Abstract

This research discusses the phenomenon of revictimization of women in the context of technology-based sexual violence, specifically revenge porn and blackmail. Women victims are forced to remain in a sexual relationship with the perpetrator-who is generally a partner or ex-partner-with the threat of spreading intimate footage to social media. This phenomenon causes serious psychological impacts, including depression, rejection from the social environment, failure to report to law enforcement, and victim blaming. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the forms of revictimization experienced by women and the protection solutions that can be provided through the legal system and social approaches. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with three informants who are victims of revenge porn. The results showed that the media played a significant role in exacerbating victims' suffering through the dissemination of sexually exploitative material. This research also provides recommendations for human rights-based protection policies and strategies as well as the urgency of public education in combating digital sexual violence.

Abstract

This study examines the issue of women's revictimization in the realm of technology-facilitated sexual violence, focusing on revenge porn and blackmail. Female victims are coerced into maintaining a sexual relationship with the offender—often a current or former partner—under the threat of having intimate videos shared on social media. This situation leads to severe psychological effects, such as depression, social ostracism, reluctance to report to authorities, and victim blaming. The research seeks to offer a comprehensive understanding of the revictimization women face and the protective measures that can be implemented through legal frameworks and social strategies. Employing a descriptive qualitative research method, data was gathered through in-depth interviews with three victims of revenge porn. Findings indicate that media significantly worsens the victims' plight by spreading sexually exploitative content. The study also suggests human rights-based protection policies and strategies, emphasizing the need for public education to combat digital sexual violence.

Abstract

Education quality assurance is a crucial element in building an adaptive and sustainable education system. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) policy and its impact on school performance at Aya Sophia Islamic School. Using a qualitative approach and single case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation study. The findings show that the implementation of SPMI through the PPEPP cycle (Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement) is carried out in a participatory and contextual manner, with the active involvement of the principal, teachers, quality team, and parents. Positive impacts are seen in the improvement of students' academic achievement, parents' satisfaction and the effectiveness of school governance. However, challenges are still found in the aspects of documentation and integration of quality indicators. This study makes a theoretical contribution to the development of local context-based education policy implementation models and presents practical and managerial implications for improving the quality of education in integrated Islamic schools.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health in Indonesia by highlighting aspects of patient rights protection and professional responsibility of medical personnel within the framework of restorative justice. Using a qualitative approach through exploratory case studies, data were obtained from document studies and semi-structured interviews with doctors, nurses, and health officials in three provinces. The results revealed that there was limited understanding of patient rights and the substance of restorative justice, non-uniform implementation of regulations across regions, and weaknesses in internal mediation procedures in many health facilities. In addition, there is unequal access to legal information and blurred lines of responsibility between service providers and financing institutions such as BPJS. This study concludes that the success of health law reform is not only determined by progressive regulations, but also by institutional readiness, central-local policy harmonization, and the participation of professional organizations. The findings provide theoretical contributions in strengthening restorative justice discourse in health law, as well as practical and managerial implications for the government, healthcare institutions, and medical professional actors.

Abstract

Geographically, it is located in a strategic urban area with quite rapid development, both in terms of infrastructure development and population growth. The heterogeneous composition of its population, both in terms of education level, livelihood, and cultural background, provides both potential and challenges in efforts to create an empowered community and actively participate in sustainable environmental management. In general, most residents of Nginden Jangkungan Village work in the informal sector, such as street vendors, rental services, grocery stores, and transportation services. This is exacerbated by the community's limited technical knowledge regarding waste management based on the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle (3R), as well as the absence of an integrated and sustainable empowerment model. The implementation method of this Community Service activity is designed with a participatory and collaborative approach, prioritizing synergy between academics, the village government, community groups, and beneficiary residents. Nginden Jangkungan Village has adequate social and institutional potential to implement a civil society empowerment program in sustainable environmental management. However, this area still faces serious challenges related to the management of household liquid waste, which has not been handled optimally, so it has the potential to pollute groundwater and waterways and cause environmental health impacts.
