Abstract

The digital platforms owned by BAZNAS are very varied. Still, the community has yet to fully utilize these platforms, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when all activities have shifted online. Hence, the collection of zakat digital still needs to be improved compared to the collection of zakat directly. This study aims to find BAZNAS strategies for utilizing digital platforms so that it is expected to increase the collection of zakat funds through digital platforms. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the BAZNAS strategy for utilizing digital platforms to increase the collection of zakat funds amid the Covid-19 pandemic is to develop the six BAZNAS platforms amidst the increasing number of internet users by utilizing online-based advertising and relying on well-known influencers as BAZNAS ambassadors and preparing reliable, accurate, transparent and accountable financial reports.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial character development is a vital aspect of preparing students for self-reliance and economic contribution, particularly within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) that integrate religious and life skills education. This study aims to examine the influence of the educational role and curriculum of Islamic boarding schools on students’ entrepreneurial character. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected through a survey using structured questionnaires distributed to 35 pesantren managers as respondents. The findings reveal that the educational role of pesantren has a significant influence on students’ entrepreneurial development, as indicated by a test value of 95.413 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05. In contrast, the curriculum does not show a significant influence, with a test value of 1.252 < 1.96 and a p-value of 0.219 > 0.05. These results suggest that while structured learning content may not directly impact entrepreneurial outcomes, the broader educational environment and role modelling within pesantren play a critical role in shaping entrepreneurial character. This study underscores the importance of enhancing the educational dynamics and practical engagement in Islamic boarding schools to foster entrepreneurship as a core value in Islamic education.

Abstract

Productive waqf has become a means to improve community welfare through various economic-based programs. This is inseparable from the role of waqf fund management by professional Nazir, accompanied by community empowerment. Al-Azhar Indonesia's livestock waqf program has shown good management and empowerment results, but it has not been clearly illustrated how much the influence of productive waqf management and empowerment on the welfare of mauquf 'alaih, especially measured in spiritual welfare or maqashid sharia. This study aims to prove that productive waqf management and empowerment affect the Islamic welfare through the livestock waqf program at the Al-Azhar Indonesia Institute. The research method uses descriptive quantitative methods with data collection methods through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS software version 4. The results showed that the management and empowerment of productive waqf positively and significantly affected the Islamic welfare. The livestock waqf program run by the Al-Azhar Indonesia Institute can significantly improve material and spiritual welfare with the level of influence of management on the Islamic welfare of 0.333 or 33.3% while the level of influence of empowerment on the Islamic welfare is 0.617 or 61.7%. The level of welfare achieved during the livestock waqf program is seen in increasing income, worship, fulfilling primary needs, knowledge and skills, as well as health and education.

Abstract

Transformasi paradigma pemasaran digital mengharuskan UMKM mengadaptasi strategi komunikasi berbasis konten untuk meningkatkan daya saing dalam era ekonomi hijau. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penguatan branding melalui konten digital pada UMKM Dery Flower's yang bergerak dalam pengolahan limbah plastik menjadi produk bunga hias bernilai ekonomis. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahapan sistematis: pembangunan kapasitas melalui edukasi komprehensif strategi pemasaran digital dan manajemen operasional, produksi dan demonstrasi konten multimedia berkualitas tinggi, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi menggunakan analisis metrik kuantitatif engagement rate periode September-Desember dengan pendekatan campuran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan engagement rate pada seluruh platform media sosial: Instagram dari 2,5% menjadi 10%, TikTok dari 11% menjadi 41,6%, Facebook dari 3,75% menjadi 8%, dan YouTube Shorts dari 6,25% menjadi 62,5%. Transformasi ini berdampak langsung pada peningkatan visibilitas produk berkelanjutan, perubahan persepsi konsumen positif terhadap produk daur ulang, penguatan positioning sebagai UMKM berkelanjutan, dan pembentukan loyalitas merek berdasarkan nilai lingkungan. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi konten berkualitas, optimalisasi visual profesional, dan komunikasi nilai keberlanjutan menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan strategi branding digital UMKM sektor ekonomi hijau dengan dampak transformatif terhadap pola pikir kewirausahaan.

untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Namun, sebagian besar produk UMKM di Desa Ciherang Pondok masih menggunakan kemasan yang sederhana dan kurang menarik, serta label yang tidak mencerminkan kualitas produk yang mereka tawarkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk UMKM di Desa Ciherang Pondok melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan upgrading kemasan dan label. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kelompok, dan pendekatan individual. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam branding kemasan dan label mencapai 92 persen, peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam strategi peningkatan nilai jual melalui upgrading kemasan dan label mencapai 93 persen, dan tersedia kemasan dan label custom yang menarik sebanyak 7 UMKM. Upgrading kemasan dan label bagi UMKM di Desa Ciherang Pondok memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan citra dan kepercayaan konsumen, sehingga mendorong naiknya minat beli dan penjualan.
