Abstract

Manajemen diversifikasi produk kentang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai dan daya saing produk kentang melalui pengembangan berbagai produk turunan. Ini mencakup proses pengolahan kentang yang inovatif, pengenalan produk baru, dan peningkatan kualitas produk. Pengembangan produk kentang yang bernilai tinggi mencakup kentang beku, kentang renyah, serpihan kentang kering, tepung kentang, masker wajah kentang dan lainnya. Pengolahan kentang ini memanfaatkan teknologi modern, teknologi informasi dan teknologi pemasaran yang tepat agar produk pengolahan kentang dapat diterima oleh konsumen. Hilirisasi kentang merupakan proses pengolahan kentang mentah menjadi produk olahan dengan nilai tambah yang lebih tinggi. Industri kentang di Kabupaten Solok memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang, dengan berbagai peluang dan tantangan yang perlu dipertimbangkan.

Abstract

The presentation of community service on political education efforts to increase female voter participation in the 2024 election needs to be done. This is based on the number of female and male voters which is almost the same, with the assumption that female voters are more loyal, and there are few female regional head candidates. This activity was carried out in the form of a workshop. Attended by 100 participants from Solok Regency representing Yasinan groups, gymnastics clubs, Community leaders-Bundo Kandunga, and PAUD teachers. This activity was held on December 23, 2023 at the Premier Hotel, Solok City. This political education is important to be given to all voters, especially female voters. This is because it is necessary to pay attention to the principles of justice and gender equality which are aimed at increasing political participation and women's initiatives, as well as increasing independence and maturity in national and state life. There are several driving factors in efforts to increase female voter participation. These factors include affirmative policies, gender education and awareness, support from non-governmental organizations, social and cultural change, and networking and mentoring. Efforts to increase women's political participation require effective strategies that can be applied in various political situations. First, improving education and political awareness. Second, is building networks and alliances. Third, providing ongoing guidance and services.

Abstract

The study explores how much influence the Level of Education, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline have on the performance of PT KSP Makmur Mandiri Employees. The research method is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique uses a total sampling of 128 people. Data sources are secondary data and primary data. The analysis method uses multiple Linear Regression, t-test, F-test, and Determination Coefficient test with the help of SPSS V.26.0. From the results of data processing, multiple linear regression is obtained Y = 16,835 + 0.285X1 + 0.160X2 + 0.138X3 +e. The results of the t-test for Education Level (X1) are t-count > t-table (3,063 > 1.660) and the value (sig = 0.003 < 0.05), so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The t value of the Work Motivation variable (X2) is tcount>ttable (2,460>1,660) and the value (sig = 0.015<0.05), so Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. The t count value of the work discipline variable is tcount>ttable (3,323>1,660) and the value (sig = 0.001<0.05), so Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. The F test results obtained Fcount>Ftable, (27,467>2,305, with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), so Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted. The results of the determination coefficient show an Adjusted R Square (R2) value of 0.385, meaning that 35.5% of the independent variable can explain the dependent variable, the remaining 65.5% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan bagi dunia industri terutama pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan adanya teknologi, UMKM dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan besar dan mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM Korong Balai Usang dalam mengembangkan usaha berbasi teknologi melalui digital marketing, serta menerapkan digital marketing dalam mendukung pemasaran produk bagi pelaku UMKM. Pelatihan dan pendampingan penerapan digital marketing ini diawali dengn memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya digital marketing dalam pertumbuhan UMKM terutama dalam memperluas kegiatan promosi. Setelah diberikan pemahaman maka dilanjutkan dengan melakukan praktik langsung mengenai penerapan digital marketing. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan telah memberikan dampak yang positif dan signifikan bagi para pelaku UMKM Korong Balai Usang yaitu berupa peningkatan penjualan, peningkatan keterampilan, peningkatan kualitas produk dan citra merek. Selain itu, dengan adanya minat dan keinginan para pelaku UMKM dalam menerapakn digital marketing pada proses pemasaran produk UMKM Korong Balai Usang juga merupakan keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini dan tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat tercapai dengan baik.
