Abstract

The Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Health has implemented a work program called clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). In practice, PHBS has five scopes including household arrangements, workplace arrangements, health facility arrangements, educational institution arrangements and public place arrangements. One of the socializations that can be done for the practice of clean and healthy living behavior is in the education unit or school. Based on the results of interviews with teachers, students still get very little education about clean and healthy behavior. In order to provide solutions to these problems, it is necessary to hold a socialization activity about clean and healthy living behavior. Activities carried out include joint gymnastics, material presentation, discussion, and nutritious feeding. The purpose of this activity is for students to get education and practice about the importance of clean and healthy living behavior. The conclusion of the service is that this activity has successfully provided education about students' understanding and practice of clean and healthy living behavior in daily life both at home and at school. Forms of practicing clean and healthy living behaviors include doing physical activity with sports, doing physical activities other than sports, consuming nutritious foods, and keeping the environment and yourself clean every day.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of mambe tampun modification on character building and students' healthy living awareness. This research is a type of experimental research with the form of pre-experimental designs, namely one group pretest-posttest design. The population was 210 students of SMP Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. The sample was students of SMP Negeri 7 Palangka Raya selected by purposive sampling method as many as 57 students. The data analysis technique uses a prerequisite test analysis of parametric statistical tests, namely the T test of two paired samples. The instruments used were character building questionnaires and students' healthy living awareness. The results of the pretest value P-Value analysis show that the data is normally distributed because it has met the P-Value > α criteria, namely (0.080 > 0.05). The results of the post-test value P-Value show that the data is normally distributed because it has met the criteria of P-Value > α, namely (0.077 > 0.05). The P-Value > α criterion is (0.933 > 0.05), the P-Value > α criterion is (0.069 > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of modification of the Mambe Tampun game on character building and healthy living awareness of SMPN 7 Palangka Raya students.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of physical fitness of Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Junior High School students using the Phase D Fitness Assessment Center (Pusmendik) instrument. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 30 students. The population of this study were all 8th grade students of Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Junior High School, totaling 60 students. The data collected includes the results of the explosive power test, muscle strength test, endurance test, agility test, and coordination test. The results of the descriptive statistics analysis of the broad jump test had an average value of 1.4093 meters with a relatively small variation (standard deviation 0.28079), while the sit-up test showed a larger range of values (7-26) with an average of 16.70 and a high standard deviation (3.834), indicating a more significant variation in performance. On the beep test, the average participant score was 22.697 with a more consistent distribution (standard deviation 0.7681), while on the hand eye coordination test, the average was 12.97 showing greater variation between participants (standard deviation 2.942). Finally, in the t-test, the mean score of 15.7127 with moderate variation (standard deviation 1.59860) reflected a reasonable difference in ability between participants. Overall, these results indicate significant variation in participants' performance on different tests.

Abstract

Siswa SMA sebagai remaja memiliki sifat akrab dengan teknologi justru mengalami dampak negatif dari teknologi yaitu kurangnya aktivitas fisik serta pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi dan istirahat, sementara mereka memiliki peran sebagai agen perubahan. Metode pemecahan dilakukan melalui program ZITASI Generasi Z melalui Aplikasi Fatsecret pada Siswa SMA sebagai Agen Perubahan di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Sabangau. Program ini memberikan edukasi tentang perilaku hidup sehat dan memanfaatkan aplikasi fatsecret kemudian mengajak peserta untuk menyebarluaskan praktik baiknya. Aplikasi tersebut digunakan untuk mencatat dan memantau capaian perilaku hidup sehat yang telah dilakukan. Program dilakukan di SMA Negeri 8 Palangka Raya, dimulai dari edukasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Pendampingan dilakukan dalam rangka penerapan perilaku hidup sehat melalui program ZITASI dilanjutkan dengan peran remaja sebagai agen perubahan. Hasil pengabdian peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang perilaku hidup sehat sebesar 15,8 dan penerapan perilaku hidup sehat sebesar 4.2. Peran remaja sebagai agen perubahan dilakukan dengan menceritakan pengalaman mereka kepada teman dan orang di sekitar dan melalui media sosial. Pemanfaatan media sosial hanya sebagian oleh peserta karena keterbatasan kepemilikan gawai dan kualitas koneksi internet di lokasi.Kata kunci: Aktivitas Fisik; Gizi; Remaja

Abstract

Socio-cultural factors can contribute to the level of physical fitness. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students and the role of socio- cultural influences. This research design uses a mix method explanatory that produces quantitative data and is reinforced by qualitative data. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and the sample of this study were students with achievements in the National Sports Week (PON) who attended schools in the watershed area, with a total of 30 students. The average results of male students' physical fitness data are in the good category (48.27 ml/kg/min), and female students' physical fitness is also in the good category (36.65 ml/kg/min). This condition is supported by the socio-cultural roles experienced by students. The socio-cultural roles include the role of coaches who have a firm, disciplined, measured, and motivating attitude, the role of self-awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, which is supported by the role of parents who actively remind and provide role models, social support from family and friends, the role of the influence of the socio-cultural environment such as physical activities specifically related to the local area such as hunting, farming, or driving a "jukung" to school. The role of the government in providing facilities and infrastructure in the home and school environment, and the role of teachers who require extracurricular activities, as well as cultural traditions such as dance and martial arts, have a role in shaping their physical fitness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model latihan dribble slalom terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola pada pemain usia 9 tahun di SSB Borneo Football International Academy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental) dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari seluruh pemain usia 9 tahun menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengukuran didasarkan pada alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Subagyo Irianto et al., dengan validitas 0,779 dan reliabilitas 0,559. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data pretest memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,260 dan data posttest memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,120, keduanya lebih besar dari 0,05, sehingga memenuhi asumsi normalitas. Sebelum diberikan model latihan dribble slalom, rata-rata waktu menggiring bola adalah 29,72 detik, sedangkan setelah latihan, rata-rata waktu meningkat menjadi 23,29 detik, dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 5,42 detik. Uji statistik menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test menghasilkan Thitung sebesar 11,417, yang lebih besar dari Ttabel (2,144), serta nilai signifikansi probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model latihan dribble slalom secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan menggiring bola pada pemain usia 9 tahun. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelatih sepak bola dalam merancang program latihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknis pemain, khususnya dalam keterampilan menggiring bola.

Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani memiliki peran krusial dalam mengembangkan kesehatan tubuh, keterampilan sosial, serta membentuk karakter siswa yang positif. Melalui kegiatan fisik yang dirancang secara sistematis, peserta didik tidak hanya memperkuat kondisi fisik mereka, tetapi juga menumbuhkan sikap disiplin dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi. Salah satu komponen utama dalam pendidikan jasmani adalah kebugaran jasmani, yaitu kecakapan individu dalam menyelesaikan aktivitas sehari-hari tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berlebihan, sambil tetap memiliki cadangan energi untuk kebutuhan yang mendesak. Tingkat kebugaran fisik yang baik turut mendukung peningkatan kualitas hidup dan keseimbangan kesehatan mental serta emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani antara siswa yang berada di kawasan Perkotaan dan siwa di kawasan aliran Sungai Kahayan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kompratif. Sehingga pada penelitian ini, peneliti membandingkan suatu kelompok dengan kelompok yang lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan tempat tinggal berperan penting dalam membentuk tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Siswa yang bersekolah di daerah aliran Sungai Kahayan menunjukkan kinerja kebugaran yang lebih unggul dibandingkan siswa yang bersekolah di kawasan perkotaan.
