Abstract

AbstractThe development of shopping behavior online current has made the marketplace Shope very popular with consumers. So that in the buying process it is necessary to pay attention to factors such as product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews in order to buy the right product. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions in the marketplace Shopee (Study on customers Shopee in Malang). The population of this research is customers Shopeein Malang with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data collection of this research uses primary data with Google Form. Then the validity and reliability tests were conducted before data analysis was carried out. The results of the F test study indicate that   product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. And the t test states that  product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews each have a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords        : Product knowledge, brand image, online customer review, purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at UMKM NILAKANDI Catering in Sidoarjo Regency mediated by readiness to change. The population used is all employees, amounting to 169 people. While the sample used in this study because it uses a saturated sampling technique, the sample taken is all 169 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and using a questionnaire as a data collection technique.Through this research, it can be concluded that leadership and readiness to change have a direct and significant influence on employee performance, transformational leadership is able to provide a direct and significant influence on readiness to change, transformational leadership does not indirectly have a significant effect on employee performance of UMKM NILAKANDI Catering Sidoarjo Regency through readiness to change as a mediating variable.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Readiness to Change, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The rise of the cafe business in Malang city and huge potential market, requires businessman to create creativity for making their business look different so that it attracts consumer interest. The cafe owner have to know what the customer's needs and provide the satisfaction that expected by consumers so that consumers become loyal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable in customers of Cafe Terserah Kopi Malang. This type of research in this research is explanatory research through quantitative approach. The population in this reasearch were customers of Cafe Terserah Kopi Malang with total of sample is 96 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. In this research, using questionnaires and interviews for data collection methods. The data analysis method use path analysis. The results showed that service quality has a direct effect on satisfaction, price has a direct effect on satisfaction, service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty, price has a direct effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty, and service quality and price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keyword: Service Quality, Price, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the Word Of Mouth, Destination Image, and Destination Branding of Revisiting Interest in Tuban White Sand Beach Tour either simultaneously or partially. This research uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were visitors from the White Sand Beach Tourism. Samples taken were 73 respondents. The sampling technique used was snowball. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the Word Of Mouth, Destination Image, and Destination Branding simultaneously had a significant effect on Visiting Interest. And Word Of Mouth has a partially significant effect on interest in visiting. Meanwhile, Destination Image has no partially significant effect on Returning Interest. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, resilience and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a total sample of 81 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of a partial research analysis, brand ambassador has a significant effect on buying decision. While partially brand ambassador has a significant effect on buying decision. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Beauty Vlogger and Brand Image on Emina's Cosmetic Product Purchase Decision in Malang City. The population in this study were all students of the economics and business faculty of the Malang Islamic University class of 2018 who used Emina cosmetic products. The sample in this study were 85 female students. This study uses quantitative data and the method of collection is by using a questionnaire via google form and measured using a likert scale. The results of the study partially show that: 1) Beauty vlogger has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2) Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. All independent variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Beauty Vlogger, Brand Image, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstrak Financial decisions related to capital or funds in the company. Capital is business capital that is the basis for running a business. Decisions that are closely related to the selection of financing sources that come from and can affect the value of the company. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, asset structure, and liquidity on capital structure. The object of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2020. This type of research is causative. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period as many as 26 companies and a sample of 14 companies. The sampling method is purposive sampling, so the number of units of analysis is 42 observations. The method of data analysis is through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability, firm size, asset structure, and liquidity simultaneously had a significant effect on capital structure. Partially, liquidity has a significant effect on capital structure, while profitability, firm size and liquidity have no significant effect on capital structure. Keyword : Profitability, Size COmpany, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Capital Structure

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted in order to determine and analyze the influence of brand, price, and product quality on the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. The population in this study were active undergraduate students at the Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018. The approach method used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially brand, price, and product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While Simultaneously stated that the brand. price, and product quality together influence the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. Keywords: Brand, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on employees of the UPT Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Tumpang. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The target population in this study were UPT Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Tumpang, amounting to 51 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Data collection methods used are by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the variables of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. This can be proven by the magnitude of the F value of 0,000 (0,000 < 0.05). The work environment partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.002. Work motivation partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.020. Work discipline partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.032. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Minimarket Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, Bali. The type of research chosen is explanatory research with quantitative methods. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of store atmosphere, product diversity and service quality on buying interest. The independent variables used are store atmosphere, item diversity, and service quality, while the dependent variable is buying interest. The sample used in this study were 90 participants who were buyers in Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, Bali. With a questionnaire as data collection. The evaluation method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, instrument test, determination test, t test and f test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study state that product diversity, service quality and store atmosphere partially affect buying interest and product diversity, store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously affect buying interest. Keywords: Product Diversity, Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Buying Interest.
