Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of the adversity quotient on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 17 Kota Serang class VII.The type of research used is expost facto. A sample of sixty three seven grade students was taken using simple random sampling techniques.The data analysis used is the linearity test,regression significance test, and simple regression. Data collection is done by giving tests and questionnaires. The research results show that there are a There is a significant influence between Adversity Quotient on mathematical problem solving abilities and the influence of Adversity Quotient is 17.1%. students' mathematical problem solving abilities, the rest is beyond learning independence factor.

Abstract

Early childhood religious education is very important in shaping children's religious character from an early age, because at this stage children are in a period of rapid cognitive and affective development, so it is important to instill values of faith from an early age. The objective of this service project is to introduce the names of the 25 Prophets and Messengers along with their miracles to the children of TPA Al-Firdaus Palangka Raya using flashcards, as well as to enhance the learning process through the use of innovative, effective, and age-appropriate educational media. The method used in this service project is the Service Learning (SL) method, which involves four stages: first, analysis/preparation; second, planning and program development; third, implementation; and finally, evaluation. The outcome of this community service initiative is that the children at the Al-Firdaus Palangka Raya TPA are now able to recognize and remember the names of the 25 Prophets and Messengers along with their miracles, through the symbolic images on the flashcards featuring the 25 Prophets and Messengers. This was demonstrated when the children at TPA Al-Firdaus were able to answer and guess the names of the Prophets and Messengers depicted in the flashcards simply by looking at the symbolic images provided accurately and correctly.

Abstract

In the digital age, technology-based learning media such as YouTube are a potential alternative for improving the quality and appeal of Islamic Education (PAI) learning. This study aims to analyze the innovations in PAI learning presented on Hanum's YouTube channel using Rogers' Innovation Diffusion Theory, specifically relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability as the analytical framework. This study employs a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. Data were collected from educational videos on the Hanum channel that align with the PAI curriculum for junior high schools, have a minimum duration of five minutes, and include visual elements, narration, and educational presentation structure. The results indicate that the Hanum channel meets the five innovation characteristics outlined by Rogers: (1) relative advantage, through the presentation of material that is more interesting and interactive than conventional methods; (2) compatibility, with content that is relevant to the curriculum and students' psychological needs; (3) complexity, due to simple and easy-to-understand delivery; (4) trialability, as the videos can be used flexibly; and (5) observability, as seen in the effective visual structure and narrative that enhance students' understanding. Thus, the Hanum YouTube channel can be used as an innovative learning medium that supports the effectiveness and appeal of PAI learning at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Abstract. Media sosial telah membawa perubahan signifikan tidak hanya dalam pola komunikasi, tetapi juga dalam cara generasi muda mengakses, memahami, dan merespons informasi, termasuk dalam ranah pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membina moral serta karakter Generasi Z di SMAN 6 Palangka Raya, khususnya di tengah tantangan era digital dan maraknya penggunaan platform seperti TikTok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, serta melibatkan teknik Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menggali pandangan siswa mengenai dampak TikTok terhadap moralitas mereka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menjalankan tiga peran sentral, yaitu sebagai pendidik nilai moral (moral educator), teladan (role model) dalam bersikap dan berperilaku, serta fasilitator dalam literasi digital dan moral. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pendidikan moral yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan Generasi Z.
