Abstract

ABSTRAKSetiap tanaman mempunyai hormon pertumbuhan alami dalam jumlah yang terbatas. Namun dimikian pada keadaan tertentu, tanaman tidak dapat memproduksi hormon secara maksimal, sehingga dibutuhkan zat pengatur tumbuh atau hormon tambahan. Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) telah menjadi komponen penting dalam bidang pertanian untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan tanaman. Namun, kelompok Tani “Palem” di Desa Sumedangan belum memiliki pemahaman dan kemampuan yang cukup dalam membuat zat pengatur tumbuh. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok Tani “Palem” dalam memproduksi dan mengaplikasikan ZPT pada tanaman. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan diawali dengan sosialisasi melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dilanjutkan dengan pemberian  pelatihan dan pendampingan aplikasi ZPT di lapang. Hasil diseminasi teknologi di lapang yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan respon positif ditunjukkan dengan sikap antusias kelompok Tani “Palem” dalam pembuatan ZPT berbahan rebung bambu dan air kelapa. Hasil evaluasi dan monitoring juga menunjukkan peningkatan empat parameter kemampuan peserta yaitu knowledge (79.07%), attitude (60%), skill (84.44%), dan hasil pretest/post test (83.33%) pada pengaplikasian ZPT pada tanaman.Kata kunci : padi, rebung, zat pengatur tumbuh.ABSTRACTEvery plant has a small amount of natural growth hormone. However, under certain conditions, plants cannot produce enough hormones, so growth regulators or additional hormones are needed. Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) have become an essential component in agriculture to facilitate plant growth. Unfortunately, the "Palem" Farmer Group in Sumedangan Village does not have enough understanding and ability to make plant growth regulators. This community service aimed to provide training and assistance to the "Palem" Farmer Group to produce and apply PGRs on plants. The service methods used were initiated by socialization through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), followed by training assistance and PGRs application assistance in the field. The result of technology dissemination in the area showed a positive response indicated by the "Palem" Farmer group's enthusiastic response while making PGRs using bamboo shoots and coconut water. The evaluation and monitoring results also showed an increase in four parameters of the participants' abilities, including knowledge (70.07%), attitudes (60%), skills (84.44%), and the results of pretest/posttest (83.33%) on the application of ZPT on plants.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kelompok tani Palem merupakan kelompok petani tanaman pangan yang berada di Desa Sumedangan Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan, yang mana desa tersebut merupakan wilayah aliran sungai. Lahan sawah dipinggiran sungai tersebut terkena dampak luapan air sungai, sehingga membanjiri lahan sawah petani setinggi 10-15 cm. Dalam upaya peningkatan produksi padi pada penerapan integrasi padi itik dan peningkatan pendapatan kelompok tani menghadapi beberapa permasalahan. Diantaranya yaitu (1) mitra belum mendapat pengetahuan mengenai pola tanam padi terintegrasi dengan pemeliharaan itik, (2) mitra belum mempunyai tambahan penghasilan selain bertani, dan (3) mitra belum mengetahui bagaimana cara beternak itik dan memasarkan hasil ternak. Metode untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dilakukan dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan aplikasi integrasi padi itik. Hasil diseminasi teknologi di lapang yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : 1) Kelompok  tani  “Palem”  sangat antusias dan menguasai sistem integrasi padi itik ini karena dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan serta produksi padi. 2) Peningkatan  produksi padi mencapai  50% dan 3) Mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan dari penjualan itik hasil integrasi.  Kata kunci : integrasi; padi; itik; jajar legowo ABSTRACTThe village of Sumedangan, Pademawu, Pamekasan, is a watershed. The rice fields there are including wetlands. These conditions are suitable for implemententing the integration of duck rice. The program partner is the farmers group “Palem”. The problems solve in this program are (1) partners have not received knowledge about rice planting patterns integrated with duck maintenance, (2) partners do not have additional income other than farming, and (3) partners do not yet know how to raise ducks and market livestock products. The method used to solve partner problems are counseling, training and mentoring. The results of the dissemination of technology in the field that has been carried out obtained the following results: 1) The farmer group "Palem" was very enthusiastic and mastered the integration system of this duck rice because it could increase the growth and production of rice. 2) Increasing rice production reaches 50% and earns additional income from the sale of integration ducks.

Abstract

Ibu rumah tangga memiliki peran dan potensi yang sangat strategis dalam mendukung program pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia. Karena itu, program pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga dalam bidang ekonomi perlu dimaksimalkan. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memaksimalkan peran serta ibu rumah tangga dalam mengisi waktu luangnya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Mitra pada program ini yaitu kelompok ibu rumah tangga Dusun Gayam dan kelompok ibu rumah tangga Dusun Pesisir Desa Tambaan Kecamatan Camplong Kabupaten Sampang. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan untuk berwirausaha dan minimnya keterampilan yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan Desa Tambaan memiliki terdapat banyak tambak garam dan sebagian besar masyarakatnya merupakan petani garam. Sehingga pada program ini ditawarkan solusi yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam produksi garam yodium skala rumah tangga. Program ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan antara lain penyuluhan pentingnya konsumsi garam beryodium dan penyuluhan wirausaha dalam skala rumah tangga. Pelatihan yang dilakukan yaitu pelatihan pembuatan hingga pengemasan garam yodium. Hasil dari PKM ini yaitu (1) kelompok IRT Dusun Gayam dan Dusun Pesisir mengetahui pentingnya garam yodium sehingga tidak lagi menggunakan garam krosok yang diambil langsung dari tambak. (2) kelompok IRT Dusun Gayam dan Dusun Pesisir bisa membuat garam yodium dengan mengolah garam krosok yang di dapat dari tambak. (3) kelompok IRT Dusun Gayam dan Dusun Pesisir memahami usaha garam yodium skala rumah tangga. (4) kelompok IRT Dusun Gayam dan Dusun Pesisir memproduksi garam yodium dan menjual garam tersebut.

Abstract

Alat permainan edukatif (APE) merupakan permainan yang mampu memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan anak. APE yang digunakan adalah alat untuk bermain anak. APE sejatinya dibuat oleh guru sebelum memberikan pelajaran. Integrasi sains dalam permainan edukatif sangat menunjang guna membekali siswa PAUD dalam memiliki literasi sains sejak dini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang APE dan sains Dasar, meningkatkan kreatifitas dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat APE berbasis sains serta mampu menerapkan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) berupa: 1) metode ceramah untuk memberikan gambaran materi APE berbasis sains yang telah disiapkan tim PkM; 2) metode latihan berupa pemilihan alat dan bahan serta merangkai menjadi APE; dan 3) metode mentoring ketika guru pada saat menerapkan APE berbasis sains dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Hasil dari PkM ini, guru PAUD mampu membuat APE berbais sains serta mampu mengimplementasikan dalam permainan dan pembelajaran.   AbstractEducational Game Tools are some games those are able to provide knowledge and abilities for children. The children playing tools were used. Educational game tools are actually made by teacher before giving lessons. Integration of science in educational games strongly support to equip early childhood in having scientific literacy in early age. The objectives of this Community Service were to increase knowledge about Educational Game Tools and basic science, improve creativity and skills of teachers in making science-based Educational Game Tools, and apply it in learning. The method used Participatory Action Research (PAR): 1) lecture method to give an overview of science-based Educational Game Tools that had been prepared by the Community Service team; 2) training method, selecting tools, materials, and arranging them into Educational Game Tools; and 3) mentoring method when teachers used science-based Educational Game Tools in learning at school. The result of this Community Service, early childhood teachers can create science-based Educational Game Tools and competent to implement in games and learning.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the relationship between the level of students' misconceptions and students' understanding. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a correlative research model. This research was conducted in MA. Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan in February 2022. The population in this study were all class X students with samples of class X Mathematics and Natural Sciences A, B, and C taken using the purposive sampling method. Data on the level of student misconceptions was obtained using a four-tier diagnostic test and analyzed with student understanding data using SPSS 25. The data obtained in the study, namely the correlation coefficient value was obtained at 0.088, which means that the level of relationship between students' understanding variables and students' level of misconceptions variables is very weak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in students' cognitive abilities as an effect of providing problem based learning treatment based on the evaluation of Physics Playing Cards. The method used in the implementation of this research uses a quasi-experimental method, where there is one class as the experimental class and another class as the control class. This study used two sample classes at the State Senior High School (SMAN) 4 Pamekasan which were taken randomly. This research instrument uses a cognitive ability test on wave material. Research data were taken before and after learning. Data were analyzed using N-gain to find out the increase in students' cognitive abilities. The results showed that there was a high increase in students' cognitive abilities in the experimental class and a moderate increase in students' cognitive abilities in the control class. This research can be concluded that the use of evaluation based on Physics Playing Cards in the problem based learning model has increased higher than the problem based learning model alone.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of STEM education on students' problem-solving abilities at Islamic boarding schools in terms of educational background (santri-nonsantri and academic abilities). It is a pre-experimental research design using One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population in this study is all physics education students at the Islamic University of Madura. The research sample is level 3 students, the determination of the sample is carried out using cluster random sampling technique. This research is a problem-solving ability test instrument in the form of description questions. Data collection is carried out by tests. Data analysis is carried out by two-way ANOVA test, N-Gain test, and effect size test. The results show the application of STEM education with influence significantly on the problem-solving ability of students in pesantren-based tertiary institutions and line with students' academic abilities. the higher the student's academic ability, the better the problem-solving ability. However, there is no relationship between the status of students and non-students. The challenges that must be solved in applying the STEM approach to Islamic boarding schools are difficulties in using mathematical procedures correctly and limited access to technology

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry model assisted by animated videos on students' mastery of physics concepts. This research is an experimental research. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental with pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMPI Terpadu Miftahul Ulum Tambelangan. The sample in this study is class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIIID as the control class, each class consists of 32 students. Determination of the sample using simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study is a concept mastery test with 10 questions on wave material, which have been declared valid and reliable. Data analysis was done by t test with N-Gain test. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, the results of t-count (7.932) > t-table (1.98), and based on the N-gain test obtained a value of 0.85 where the increase is included in the high category. From these results it can be concluded that the learning process with the guided inquiry model assisted by animated videos has a significant effect on students' mastery of concepts.

Abstract

Prospective teachers of 21st century need to prepare themselves in carrying out their profession as professional teacher candidates, namely by having good teaching skills. In addition, skills that support teaching skills also need to be possessed by prospective teacher students, such as life skills. The purpose of this research was to explain the relationship of life skills and teaching skills of prospective teacher students. The subjects in this study were fourth semester students of Biology Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Islam Madura. This research was a quantitative study using a correlational research design to explain the relationship between predictors (life skills) and criteria (teaching skills). Life skills data were obtained from life skills assessment sheet score. Life skills assessment sheet consist of four skills, namely: interpersonal skill, shared goal setting and accomplishment, responsibility, and managing. The four skills have their indicators and score levels. Teaching skills data were obtained from teaching skills assessment sheet score which had four aspects of assessment, namely: opening learning, main activities, closing learning, and supporting factors. The result showed statistically significant correlation between life skills and teaching skills of prospective teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian masyarakat pemula (PMP) ini bertujuan agar tersedianya sumber belajar/media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di SMA Bustanul Mubtadiin Pamekasan jawa Timur. Metode dalam program PMP ini menggunakan empat tahap yaitu 1) analisis situasi, 2) Pelatihan, 3) Implementasi, dan 4) Evaluasi. Hasil PMP ini menunjukan dibutuhkannya media pembelajaran berupa mind mapping based zoom prasentation, Phet simulation, video animasi kartun dan social media based learning. Selain itu, guru dan siswa terlihat aktif dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis TIK. Adapun temuan akhir dari program PMP ini adalah 86.4% guru menyatakan pelatihan PMP ini memberikan dampak yang posotif terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas. Program penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK mampu meningkatkan kualitasproses  pembelajaran di kelas. Kata kunci: pelatihan; guru; media pembelajaran; TIK. ABSTRACTThis beginner community service program (PMP) aims to provide ICT-based learning resources/media for learning at SMA Bustanul Mubtadiin Pamekasan, East Java. The method in this PMP program uses four stages, namely 1) situation analysis, 2) training, 3) implementation, and 4) evaluation. The results of this PMP show the need for learning media in the form of mind mapping based zoom presentations, Phet simulations, animated cartoon videos and social media based learning. In addition, teachers and students seem active in implementing learning using ICT-based media. The final finding of the PMP program is that 86.4% of teachers stated that the PMP training had a positive impact on the learning process in the classroom. The program for using ICT-based learning media is able to improve the quality of the learning process in the classroom. Keywords: training; teacher; instructional media; ICT.
