Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di desa Kemasantani, Gondang, Mojokerto dengan mitra pengusaha mikro kerupuk samiler. Mitra mempunyai permasalahan yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang perawatan alat produksi mesin parut dengan bahan bakar gas. Mesin ini merupakan teknologi baru yang digunakan dalam proses produksinya. Solusi terhadap masalah ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang perawatan alat produksi tersebut. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra tentang perawatan alat produksi mesin parut dengan bahan bakar gas, sehingga mesin dapat awet dan bertahan lama. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pengusaha mikro kerupuk samiler. Hasil capaian pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra sebesar 40% dan ketrampilan 55% untuk perawatan alat produksi mesin parut dengan bahan bakar gas

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2021 di kabupaten Nganjuk sudah banyak sekolah yang telah berpredikat sebagai sekolah penggerak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah PSP adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan Kepala Sekolah tentang model kompetensi kepemimpinan pada sekolah penggerak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi Kepala Sekolah program sekolah penggerak sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Metode yang digunakan  dalam kegiatan ini adalah dalam bentuk lokakarya. Hasil yang dicapai setelah kegiatan ini adalah adanya pemahaman peningkatan pengetahuan Kepala Sekolah tentang model kompetensi sekolah yang terdiri dari empat kategori yaitu 1) pengembangan diri dan orang lain, 2) kepemimpinan  pembelajaran, 3) kepemimpinan manajemen sekolah dan 4) kepemimpinan pengembangan sekolah. Dari keempat kategori model tersebut Kepala sekolah diberikan pendalaman materi peningkatan kompetensi sekolah, khususnya Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran di sekolah. Kategori kepemimpinan ini mempunyai 4 kompetensi yaitu a) memimpin upaya pengembangan lingkungan belajar yang berpusat pada murid, b) memimpin perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proses belajar yang berpusat pada murid, c) memimpin refleksi dan perbaikan kualitas proses belajar yang berpusat pada murid, dan d) melibatkan orang tua/wali murid sebagai pendamping dan sumber belajar di sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan temperatur permukaan yang dihasilkan oleh mesin pompa air sawah dengan dua bahan bakar yang berbeda yaitu bensin dan gas. Bensin yang digunakan berupa pertalite dan gas yang digunakan LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimental. Pengukuran temperatur pada permukaan mesin diukur dengan menggunakan alat pengukur temperatur pada putaran mesin 2000 rpm, selama 30 menit, dengan menggunakan bahan bakar pertalite dan LPG. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh, bahwa temperatur permukaan pada mesin berbahan bakar pertalite sebesar 85,93 oC, sedangkan pada mesin berbahan bakar LPG sebesar 88,02 oC. Temperatur permukaan pada mesin berbahan bakar pertalite lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan mesin berbahan bakar LPG, yaitu sebesar 4,19 oC.

Abstract

This community service activity has been carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Lengkong, Nganjuk Regency. The problem faced by service partners is the lack of quality in the learning process in implementing the new paradigm curriculum, especially the lack of teachers who make lesson plans and the lack of teacher innovation in learning. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality of learning in implementing the new paradigm curriculum, through lesson study in partner schools, especially improving the quality of teachers in making lesson plans and improving the quality of teachers innovating in the implementation of learning. The service method used is to provide training in the form of technical guidance to teachers at partner schools related to the new paradigm curriculum and lesson study. The results achieved from this service are improvements in the quality of teacher learning, especially for grade 7 teachers who apply the new paradigm curriculum by 85% .

Abstract

The Driving School Program (PSP) launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) was simultaneously implemented in stages starting in the 2022/2023 academic year. Every elementary school (SD) both public and private under the Ministry of Education and Culture simultaneously prepares the School Operational Curriculum (KOS). The partner for this community service activity was UPT SD Negeri 25 Gresik. The problem faced by partners was that there was still a lack of knowledge about the guidelines for preparing KOS using the independent curriculum development guidelines. The purpose of this community service activity was to improve the quality of KOS, in accordance with the existing components of the independent curriculum development. The method used is the mentoring method, both online and offline at partner schools. The result achieved from this service activity was the existence of a KOS document that was in accordance with the independent curriculum development guidelines.

Abstract

One of the driving school assistance programs was carrying out reflection activities on educational units. Reflection activities were held every 3 months. The purpose of this activity was that it was hoped that the driving school will be able to identify the achievements of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum as a reference for preparing work plans every 3 months in the future. The partner for this community service activity was the UPT SD Negeri 25 Gresik driving school. The problem faced by partners in this reflection activity was that there was still a lack of knowledge about identifying the achievements of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum including school conditions, good practices, challenges and strategies, educational unit actors that can be involved, and realistic follow-up plans related to the implementation of the independent curriculum. The method used was to use the mentoring method, by carrying out activities in the form of reflection on activities online once every 3 months. The results achieved from this community service activity are worksheet documents as a result of reflection on the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, including identification of school conditions related to the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, identification of things that were going well and things that were still a challenge, input and recommendations for stakeholders and follow-up plans realistic according to the results of reflection.

Abstract

Partners for community service activities in the Community-Based Empowerment (PBM) scheme with the scope of Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) were farmer groups (poktan) with the name Sari Tani Rejo Satu which was located in Rejosari village, Jatirejo sub-district, Mojokerto district, East Java province . The problems faced by partners in the field of production technology, partners still don't have rice field water pumps, so far it's from Poktan members, and the cost of fuel for water pumps was still high (gasoline or diesel), resulting in higher production costs. The aim of this PKM was to overcome the problems of partners in the field of production technology, namely the procurement of dual-fuel rice field water pumps (gasoline and gas), so that production costs are expected to decrease and ultimately have an impact on increased productivity.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Empowerment Partner (PKM) was SMP Negeri 2 Kemlagi. The school was located on the outskirts of Mojokerto district and was founded in 2021. The problem faced by partners was the lack of knowledge about Learning Communities, especially about the process of forming and optimizing Learning Communities in schools. The aim of this PKM was to increase knowledge about Learning Communities, especially regarding the formation and optimization of Learning Communities to improve teacher competence, especially regarding character education and school culture. The method used was training in the form of workshops to facilitate the formation of learning communities and their optimization in partner schools to increase teacher competency by sharing knowledge and discussions related to character education and school culture. The results achieved after implementing PKM were that partners know about the importance of learning communities in schools, especially about the process of forming and optimizing learning communities in schools in an effort to improve teacher competency and learning culture in schools, with a participant attendance rate of 100% and a level of understanding of participant knowledge of 76% of the material provided.

Abstract

In the 2022/2023 academic year, the independent curriculum will be implemented simultaneously, including in Mojokerto Regency. This study aims to analyze the readiness of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in Mojokerto, especially at the junior high school level. This type of research, descriptive research with survey method. The survey reveals teacher readiness in terms of knowledge and attitude. Knowledge related to knowledge of independent curriculum policies, independent curriculum structure, learning and assessment as well as the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, while attitudes related to attitudes taken by teachers in preparing the implementation of an independent curriculum. Respondents in this study were junior high school teachers in Mojokerto. The results obtained were teacher readiness in the aspect of knowledge with the 10 questions given to respondents obtained that all questions gave positive responses knowing and very knowing more than 50%, and there were 2 questions which answered 100% knowing and very knowing related to Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, Learning Achievements, Learning Objectives, and Learning Objective Flow. And teacher readiness from the Attitude Aspect with 12 questions given to respondents obtained 11 questions giving positive and very positive responses with a percentage of more than 50%, and there is one question, namely how often to compose learning assessments in an independent curriculum less than 50%, namely 43%. From these results, more than 50% of teachers were ready to implement the independent curriculum in terms of knowledge and attitudes.

Abstract

Community Partnership Empowerment was implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Kemlagi, Mojokerto, East Java. The partner's problem is that there is still a lack of knowledge about the character of the Pancasila student profile based on local wisdom according to the school context. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge of teachers and school principals in understanding the character education of Pancasila student profiles based on local wisdom according to the school context through the use of the independent teaching platform. The method of service carried out is by providing reinforcement to teachers and school principals regarding Pancasila student profile character education based on local wisdom according to the school context using an independent teaching platform in the form of training. The results obtained from this service are from the evaluation results of the participant attendance level being 100%, while the percentage increase in partner knowledge in using the independent teaching platform to increase the capacity of teachers and school principals related to strengthening the character of Pancasila student profiles based on local wisdom according to the context and needs of the school shows that the results are increasing the capacity of training participants by 80%.
