Abstract

Penjualan pupuk NPK, khususnya grade 13 8 27 4 + 0,5B, terus meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran petani akan pentingnya pemupukan yang efektif dan efisien. PT. XYZ, sebagai salah satu anak perusahaan AB Group Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang industri pupuk, menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi permintaan akibat ketidaksesuaian antara stok yang tersedia dengan permintaan. Selain itu, ketidaktepatan pengelolaan bahan baku dan kurangnya ketersediaan karung turut memperburuk situasi stok di gudang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan permintaan pupuk NPK grade 13 8 27 4 + 0,5B guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan stok. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Single Moving Average (SMA) dan Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), dengan pengukuran kesalahan melalui Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE), dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SES dengan α = 0,6 menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan terkecil, menjadikannya metode yang paling tepat untuk diaplikasikan di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung perencanaan strategis perusahaan dalam mengelola persediaan dan memastikan kelancaran distribusi pupuk.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is currently triggering an online shopping model characterized by the development of marketplaces and online marketing strategies to attract consumer interest. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the marketing strategy of the Shopee discount flash sale marketplace on online impulsive buying. This research is a quantitative study where the sample determination uses Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique to Mercubaktijaya University Padang students. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software version 26. The results showed that the correlation between the discount flash sale variable and online impulsive buying showed a positive correlation relationship with a value of 0.546 with a correlation strength level of moderate. There is an influence between the discount flash sale variable on online impulsive buying. This can be seen in the value of t count) (2.128) > t table (1.98422), and the significance value (0.036) <0.05. When viewed from the coefficient beta value, the discount flash sale variable has a contribution in online impulsive buying of 0.270 which shows a unidirectional relationship between the discount flash sale variable and online impulsive buying, which means that if the activity of the discount flash sale increases, it will make impulsive buying activity on Shopee increase as well.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital saat ini telah mendorong perkembangan model belanja online, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya penggunaan marketplace serta penerapan strategi pemasaran digital untuk menarik minat konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis dampak daya tarik iklan terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif online mahasiswa Universitas Mercubaktijaya Padang pada platform marketplace Shopee. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Non-Probability Sampling, khususnya teknik Purposive Sampling, untuk menentukan sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari 100 mahasiswa Universitas Mercubaktijaya Padang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner serta dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji F serta uji t, sementara pengolahan data dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa daya tarik iklan mempunyai korelasi positif dengan perilaku pembelian impulsif online, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,546 yang menunjukkan kekuatan hubungan sedang. Analisis statistik mengungkapkan bahwa daya tarik iklan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif online, dengan nilai thitung (2,128) lebih besar daripada tabel (1,98422) serta signifikansi sebesar 0,036 (<0,05). Variabel daya tarik iklan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 0,270 terhadap pembelian impulsif online, membuktikan bahwa peningkatan daya tarik iklan akan mendorong peningkatan perilaku pembelian impulsif pada Shopee. Sehingga temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang menarik guna meningkatkan minat konsumen dalam aktivitas belanja impulsif di marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of social media as digital marketing for MSMEs. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, articles, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that there are several types of social media that can be used by MSME actors as digital marketing tools, namely blogs, microblogs, video-sharing sites, picture-sharing sites, and social networking sites. Then there is also the role of social media as a digital marketing tool for MSMEs, including social media can build brand awareness, social media as a means of finding potential buyers, social media can build closeness with consumers, social media is one of the effective and direct promotional media to the target, and social media can dig up information from consumers and potential consumers.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup anak di Nagari Pinagar, Pasaman Barat. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dilaksanakan sebagai forum lintas sektor untuk memetakan permasalahan sosial kesehatan ibu, bayi, dan balita guna mendukung upaya penanganan serta pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kantor Wali Nagari Pinagar – Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, pada Tanggal 4 September 2024 dengan melibatkan perangkat nagari, tokoh agama, tenaga kesehatan, kader-kader posyandu, dan masyarakat. Strategi utama adalah pengumpulan data partisipatif melalui diskusi terfokus. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini menghasilkan suatu Forum FGD yang menghasilkan peta sosial, dimana tercerminkan faktor penyebab stunting dan solusi potensial dalam bentuk rencana tindak lanjut. Dalam kegiatan ini juga dihasilkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat meningkat dan menghasilkan rekomendasi strategis untuk penguatan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Kata Kunci: Stunting, Nagari Pinagar, FGD.

Abstract

PT X yang berlokasi di Padang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi pakan ternak, didukung oleh gudang bahan baku yang berperan krusial dalam efisiensi operasionalnya. Penelitian ini digagas karena masih terdapat inefisiensi pada tata letak gudang saat ini, khususnya penempatan bahan baku yang kurang tepat dan tidak dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenisnya. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan bahan baku dan mengoptimalkan tata letak gudang dengan cara mengatur bahan baku berdasarkan klasifikasi dan frekuensi pemakaiannya. Metode shared storage digunakan untuk memungkinkan alokasi penyimpanan yang fleksibel, sehingga bahan-bahan dengan karakteristik yang berbeda dapat ditempatkan di area yang sama berdasarkan prioritas pemakaian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan petugas gudang dan pengamatan langsung terhadap aliran material dan praktik penyimpanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku yang sering digunakan disimpan terlalu jauh dari area produksi, sehingga mengakibatkan waktu pengambilan yang lama dan penumpukan. Tata letak yang diusulkan merekomendasikan reposisi bahan baku tersebut lebih dekat dengan pintu masuk produksi, dengan jarak optimal berkisar antara 16,5 hingga 125,5 meter. Desain ulang tata letak ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi waktu penanganan material dan meningkatkan efisiensi gudang secara keseluruhan melalui pengaturan yang sistematis berdasarkan jenis dan frekuensi pemakaian.

Abstract

Pharmacy services are a critical support unit within the healthcare system of hospitals, particularly for BPJS (Indonesia's National Health Insurance) patients, whose numbers continue to rise. However, pharmacy service processes often face several challenges, including prolonged waiting times, inefficient queues, lengthy initial registration procedures, and drug stock mismatches. This study aims to analyze and propose performance improvements in pharmacy services for BPJS patients at XYZ hospital using a Lean approach. The method employed in this research is Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to map out the service flow and identify waste. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation, covering initial process mapping, service time for each process activity, and the number of prescriptions served monthly. The analysis revealed several non-value-adding activities affecting service efficiency, such as high waiting times, inefficient staff movements, drug stockouts, and disorganized drug storage. After implementing improvements based on Lean principles, average patient waiting time decreased, with compounding drug service time reduced from 23 to 20 minutes and non-compounded drug service time reduced from 17 to 14 minutes. The study concludes that applying the Lean method can significantly enhance the performance of pharmacy services. Strategic recommendations are also provided to maintain work efficiency and ensure continuous quality improvement at XYZ Hospital.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry faces increasing pressure to maintain efficient supply chain operations amid dynamic market conditions. This study aims to identify the most accurate sales forecasting method to optimize pharmaceutical logistics and support the competitive advantage of PT “X” in producing Black Cough Syrup 100 ml. Using historical monthly sales data from August 2023 to January 2025, the study applies four quantitative forecasting techniques: Single Moving Average (SMA), Weighted Moving Average (WMA), Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), and Linear Regression. Forecast accuracy is evaluated using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results reveal that the 3-period SMA method yields the lowest forecast error (MAD: 954; MAPE: 21.09%) and is the most suitable model for the case. These findings highlight the strategic importance of integrating forecasting methods into pharmaceutical logistics to improve production planning, reduce stockout risks, and enhance customer satisfaction. By adopting accurate forecasting tools, PT “X” can strengthen interdepartmental coordination, improve inventory turnover, and build a sustainable competitive edge in the pharmaceutical market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the model of local wisdom-based small business mentoring in increasing community income. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were small business owners, mentors, traditional leaders, and village officials. The informant selection technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Then, data validity was tested using source and method triangulation, as well as member checking. The results of this study are that the local wisdom-based small business mentoring model is not only an alternative approach, but also a strategic solution in building an inclusive and sustainable people's economy. By implementing strategies such as mapping local potential, strengthening social capital, contextual knowledge transfer, and product innovation based on local culture can increase community income, as well as strengthen cultural identity, social solidarity, and community independence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of logistics and supply chains in supporting the handling and prevention of stunting towards Indonesia Emas 2045. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, reports, articles, and journals using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that there are several roles of logistics and supply chains in supporting the handling and prevention of stunting towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The role of logistics in supporting the handling and prevention of stunting includes, distribution of nutritional and health products, storage and warehouse management, transportation management, and logistics monitoring and evaluation. Then the role of the supply chain in supporting the handling and prevention of stunting includes, national and local product availability, efficiency and sustainability, multi-sector partnerships and collaborations, and responsiveness to customer needs.
