Abstract

Banyak variasi dan inovasi perangkat lunak tentang kependudukan telah tersedia karena kompleksitas masalah administratif dan sosial yang terkait dengan kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem pengendalian penduduk permanen dan non-permanen yang dapat diadaptasi dengan cepat dan meningkatkan ketersediaan informasi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah agile development methods yang memungkinkan pengembang untuk mengadaptasi sistem dengan cepat terhadap perubahan dalam bentuk apapun. Untuk menguji sistem, digunakan metode blackbox test dan evaluasi penerimaan menggunakan metode technology acceptance model. Metode pengujian blackbox yang didasarkan pada equivalence partitions digunakan untuk membantu penyusunan kasus uji dan mencoba keunggulan serta mendapatkan error yang tidak terduga. Selama pengujian, tidak ditemukan kesalahan baik pada partisi nilai masukan maupun keluaran. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian asumsi, hanya satu asumsi yang diterima, yakni dampak PU kepada ATU. Hal ini menunjukkan keyakinan bahwa software pengendalian penduduk permanen-nonpermanen bermanfaat akan mempengaruhi sikap penerimaan atau penolakan terhadap software tersebut.

Abstract

Development planning in the village begins with the Development Planning Conference. The government considers the need for solutions in solving development problems up to the village and village level so that on November 7, 2018 a Mayor Regulation number 72 of 2018 concerning the formation of village administrators is issued so that development is no longer based on RT-RW but based on village. The many functions of village administrators need an appropriate system for processing data. Manually processing data has weaknesses, especially in planning and controlling budget. The purpose of this study is to produce an integrated system for planning and controlling village-based area development. The research method used consists of library research, data collection and system development of the Waterfall method (system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing). The results of this study are a system that is capable of processing data from budget proposals to reporting and can provide varied information for village administrators, LPMK and Kelurahan.

Abstract

Sistem presensi atau absensi karyawan pada PT. PICSI Yogyakarta yang digunakaan saat ini adalah dengan finger print yaitu sistem presensi yang menggunakan alat dengan deteksi sidik jari. Masalah yang timbul dari peralatan presensi finger print ini ada beberapa hal. Masalah pertama adalah kepekaan alat, alat presensi ini kadang-kadang memerlukan waktu lama untuk mengenali sidik jari karyawan, yang kedua letak alat finger print terlalu jauh dari ruang karyawan. Sebagai pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah diusulkannya sistem informasi presensi dengan validasi radius lokasi menggunakan formula Haversine, sedangkan untuk mengetahui koordinat pengguna digunakan teknologi Google Map API

Abstract

Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dan Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI) pada program studi Teknologi Informasi Program Diploma, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi (FST) Universitas Respati Yogyakarta (UNRIYO) merupakan tahapan kegiatan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman nyata terkait keilmuan yang ditekuni. Pengelolaan administrasi PKL dan KTI mahasiswa saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Masalah yang ditemukan adalah proses administrasi PKL dan KTI tidak efisien, program studi kesulitan untuk melacak judul PKL dan judul KTI yang diusulkan, dosen pembimbing kesulitan melakukan monitoring kemajuan mahasiswa dalam melakukan PKL dan KTI, mahasiswa mengalami kendala untuk proses pengajuan proposal dan mendapatkan informasi tentang jadwal seminar PKL maupun ujian pendadaran serta dosen penguji tidak efektif dalam pemberian nilai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi pengelolaan PKL-KTI dengan fitur yang sesuai kebutuhan program studi. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah layanan kepada mahasiswa terkait PKL-KTI mulai dari pegajuan proposal sampai penyerahan dokumen PKL-KTI. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja program studi karena beberapa proses dilakukan secara otomatis dan pengolahan data tidak hanya tersentral di prodi. Ketersediaan informasi sangat memadai baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas sehingga sangat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

A community service partnership is carried out between a university and a local government to standardize processes and products produced by the Ayam Goreng Kalasan industry cluster. Efforts are made through a series of focused discussion activities, knowledge sharing, and material provision, as well as training and mentoring on aspects of standardization, product diversification,and promotion toward marketing with a broader scope. The first three stages were carried out with the involvement of local government. The results of the community service implementation were measured using a comparison of knowledge of business actors before and after the implementation of the activities. A total of 31 business actors, as members of the Ayam Goreng Kalasan Maju Makmur industry cluster, have participated in this activity. Increased knowledge is observed in all aspects: standardization, diversification, management, and marketing. The collaboration between the university and the local government, therefore, can increase the participation of business actors, accelerate the required standardization and certification process, and further increase the possibility of sustainability of cluster business development.

Abstract

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14/PRT/M/2018 concerning Quality Improvement of Slum Housing and Slum Settlements. It is stated that slum housing is housing that has decreased the quality of its function as a dwelling, while slums are settlements that are not habitable due to building irregularity, high building density, and unqualified building quality and facilities and infrastructure. Conditions in Tanjung Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Full City. The condition of Tanjung village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Full City, is classified as a slum, judging from environmental drainage, there are collapses in drainage channels, a lot of garbage is thrown and accumulates in drainage channels, reducing the effectiveness of drainage channels, the amount of development in the area, and other bad conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors affect drainage slums in Tanjung Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Full City, look for dominant factors and find strategies to prevent or minimize the occurrence of drainage slums in Tanjung Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Full City for the present and the future. This study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the research conducted there are 5 factors that affect drainage slums, namely the inability of drainage to drain water runoff, unavailability of drainage, disconnection with urban drainage systems, lack of maintenance of drainage, collapse of drainage.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the Kanban method in testing a family welfare empowerment application. The Kanban method, initially developed by Toyota in manufacturing, has been effectively applied in software development. This study involves a series of tests involving various features within the application, such as user registration, village data collection, processing of the family welfare empowerment data at the Village/District level, and more. The test results show that most tests were successful, highlighting the application's success in executing essential functions such as user registration and event scheduling. However, some tests failed, primarily in inputting village, hamlet, and community unit data. These results indicate that using the Kanban method in testing a family welfare empowerment application can potentially enhance development and testing efficiency. Metrics such as testing time, test success, and time efficiency have provided valuable insights into the application's performance. In conclusion, this testing provides a foundation for further application development, focusing on improving the areas that experienced testing failures. This research also opens up opportunities for further studies on using the Kanban method in software testing in various other application development contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Koranic solution in realizing family resilience through character education. This type of research uses a literature review with a narrative review design, namely looking for articles related to the koran's solution to realizing family resilience through character education that has been published. Existing journals and references obtained the results that Qur’an-based character education means instilling the values contained in the Qur’an as a guide. As the Prophet made the Qur'an as his character according to the meaning of the Qur'an surah Al Qalam verse 4. The character education in question can be used as a solution in building family resilience, where disputes and arguments that occur continuously in the family environment become the main factor in divorce cases can be minimized with Qur'anic values such as mutual respect, mutual respect, mutual love, mutual help and mutual attention to each family member.

Abstract

E-commerce technology enables efficient online transactions, providing customers with a convenient and efficient purchasing experience. In terms of production, e-commerce information systems can be integrated with production management, enabling monitoring of the production process, optimizing production efficiency and reducing the risk of stock shortages. E-commerce technology also opens up opportunities for more sophisticated marketing strategies, as MSMEs can utilize consumer data analysis, increasing customer appeal and ordering and sales. E-commerce technology facilitates direct interaction between consumers, fostering closer relationships and improving customer experience. The development of e-commerce technology has significantly increased the effectiveness and efficiency of MSMEs specifically in the fried chicken sector, enabling them to compete in the digital business era. The purpose of this study is to develop an E-Commerce information system in the "Maju Makmur" Kalasan fried chicken industry center that manages MSMEs fried chicken. The research method is a prototype model. This model starts from data collection, system design and testing. The stages of the prototyping development model consist of: communication, rapid planning, rapid modeling, construction, and delivery. The results of this study are a web-based system to optimize consumer, production, and marketing processes in order to increase operational efficiency and market access through an online platform.

Abstract

Empowering family well-being in rural communities is a crucial goal in sustainable development. One emerging innovation is the Village-Based Integrated Family Welfare Information System (VBIFWIS). This study delves into the effectiveness of the socialization and training of VBIFWIS in addressing the challenges of family empowerment in rural areas. The findings indicate that adequate socialization and targeted training can enhance the community's understanding of the benefits of VBIFWIS, improve access to services, and empower individuals in system utilization. However, initial challenges such as technology resistance and the learning curve necessitate a sustained approach. These findings provide valuable insights into how VBIFWIS can effectively empower family well-being in rural environments, emphasizing the significance of community participation, efficient data management, and addressing technological challenges.
