Abstract

The house is a basic part that must be fulfilled in carrying out daily life. Currently, the government has provided housing assistance that is unfit for habitation to become a suitable home for residents in Indonesia to obtain comfort and peace for people who cannot afford to repair their homes due to economic deficiencies. Provision of Livable housing assistance has conditions that have been set by the government. The provision of housing assistance is very helpful for residents who have inadequate housing to get a better and more suitable home to live in. The problem in this study lies in an imperfect system or a system that is still manual in selecting residents who are entitled to assistance in repairing houses to make them more habitable. The benefit of this research is to help the government in selecting people who are entitled to receive livable housing assistance in accordance with applicable regulations. The method that is suitable for resolving cases of providing livable housing assistance is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, this method provides alternatives and criteria in election, so that later the final results of the highest value criteria can be seen for those who are entitled to a livable house provided by the government. Four criteria are used as the basis for providing assistance, namely the condition of the house, income, employment and dependents. The people who are most deserving of being given a livable aid house in the name of Masdianti with a final score of 0.9055. The decision support system can be used as a problem solving system for providing livable assistance to poor people.

Abstract

The development of smartphones today is very rapid. Emerging technologies, especially smartphones, have an impact on work productivity. In one day, people can access their smartphone about 15-50 times. This resulted in decreased employee productivity in a company. There are many negative things that happen if an employee uses his smartphone while working. The most important thing that will happen is the employee is less focused. If it is not focused, the job will be neglected and will not be finished. Thus resulting in a decrease in employee productivity itself. There are already many rules applied by a company, but this does not have a good impact on addiction to the use of this smart phone. With the help of fuzzy logic using the Mamdani method and applied into the app, it can detect early addictions for smartphone usage. The purpose of this study is very useful for the personnel of a company. The personnel department can quickly detect the prospective employees and can give a decision that the employee can be accepted or not into the company. With the existence of matlab calculations and applications, will facilitate the work of the personnel department in viewing the productivity of employees as early as possible. From the calculations that have been done, the results obtained that the use of smartphone addiction affect work productivity as much as 50,85 in accordance with the existing numbers on matlab calculations. This 50,85 figure shows enough part of his addiction to smartphone usage.

Abstract

Sekolah Yos Sudarso Batam merupakan suatu sekolah swasta yang banyak diketahui oleh masyrakat batam, sekolah berhasil memperoleh peringkat pertama, dalam rata-rata nilai ujian nasional tingkat Kepulauan Riau. Pengelompokkan siswa berdasarkan tingkat IQ bertujuan agar siswa dapat menerima metode pembelajaran yang lebih tepat dan efektif sehingga siswa dapat menerima pelajaran dengan baik. Pada sekolah SMAK Yos Sudarso batam yang menjadi tempat penelitian, siswa yang mendaftarkan diri untuk bersekolah sangat banyak dan pengelompokkan siswa akan memakan waktu yang sangat banyak dan tidak efisien jika dilakukan secara manual. Pengelompokkan siswa dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat dengan memanfaatkan data mining. Salah satu metode pada data mining adalah pengelompokkan atau clustering. Tahapan metode ini dimulai dengan pemilihan secara acak K, K disini merupakan banyaknya cluster yang ingin dibentuk. Kemudian tetapkan nilai-nilai K secara random, untuk sementara nilai tersebut menjadi pusat dari cluster atau biasa disebut dengan centroid, mean atau “means”. Hitung jarak setiap data yang ada terhadap masing-masing centroid menggunakan rumus Euclidian hingga ditemukan jarak yang paling dekat dari setiap data dengan centroid setelah selesai perhitungan secara manual di jalankan dengan software data mining yaitu RapidMiner. Penggunaan metode K-Means untuk melakukan pengelompokkan merupakan salah satu metode yang tepat jika dilihat dari variabel yang akan digunakan yaitu nilai tingkat IQ siswa.

Abstract

Paket pelaminan untuk pernikahan di kota Batam sangat banyak ragamnya. Hal ini membuat calon pengantin menjadi bingung dalam menentukan pilihannya. Ada sekian banyak pertimbangan yang membuat calon pengantin harus memilih satu diantara sekian banyak pilihan paket pelaminan, diantaranya harga paket, banyak baju yang akan digunakan, sewa fotografer, dan jenis tenda yang akan digunakan. Dari sekian banyak input yang diinginkan oleh calon pengantin untuk memilih paket pelaminan yang ada di kota Batam, ada baiknya hal tersebut disederhanakan prosesnya dengan bantuan Finite State Automata. Di dalam FSA, terdapat cara atau diagram yang bisa digunakan untuk membuat keputusan yang simpel dalam pengambilan keputusan. Diagram yang ditawarkan bisa membantu calon pengantin untuk menentukan pilihannya terhadap pemilihan paket pelaminan. Di dalam FSA, biasanya diawali dengan simbol awal dan diikuti dengan keadaan yang banyak sesuai dengan input yang dimiliki. Dengan menggunakan fungsi transisi pada FSA, penentuan pemilihan paket pelaminan bisa ditelusuri dengan mudah, sehingga pilihan paketnya jatuh kepada pilihan yang tepat. Pada rancangan ini, peneliti membuatkan diagram FSA dengan tujuan agar ketika diubah atau digunakan oleh alat pembuat keputusan yang lain bisa membantu dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan aturan sehingga alat yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan bisa menghasilkan nilai atau hasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Di dalam penelitian ini, FSA yang peneliti gunakan adalah Deterministic Finite State Automata, yang mencakup kegiatan penelusuran hasil dengan cara memberikan satu input kesetiap state yang ada. Kesimpulannya, FSA dapat digunakan untuk membuat suatu rule dalam logika fuzzy sehingga mempermudah pekerjaan peneliti dalam membuatkan rule pada aplikasi matlab nantinya.

Abstract

The use of inefficient home lights is often underestimated by some people. This often happens because of the public's indifference to leaving the lights on when they are not needed, without realizing it, the cost of electricity bills also increases. The reason is none other than trivial things, wherever you want to turn off/ on the lights in a room in the house, it will require someone to go to an electrical device, this’s what makes some people reluctant to turn off the lights and in the end the lights are not turned off and are left on. To make it easier for people to control lights, in this study, we will design a tool that can control Arduino Uno-based house lights using aSmartphone as a medium that will be used to control lights. Control is done through an application on a Smartphone. The application is made using the MIT APP IVENTOR software as an interface to control the on/off lights. The android smartphone sends data via Bluetooth which then the data will be received by the Bluetooth HC-05.

Abstract

In a performance appraisal process in an institution, employees are the first spearhead in the community service process. The performance of each employee will show the quality of employees in carrying out their duties. It aims to see the extent to which the performance of employees, improvement and supervision of performance for employees. So that institutional leaders can make decisions to choose the best employees from the best. The assessment includes service orientation, integrity, discipline, commitment and cooperation. So far, there is no system that can be used to determine the best employees. Therefore, this study uses a decision-making system using fuzzy logic with the zero-order Sugeno method to assess the performance of employees at the Sagulung District Office. Data processing using MATLAB. The first step in completing the employee performance appraisal using the Sugeno method is to determine the input variables and output variables which are firm sets, the second step is to change the input variables into fuzzy sets with a fuzzification process. The output variable is the decision of selecting the best employee with the Output (Best/Enough/Poor). The results obtained in this study used three data. The first and third employees with manual calculation of values ​​and calculations using MatLab Software Both manual calculations and using MatLab both show competent fuzzy output categories. So that Sugeno's fuzzy logic can be applied to determine the best employees in Sagulung District.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keamanan data. Namun, masih banyak UMKM seperti Kedai Kopi Sahabat Kecil yang belum memiliki tata kelola TI yang terstruktur dan masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola TI pada UMKM tersebut menggunakan pendekatan COBIT 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menganalisis 10 Design Factor (DF1–DF10), yang kemudian dipetakan ke dalam domain COBIT 2019. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa empat domain memiliki nilai prioritas tertinggi, yaitu APO12 (Manage Risk), APO13 (Manage Security), BAI10 (Manage Configuration), dan DSS04 (Manage Continuity). Rekomendasi perbaikan mencakup digitalisasi sistem POS, pelatihan staf, penyusunan SOP, dan penguatan keamanan data. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa framework COBIT 2019 efektif digunakan dalam konteks UMKM untuk menyusun strategi tata kelola TI yang lebih terarah dan sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

Batam 26 High School or known as Smandanam is a superior school which aims to produce a generation with knowledge and superior character. whose address is at the Botania 1 Complex, Botania Garden Batam Center Batam City, where currently SMAN 26 Batam is led by Mr. Midiyanto, S.PD., M.M as Principal of the School. At SMAN 26 Batam, currently there are two main focus areas: the Department of Natural Sciences (IPA) and the Department of Social Sciences (IPS). Given the importance of digital technology and automation in both domestic and industrial settings, it is important to include robotics curricula from elementary to high school, even though they are currently offered as extracurricular activities. The most important aspect of the Community Service program is the potential for sustainability. This program can be continued with a mentoring program in the development of extracurricular curriculum at SMAN 26 Batam, namely by assisting in making different types of mobile robots. The method that will be used is the method of providing mobile robot materials and will briefly present the steps for assembling a mobile robot. Furthermore, participants will try out the assembled results in the field or object work line. On this occasion the PengMas team will help provide training on assembling mobile robots. This robotics training activity provides an opportunity for students and teachers to become more familiar with basic computer programming and furthermore, participants will have the skills to assemble robots.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Mutiara Insani is an educational institution located in Batam City. As a school with an integrated concept, SDIT Mutiara Insani combines general education with Islamic religious education, aiming to shape students who are not only excellent in knowledge but also possess noble character. SDIT Mutiara Insani offers adequate educational facilities, including comfortable classrooms, a library, a computer lab, and a prayer room. However, in this rapidly advancing digital era, the need for modern educational technology tools has become increasingly urgent. Access to devices such as computers and the internet is available, but the use of interactive technology like mobile robots and innovative learning applications is still limited. Early childhood education, especially at the elementary school level, requires an innovative and engaging approach to enhance cognitive skills and creativity. One effective method is through the use of interactive technology, such as mobile robots equipped with the Pictoblox application. This PKM activity has generally succeeded in fostering the creativity of SDIT Mutiara Insani students through robotic programming using PictoBlox. However, challenges such as limited devices and time indicate the need for further support in the form of additional facilities and increased time allocation.
