Abstract

PT. Khatulistiwa Media Utama Sakti adalah salah satu perusahaan outsourcing jasa keamanan yang berada di Ruko Greenland Blok L No.12A, Teluk Kering, Batam Kota, Kepulauan Riau . Guna membantu dalam aktivitas pengolahan data penggajian karyawan, PT. Khatulistiwa Media Utama Sakti menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Kelemahan dari sistem yang belum sepenuhnya terkomputerisasi adalah berkurangnya efisiensi pegawai dalam bekerja, seringkali menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan perhitungan gaji karyawan dan juga kurangnya keamanan data perusahaan dikarenakan tidak adanya fitur keamanan pada aplikasi Microsoft Excel Perancangan sistem informasi penggajian merupakan solusi terbaik guna memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, dalam metode penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Waterfall sebagai pola pengembangan sistem. Sedangkan pembuatan perangkat lunak dalam penelitian ini, berbasis Desktop mengunakan bahasa pemograman nya Visual Basic dan rancangan database mengunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penggajian pada PT. Khatulistiwa Media Utama Sakti yang memberikan memudahkan dalam penghitungan gaji, pembuatan slip gaji dan tingkat keamanan data yang jaga.

Abstract

The amount of competition in the business world, especially in the sales industry, required developers to find a strategy that could increase sales and marketing of products sold, one of which was using clothing sales data with data mining. Data Mining was an iterative and interactive process to find new patterns or models that can be generalized for the future, valuable, and understandable in a massive database. HAS Stores in the arrangement of goods layout still place goods according to groups and types of goods, so that it has an impact on service and item search when consumers want to buy more than one item and are located far apart. Therefore, this study aims to apply the FP-Growth Algorithm to find out the most sold clothing sales at HAS Stores in Batam city. This study uses the Association Rule method by utilizing the FP-Growth Algorithm. This study aimed to apply the FP-Growth Algorithm to determine the most sold clothing sales at HAS Stores in Batam city. Through the mining process with the FP-Growth (Frequent Pattern Growth) algorithm, the types of clothes sold will be obtained, and how much inventory the store needs to provide the clothing stock. The results showed that the most sold clothing products were Gamis and Jilbab through the calculation of support 53,33% and confidence 100%. Regarding these results, marketing strategies can be focused on the product and set a layout that customers can easily see.

Abstract

Marriagee is something that is very desirable every prospective partner in life. Everyone wants a luxurious and good marriage because it's only once in a lifetime. Marriage is considered a sacred activity so it needs to be planned well and carefully. Not only the two people who will be tied with a wedding rope that needs to be prepared, the preparation of the wedding party must also be considered as well as possible. The main thing that becomes a supporter of a wedding is the aisle. With the selection of a good aisle, a wedding will look luxurious and classy. Not a few couples who are disappointed with the wedding package that has been chosen. This is caused by the ignorance of the bride and groom in determining the existing wedding package. Disappointment of prospective brides in choosing a wedding package is the lack of information on existing packages. They don't know much about the various types of wedding packages available. Most of what they know is only the type of tent that will be used, even though the aisle package isn't just that. Android-based application design, determining the selection and ordering of a wedding package in the city of Batam will be able to answer the confusion of the bride and groom.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin pesat pada awal abad 20 telah melahirkan teknologi informasi dan proses produksi yang dikendalikan secara otomatis. Sebagaimana yang dihadapi Indonesia saat ini, revolusi industri 4.0 telah mendorong inovasi-inovasi teknologi yang memberikan dampak disrupsi atau perubahan fundamental terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. Siklus perputaran evolusi yang akan terus ditapaki oleh masyarakat diseluruh kalangan dapat menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru yang berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan bisnis. Abstract

Kredit adalah proses meminjamkan uang kepada nasabah dengan ketentuan bahwa nasabah wajib mengembalikan uang yang dipinjamnya kembali kepada bank yang memberi pinjaman. Masalahnya adalah nasabah yang dibiayai atau yang diberi kredi ini memiliki karakter dan sifat yang bermacam-macam sehingga sulit untuk memastikan bahwa kredit tersebut akan dikembalikan seluruhnya. Bank menilai untuk memberikan kredit sering menggunakan prinsip 5 C (Character, Capital Capacity,Condition of Economy, dan Colateral).analisis yang paling rumit adalah analisis terhadap kondisi keuangan calon nasabah yaitu permodalan dan kemampuan calon nasabah dalam melakukan pengembalian kreditnya. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan suatu alat analisis untuk menganalisis permodalan serta kemampuan calon nasabah dalam mengembalikan kreditnya. Untuk memudahkan analisis terhadap calon nasabah maka perlu dikembangkan suatu metode yang dapat meramalkan kualitas dari kredit yang akan diberikan kepada calon nasabah sehingga pihak bank memiliki analisis yang lebih tepat dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memberikan kredit kepada calon nasabah baru, maka dikembangkanlah suatu metode jaringan syaraf tiruan yang menggunakan algoritma backpropagation sebagai alat bantu dalam menganalisis kualitas kredit yang akan diberikan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem pengambilan keputusan yang memastikan pihak bank memberikan kredit berdasar prinsip 5 c tanpa harus takut dengan pemodalan nasabah baru.

Abstract

Purpose: The number of people aged 60 or older is expected to increase globally by nearly three times from 737 million in 2009 to 2 million by 2050. Indonesia's population is projected to reach 28 million by 2045, making up nearly one-third of the total population. In 2020, the population aged 60 or older reached 29.52 million, with 29.52 million from the last two houses being occupied by a house due to numerous housing programs that require a close relationship between people. The study suggests that a house with a strong sense of belonging is a risky group required attention. The study uses a smartphone with a 180° panorama camera and GPS to help locating the house and performing its activities.Methods: Anthropometry can be defined as the study of body dimensions, namely body size, shape, strength and work capacity for the purpose of body design and composition and prototyping. Results: This research has resulted in elderly sticks that use sensors to help elderly mobility. This stick can detect the environment nearby the ESP32-Cam with the password "/Capture_photo" and is able to send information about the location of the elderly by sending a message to the GSM Number connected to the Arduino Mega with the password "Hello" and the device will send a message containing the location of the elderly.Novelty: Based on previous research reviewed by researchers, it was found that similar research using Camera and GPS Technology to Improve the Quality of Life of the Elderly has not been carried out in the Riau Islands of Batam.

Abstract

Due to its ability to create commercial opportunities that local communities can manage, tourism is a well-known industry with significant development potential. Information technology has had significant advancements in its application within the tourism industry, and its implementation is now commencing in Indonesia. The use of IoT technology in the tourism industry necessitates a series of sequential stages, culminating in the establishment of a comprehensive information platform that facilitates the monitoring and administration of tourism activities. Utilizing IoT technology to construct a tourist platform helps expedite the process of integrating information and infrastructure while effectively leveraging smart technology in the tourism sector. The research methodology employed is a hybrid approach. The data outputs are processed and evaluated using a strategy that caters to the interests of the community and parties involved in the collaborative development of smart tourism, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The analysis stage uses the theory of visual perception as a way to understand what the desired implementation of IoT-based smart tourism looks like. This is shown in the selection stage. Meanwhile, this investigation concluded with a technological readiness level of five. The research was conducted without any prior investigation that aligned with the themes, tools, and objects employed by the researchers, representing the current state of the art. Furthermore, the research team comprises specialists in the domain of information systems, including two members who possess expertise in information systems and languages. This ensures a comprehensive grasp of the tools utilized in model development, collaboration, and the potential for technological advancement. In addition to the desired outcome, this is an Internet of Things (IoT)-based intelligent tourism system that may be utilized as a tool in many tourist destinations across Indonesia.

Abstract

From 2015 until now, the government has provided assistance for house renovations in the Tembesi area, Sagulung sub-district, Batam City. However, in determining the provision of assistance, sub-district governments sometimes face problems in determining which people will receive housing subsidies and there is no scheme or category for determining recipients of assistance. Therefore, the author will conduct this research by grouping or clustering the eligibility of recipients of housing subsidy assistance using the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means clustering algorithm can group each data into sets, so that data sets with the same characteristics will be grouped in the same set, or data sets with different characteristics will be grouped in different sets. The purpose of grouping is to determine that group 0 and group 1 are eligible to receive housing subsidy assistance, and group 1 is not. This research uses metrics such as number of family members, employment, housing conditions, and income. The results of this research obtained 91 data in cluster 0 and 79 data in cluster 1. Thus, from the 170 data, 91 people were eligible for housing subsidy assistance, and 79 people were not eligible

Abstract

Terbatasnya tempat penampungan sampah yang ada di kota Batam menjadi sebuah masalah serius yang harus segera diatasi. Diprediksi ditahun 2035, tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) yang ada di Punggur, tidak mampu lagi menampung sampah yang dibawa kesana. Dalam menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan, diperlukanlah suatu metode atau tatanan hidup baru dimana setiap individu mampu membuat keberlangsungan dari sampah yang dihasilkan. Sudah banyak kegiatan pengabdian dan program pemerintah untuk mengatur dan mengelola sampah. Salah satunya adalah dengan diadakannya bank sampah. Namun juga ada cara yang lebih menarik lagi dan memiliki nilai jual dari kegiatan pengolahan sampah. Dengan mengolah sampah sisa makanan yang dihasilkan menjadi pupuk organik cair dan kompos, dapat membantu pemerintah khususnya warga Batam dalam memanfaatkan kembali apa yang sudah dihasilkan untuk kegunaan lain. Dengan dihasilkannya pupuk dari sampah yang sudah dihasilkan, diharapkan kedepannya dapat mengurangi jumlah tumbukan sampah yang akan dibuang ke TPA. Program ini dapat menjadi salah satu usaha bagi warga yang mau dan bersedia dalam menekuni kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini diharapkan juga dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kepedulian warga terhadap masalah sampah yang sewaktu-waktu bisa menjadi musibah bagi warga juga

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat Tanjung Uma, Kecamatan Lubuk Baja, Kota Batam adalah rendahnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan sampah yang benar, yang menyebabkan penumpukan sampah dengan dampak negatif terhadap kualitas lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperbaiki pola pembuangan sampah melalui survei lapangan untuk memahami perilaku masyarakat serta faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya yang memengaruhinya. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi edukasi tentang bahaya sampah dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah, seperti pemanfaatan sampah organik menjadi pupuk dan daur ulang sampah non-organik menjadi barang bernilai guna. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam perilaku masyarakat, termasuk meningkatnya kesadaran terhadap pengelolaan sampah dan keterlibatan aktif dalam program daur ulang, yang memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan. Untuk keberlanjutan program, disarankan memperluas sosialisasi ke sekolah, kantor, dan tingkat kecamatan, serta menjalin kerjasama dengan perusahaan dan NGO untuk mendukung pengelolaan sampah yang lebih efektif.
