Abstract

Agro tourism Outbound BPTP JATIM is currently used as the place of education in the field of agriculture. The purpose of this research is to analyze the visitors ' satisfaction towards the services provided by the provider of the agro tourism. Research data using primary data through interviews against 100 sampler. The results of the analysis of the retrieved attributes occupy quadrant I promotion, benefits, completeness of facilities and cleanliness. In quadrant II obtained a tourist location attributes, security, and comfort. In quadrant III no results while the attribute attribute on quadrant IV i.e. package price, service and tourist guides. Agrowisata Outbound BPTP JATIM saat ini digunakan sebagai tempat edukasi dibidang pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak pengelola Agrowisata. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara terhadap 100 sampler. Hasil analisis diperoleh kuadran I menempati atribut promosi, manfaat, kelengkapan fasilitas dan kebersihan. Pada kuadran II diperoleh atribut lokasi wisata, keamanan, dan kenyamanan. Pada kuadran III tidak ada hasil atribut sedangkan atribut pada kuadran IV yaitu harga paket, pelayanan dan pemandu wisata

Abstract

Vegetable Palace is a business that is engaged in marketing agricultural products. This business sells various kinds of vegetable products, including kale, spinach, mustard greens and slada. So that the Vegetable Palace business can compete with similar businesses it is necessary to improve service quality and product prices. The purpose of this study is to analyze customer satisfaction with service quality and product prices at the Vegetable Palace. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research data collection method is carried out directly. A total of 120 respondents in this study were determined based on accidental sampling. This study uses data analysis methods Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Science is a tool in analyzing or used to compare the level of service and price of products to the desired level of satisfaction. After obtaining the level of satisfaction, then map the average value of each attribute into a Cartesian diagram. The results of the analysis show the level of customer satisfaction is in quadrant B, which means maintaining performance, from each of these attributes and can be seen that customer satisfaction with service quality and product prices in the Vegetable Palace is in quadrant B, which means consumers are satisfied. Istana Sayur merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang pemasaran hasil pertanian. Usaha ini menjual aneka macam produk sayuran, antara lain kangkung, bayam, sawi dan slada. Agar usaha Istana Sayur bisa bersaing dengan usaha sejenis maka perlu upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan harga produk. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan harga produk di Istana Sayur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan secara langsung. Total 120 responden penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan Accidental Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA merupakan alat bantu dalam menganalisis atau yang digunakan untuk membandingkan antara tingkat Pelayanan dan Harga produk terhadap tingkat kepuasan yang diinginkan. Setelah diperoleh nilai tingkat kepuasan, selanjutnya memetakan nilai rataan dari masing-masing atribut ke dalam diagram Kartesius. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen berada pada kuadran B yang berarti pertahankan prestasi, dari setiap atribut-atribut tersebut dan dapat diketahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan harga produk di Istana Sayur berada pada kuadran B yang berarti konsumen puas.

Abstract

The prospect of the development of Indonesian shallots on a world level is quite good considering that Indonesian is one of the world's onion exporters. Based on data from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in 2009-2013, Indonesia ranks fourth after New Zealand, France and the Netherlands while in ASEAN Indonesia ranks first. The purpose of this study was to determine the onion marketing channels, marketing margins of farmer-level onions with consumers and Integration of shallot markets in Torongrejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive with an economic approach through Vector Error Correction Model (VECM. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from farmers and secondary data from the Agriculture Service Agency and Batu City Trade Office in the form of time series in 2018. The results of the study show that there are two marketing channels, channel I is more effective because the farmer's shere calculation results are smaller from channel II. The results of the market integration analysis show that onion prices at producer and consumer levels have a long-term relationship based on the Johansen cointegration test results. Granger causality test results indicate that prices at the producer level significantly influence prices at the consumer level, but conversely prices at the consumer level have no effect on prices at the producer level. The VECM Test results show that price movements in both markets have an increasing equation but, the pattern of movement is not always unidirectional. Prospek perkembangan bawang merah Indonesia di tingkat dunia cukup baik mengingat Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara eksportir bawang merah di dunia. Berdasarkan data Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) tahun 2009-2013, Indonesia menempati urutan keempat setelah New Zealand, Perancis, dan Netherland sementara di ASEAN Indonesia masuk di urutan pertama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran bawang merah, margin pemasaran bawang merah tingkat petani dengan konsumen dan Integrasi pasar bawang merah di Desa Torongrejo Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ekonometrika melalui Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoeh dari petani dan data sekunder dari Instansi Dinas Pertanian dan Dinas Perdagangan Kota Batu berupa time series tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua saluran pemasaran, saluran I lebih efektif karena hasil perhitungan farmer?s share lebih kecil dari saluran II. Hasil analisis integrasi pasar menunjukkan harga bawang merah di tingkat produsen dan konsumen ada hubungan jangka panjang berdasarkan hasil uji kointegrasi Johansen. Hasil uji kausalitas Granger menunjukkan bahwa harga ditingkat produsen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga di tingkat konsumen, namun sebaliknya harga di tingkat konsumen tidak ada pengaruh terhadap harga di tingkat produsen. Hasil Uji VECM menunjukkan bahwa pergerakan harga di kedua pasar tersebut mempunyai persamaan yang naik namun pola pergerakannya tidak selalu searah.

Abstract

A price stabilization policy requires information on price changes from time to time. This study aims to determine the fluctuations in the price of chili rawit in Pamekasan related to climate conditions in 2012-2017. The analytical method used is the ARCH-GARCH model. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from various sources including BPS Pamekasan, Pamekasan Industry and Trade Service, Food Crop and Horticulture Service, and East Java Siskaberbapo (Information System for Availability and Development of Price of Staples). The results of the study show that the price range for Chili Raw commodities is heteroscedastic so that the suitable forecasting model is ARCH-GARCH. Forecasting results indicate that the variable price of cayenne 2012-2017 contains high volatility which is indicated by volatility values that exceed 2 standards and three standard deviations. Other results show that there is a correlation between price changes with climate conditions (rainfall) where the highest prices are in March and the lowest is in June for the last six years. Sebuah kebijakan stabilisasi harga membutuhkan informasi perubahan harga dari waktu kewaktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fluktuasi harga Cabai Rawit di Pamekasan berkaitan dengan kondisi iklim tahun 2012-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model ARCH-GARCH. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari BPS Pamekasan, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Pamekasan, Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura, dan Siskaberbapo Jawa Timur (Sistem Informasi Ketersediaan dan Perkembangan Harga Bahan Pokok). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ragam harga untuk komoditas cabai rawit bersifat heteroskedastik sehingga model peramalan yang cocok adalah ARCH-GARCH. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga cabai rawit 2012-2017 mengandung volatilitas yang tinggi karena nilai volatilitasnya melebihi 2 standart dan tiga standart deviasi. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa ada keterkaitan antara perubahan harga dengan kondisi iklim (curah hujan) di mana harga tertinggi ada di bulan maret dan terendah ada di bulan juni pada enam tahun terakhir.

Abstract

This study aims to examine consumer preferences and attributes most considered by consumers in the decision to purchase organic vegetables in the Modern Market of Malang City. The analytical method used is the analysis of Chi Square and Fishbein Multiattributes. Organic vegetables that become consumer preferences in the Modern Market in Malang City are successively, for spinach vegetables are fresh vegetables, color, packaging, physical perfection and taste. for mustard vegetables are fresh vegetables, color, taste, physical perfection and packaging. The attributes of organic vegetables that are considered by consumers in the decision to purchase vegetables in the Modern Market in Malang City are the freshness of vegetables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji preferensi konsumen dan atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran organik di Pasar Modern Kota Malang. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis Chi Square dan Multiatribut Fishbein. Sayuran organik yang menjadi preferensi konsumen di pasar Modern Kota Malang secara berturut-turut adalah, untuk sayuran bayam adalah kesegaran sayuran, warna, kemasan, kesempurnaan fisik dan rasa. Atribut sayuran organik yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran di Pasar Modern Kota Malang adalah kesegaran sayuran.

Abstract

Tangerine is a fruit that is very popular among the people of Indonesia, which can be consumed directly as fresh fruit and processed. This study aims to analyze the income and feasibility of tangerine farming in the Sumber Bumi Makmur Farmer Group in Tlekung Village. Data obtained by using the method of purposive (purposive), namely farmers who have carried out tangerine farming activities at the age of 4 to 5 years. Income analysis was carried out using the cost analysis method, acceptance analysis, income analysis and while the feasibility analysis of farming used the R / C analysis method, BEP analysis, NPV analysis, IRR analysis and Net B / C Ratio analysis. The results of the analysis show that tangerine farming is profitable and feasible. Jeruk keprok merupakan buah yang sangat digemari dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia yang bisa dikonsumsi langsung sebagai buah segar maupun sebagai olahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan kelayakan usahatani jeruk keprok pada Gapoktan Sumber Bumi Makmur di Desa Tlekung. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode sengaja (purposive) yaitu petani yang sudah melakukan kegiatan usahatani jeruk keprok pada usia 4 sampai 5 tahun. Analisis pendapatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis pendapatan dan sementara analisis kelayakan usahatani menggunakan metode analisis R/C, analisis BEP, analisis NPV, analaisis IRR dan analisis Net B/C Ratio. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa usahatani jeruk keprok menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of the Arabica and Robusta coffee markets in Indonesia with world coffee prices. The study uses secondary data in the form of annual time series data during the period 1985 - 2015. The study uses the VECM analysis method. This method explains the relationship of long-term dynamic equilibrium and short-term equilibrium in a system of equations. The analysis shows that Indonesian and world Arabica coffee is not integrated in the long term or the short term. In Robusta coffee VECM estimation analysis shows that there is a significant value at the 10% level in a long-term relationship with a value of 0.08579, which means that there is a short-term relationship between world Robusta coffee prices and domestic Robusta coffee prices in the previous year, but no relationship in the long run.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty in Petik Madu Lawang Agrotourism. This study uses primary data with sampling techniques using non-systematic sampling techniques, namely accidental sampling technique. The study was conducted for 2 months, and it was determined that there were 119 samples. The sample was analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of brand image and product quality have a significant effect on customer loyalty positively in Petik Madu Lawang Agrotourism

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan petani sayuran dataran tinggi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi sayuran dataran tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda dengan model Cobb-Douglass. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) usahatani sayuran dataran tinggi menguntungkan dengan nilai R/C1, (2) bibit, luas lahan, pupuk buatan, pupuk kandang, tenaga kerja, dan pestisida berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi sayuran.DETERMINANTS OF UPLAND AREA VEGETABLE PRODUCTION  IN SUKAPURA, PROBOLINGGOABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the income of upland vegetable farmers and the factors-factors that effect the production of high land vegetables. This research uses descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression with Cobb-Douglass model. The result of the analysis showed that: (1) upland vegetable farming profitable with R/C1, (2) seeds, land area, artificial fertilizer, manure, labor, pesticide have significant effect on vegetable production.
