Abstract

Cakupan ASI Eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lingkar Barat Kota Bengkulu tahun 2018 sebesar 63,8%, merupakan angka cakupan ASI Eksklusif terendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kegagalan ASI Eksklusif di wilayah kerja puskesmas Lingkar Barat Kota Bengkulu.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif  dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Ibu yang mempunyai anak umur 6 bulan – 24 bulan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling di dapatkan sampel sebanyak 62 orang. Data di analisis Univariat, Chi Square, Regresi Logistik Berganda.Sebesar 51,6% Ibu memberikan ASI Eksklusif, 88,7% mendapat dukungan dari petugas kesehatan, 53,2% mendapat dukungan suami, 66,1% mendapat dukungan orang tua. Terdapat hubungan antara Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan dan dukungan orang tua dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif (p value = 0,05 dan 0,020). Dukungan orang tua merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI Esklusif.Petugas kesehatan menginformasikan kepada ibu hamil bahwa kehadiran orang tua sangat membantu ibu dalam proses menyusui. Orang tua akan berbagi pengalaman dengan anaknya

Abstract

Stunting adalah masalah gizi kronis pada balita yang ditandai dengan tinggi badan yang lebih pendek dibandingkan dengan anak seusianya.Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Argamakmur merupakan jumlah tertinggi balita dengan status gizi stunting 14,8%. Penelitiann ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berat badan lahir sebagai faktor risiko kejadian stunting. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 02 – 20 Agustus 2019 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Argamakmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Populasi seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita usia 24 – 36 bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling berjumlah 72 orang. Analisis data dengan univariabel dan bivariabel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 37,5% balita berat badan lahir rendah dan status gizi stunting 40,27%. Analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara berat badan lahir terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24-36 bulan di Puskesmas Kota Argamakmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara.Adanya pemeriksaan rutin status gizi balita dan melakukan pendidikan kesehatan kepada orang tua tentang stunting.

Abstract

Angka Kasus Demam Berdarah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Bengkulu sebanyak 33 Kasus. Untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku keluarga dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue (DBD) terhadap keberadaan jentik nyamukdi Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian observational analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 orang di wilayah kerja Puskesmas sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian di lakukan pada tanggal 2-10 Agustus 2019. Hasil penelitian dari 66 orang  responden terdapat 7 orang yang pengetahuan  kurang, 31 orang  pengetahuan cukup dan 28 orang yang pengetahuan baik. Terdapat 18 orang sikap tidak mendukung dan 48 orang sikap Mendukung. Kemudian terdapat 18 orang  tindakan kurang dan 48 orang tindakan baik.  Dari 66 orang Responden 14 orang yang ada jentik nyamuk dan 52 orang yang tidak ada jentik nyamuk. Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan keluarga dalam upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue (DBD) terhadap keberadaan jentik nyamuk di  Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu. Saran untuk pelayanan kesehatan agar dapat mengupayakan pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue dengan dapat memberikan edukasi atau pengetahuan kesehatan tentang upaya pencegahan demam berdarah dengue (DBD) terhadap keberadaan jentik nyamuk di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Bengkulu Province is in the fifth lowest position in achieving exclusive breastfeeding nationally. There was a decrease in the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Bengkulu Province by 6.7% from 2016-2017. The low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding will have an impact on the health status of babies and children in the future. This study aims to analyze the causes of failure of exclusive breastfeeding in the city of Bengkulu.This type of research is a quantitative method, the research was conducted at two health centers, namely the Betungan Health Center (Success) and the Community Health Center (Failure). The selection of puskesmas is based on data obtained from the Bengkulu City Health Office. The sample selection used purposive sampling, with a minimum sample size of 124 breastfeeding mothers. The data were analyzed by Univariate, Bivariate (Chi Square) and Multivariate (Multiple Logistic Regression).Mothers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding are 79 (63.7%). There is a relationship between efforts to prepare exclusive breastfeeding, health worker support, advertisements for formula milk, support from husbands and support from mothers (parents) and exclusive breastfeeding in Bengkulu City. Advertising for formula milk is the most associated factor with exclusive breastfeeding.Information need for the nearest person and health care staff are not exposed to the mother's milk formula ads.

Abstract

Natural disasters are still a concern and problem in the world, including in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country that is prone to flooding, so it is very risky to cause material losses that can cost many lives. Tanjung Agung Village is one of the areas in Bengkulu City which continues to be flooded every year, even the frequency of flooding can be two to three times a year with inundation heights reaching one and a half meters from the ground. This community service is carried out for the residents of RT. 03 Tanjung Agung Village, Bengkulu City with activities including health education on preparedness to face flood disasters, simulation of flooding, mutual cooperation and tree planting. The results of the activity show that the community' s desire to start caring for the environment can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community in every series of activities ranging from health education, simulation, mutual cooperation and tree planting as an effort to minimize the risk of flood disasters during heavy rains. It can be concluded that this activity has a positive impact on supporting and increasing knowledge and increasing awareness of the RT community. 03 Tanjung Agung Village, Bengkulu City regarding the danger of flooding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of health education with audio-visual methods on knowledge, attitudes, and frequency of consumption of street food in students of SDN 52 Kota Bengkulu in 2018. This type of prospective experimental research is Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The statistical test results obtained p-value 0.002 for knowledge variables, 0.225 for attitudes and 0.84 for frequency. In conclusion, there is a difference in the average knowledge before and after being given audio-visual education. There was no difference in the average attitude and frequency of consumption of snacks before and after being given audio-visual education at 52 Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The results of the BPJS patient satisfaction study were 20 respondents (50%) were satisfied. General patient target as many as 21 respondents (52.5%) was satisfied. The results of statistical tests obtained p-value satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients based on tangible dimensions <0.05 (p=0.025), reliability dimension (p=0.001), responsiveness dimension (p=0.001), assurance dimension (p=0.001) and empathy dimension (p=0.001). In conclusion, there are differences in the satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City. Keywords: BPJS, General Patients

Abstract

This study aims to determine the patient's perception of the quality of service at the Harapan and Doa Hospital in Bengkulu City during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used was quantitative using a cross-sectional design. Overall, the results showed that the patient's perception of the five dimensions of service quality was still not good, namely 57.1% reliability, 63.8% responsiveness, 56.2% assurance, 50.5% empathy, and 55.2% physical evidence. The results of the chi-square test showed that there was a significant effect between age (p-value = 0.001) , gender (p-value = 0.001), education (p-value = 0.001), occupation (p-value = 0.001) on patients' perceptions of quality. service. In conclusion, most of the respondents stated that the Outpatient Polyclinic of Harapan and Doa Hospital Bengkulu City was still not good. There was an influence of age, gender, education, and occupation on patients' perceptions of service quality. Keywords: Satisfaction, Quality, Pandemic, Perception

Abstract

This study aims to explain the construction of rape among underage perpetrators (14 to 17 years). The design of this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study found that boys who were involved in rape cases could interpret rape in 3 forms, namely: as forced sex, consensual sex and deviant solidarity in boys' friendship groups. Overall, the construction they built illustrates the strong existence of patriarchal culture in rape cases involving perpetrators under 18 years of age. This is reflected in the form of domination, oppression, and victim blaming. In conclusion, the role of patriarchal culture in rape and injustice against women. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards Covid-19 prevention behavior at the Pancasila Islamic Boarding School in Bengkulu City. This research method is a quantitative research with cross sectional method. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 55.9% of students had good knowledge, 50.00% of students had an attitude of supporting Covid-19 prevention, and 55.9% of students behaved well in preventing Covid-19. The results of the chi-square test obtained that the p-value between knowledge and attitudes with Covid-19 related to Covid-19 prevention was 0.539 and 1,000. In conclusion, there is no relationship between knowledge and attitudes with Covid-19 prevention behavior at the Bengkulu City Pancasila Islamic Boarding School.
