganda yang diperolehadalah: Y = 1,004 + 0,325X1 + 0,291X2 + e, dapat diartikan bahwa kompetensi guru danfasilitas belajar berhubungan positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil uji tmenunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasibelajar siswa (thitung = 5,601 > ttabel = 1,9989), dan fasilitas belajar juga berpengaruhsignifikan (thitung = 7,319 > ttabel = 1,9989). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kompetensiguru dan fasilitas belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajarsiswa (Fhitung = 62,747 > Ftabel = 3,15). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,659atau 65,9% menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajarmenjelaskan sebagian besar variasi prestasi belajar siswa, sedangkan sisanya sebesar34,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasionalyang tidak sesuai sehingga kurangnya kenyaman karyawan, kompensasi yangdiberikan tidak sesuai dengan berat kerja yang ditanggung karyawan, tidak adanyakenyamanan karyawan akibat dari kondisi tempat kerja yang tidak layak di PT.Sukses Anugerah Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sukses Anugerah Sejahterasebanyak 49 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metodesampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukandengan metode regresi linear bergandamenggunakan bantuan program Statistical Package For the social sciences versi25.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linear berganda yangdiperoleh adalah: Y= -7,841+0,538X1+0,659X2+0,297X3+e, yang menunjukkanbahwa bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruhpositif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa gayakepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjakaryawan (thitung= 4,940 >ttabel=2,014) hasil kompensasi berpengaruh secarasignifikan dengan hasil( thitung=4,161 >ttabel=2,014) dan lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh secara signifikan ( thitung=4.992 >ttabel=2,014). Hasl uji Fmenunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi danlingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjakaryawan( Fhitung=113.141> Ftabel=2.81). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2)sebesar0,875 atau 87,50% menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinantransformasional, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh, sedangkansisanya 12,50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The intensifying competition in the restaurant industry necessitates comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance sales performance. This study investigates the influence of product innovation, restaurant atmosphere, and promotional strategies on sales volume. This research aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of product innovation, restaurant atmosphere, and promotion on sales volume at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Restaurant in Medan, Indonesia. Materials and methods: A quantitative approach was employed using incidental sampling to select 100 respondents from a population of 28,207 customers. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests were conducted to ensure data quality. Results: The regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 4.231 + 0.213X₁ + 0.354X₂ + 0.098X₃. Product innovation (t = 2.318, p = 0.023), restaurant atmosphere (t = 4.615, p < 0.001), and promotion (t = 4.655, p < 0.001) demonstrated significant positive effects on sales volume. The simultaneous F-test (F = 36.443, p < 0.001) confirmed the collective influence of all independent variables. The adjusted R² value of 0.518 indicates that 51.80% of sales volume variance is explained by these three variables. Conclusions: Product innovation, restaurant atmosphere, and promotional strategies significantly contribute to sales performance both individually and collectively. Restaurant atmosphere emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by promotion and product innovation. Management should prioritize integrated marketing strategies encompassing continuous product development, atmospheric enhancement, and diversified promotional activities to optimize sales performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Village Fund Management on infrastructure development in Tanjung Putus Village, Pegajahan Distric, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses a quantitative method. The 220 residents of the Desa Tanjung Putus community make up the study's population, and the sample size in this study was 69 people. Random sampling is used in the determination process (random sample). The data sources for this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Secondary data is obtained from data that has been documented. The analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis methods using the help of the SPSS version 22 program. The results of the research show that the Village Fund Management has a significant effect on infrastructure development in Tanjung Putus Village, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, with a value of t-count > t-table that is (2.720 > 1.99601) and a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) R-square was 0.548, or 54.8%, while the remaining 45.2% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital telah mendorong pelaku usaha, khususnya usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana utama dalam kegiatan promosi. Namun demikian, pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai pengelolaan media sosial secara strategis seringkali menjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran dan daya saing usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola media sosial sebagai media promosi yang efektif melalui pelatihan terstruktur dan pendampingan langsung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan peserta, penyampaian materi melalui ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung dalam pembuatan konten digital, serta evaluasi pemahaman melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Pelaksanaan program melibatkan 30 pelaku UMKM yang berdomisili di wilayah binaan dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan platform Facebook, Instagram, dan WhatsApp Business. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan terhadap kemampuan peserta dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital, mengoptimalkan penggunaan fitur media sosial, serta menghasilkan konten kreatif yang sesuai dengan karakteristik produk. Program ini berkontribusi dalam penguatan literasi digital bagi pelaku UMKM serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan visibilitas dan potensi penjualan produk di pasar digital. Ke depan, diperlukan kegiatan berkelanjutan berupa pendampingan evaluatif agar keberhasilan strategi promosi digital dapat terus terjaga dan berkembang sesuai dinamika teknologi.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the impact of job training, formal education, and physical work environment on employee productivity at the Public Works Office in Lubuk Pakam, Indonesia. The research addresses critical gaps in understanding how these human resource development factors synergistically influence organizational performance in public sector institutions. Materials and Methods: A quantitative research design was employed with a saturated sampling technique involving all 75 employees at the Public Works Office in Lubuk Pakam. Data were collected using validated questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. The instruments demonstrated high reliability (Cronbach's Alpha: 0.964 for training, 0.837 for education, 0.925 for physical work environment, and 0.972 for productivity). Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 27 to examine the relationships between independent variables (job training, education, physical work environment) and the dependent variable (employee productivity). Results: The regression analysis yielded the equation Y = -7.131 + 0.317X₁ + 0.505X₂ + 0.924X₃ + e. Partial t-tests revealed that job training (t = 4.262, p < 0.001), education (t = 2.831, p = 0.006), and physical work environment (t = 6.552, p < 0.001) all exerted positive and statistically significant effects on employee productivity. Simultaneous F-test (F = 216.388, p < 0.001) confirmed the collective significance of all predictors. The model explained 89.7% of variance in productivity (Adjusted R² = 0.897), indicating exceptionally strong predictive power. Conclusions: This study provides robust empirical evidence that holistic investment in employee training, educational advancement, and physical workspace optimization significantly enhances productivity in public sector organizations. The physical work environment emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by job training and education. These findings underscore the critical importance of integrated human resource development strategies for achieving optimal organizational performance in Indonesian public institutions.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: In late 2024, PT. Cahaya Prima Lestari Abadi (Philips Lighting) experienced a noticeable decline in customer numbers. This downturn was attributed to several service-related issues, including employee performance that failed to meet customer expectations, resulting in dissatisfaction, as well as incidents of product damage during delivery, which undermined customer trust. These conditions collectively indicated weakening customer satisfaction and trust, ultimately affecting customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction and customer trust on customer loyalty within PT. Cahaya Prima Lestari Abadi. Materials and methods: A quantitative research approach was employed. The study population consisted of 158 customers, and a sample of 61 respondents was selected through random sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 to examine the effects of customer satisfaction and customer trust on customer loyalty. Results: The findings revealed that customer satisfaction and customer trust both exert a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. The resulting regression equation was Y = 6.104 + 0.446X₁ + 0.301X₂ + E. The t-test results showed that the satisfaction variable was significant (tcount = 3.506 > ttable = 2.001; p = 0.001), as was the trust variable (tcount = 2.984 > ttable = 2.001; p = 0.004). The F-test further confirmed a significant simultaneous effect (Fcount = 67.007 > Ftable = 3.16). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.688) indicated that 68.8% of the variance in customer loyalty was explained by customer satisfaction and customer trust, while the remaining 31.2% was attributable to other factors not included in the model. Conclusions: The study concludes that both customer satisfaction and customer trust play crucial roles in shaping customer loyalty. Improving service quality and reducing delivery-related risks are essential strategies to strengthen loyalty and stabilize customer engagement. Future research should investigate additional determinants that may influence customer loyalty beyond satisfaction and trust.
