Abstract

This study aims to construct an initial consideration for decision maker to minimize the distribution costs at PT. Tirta Sibayakindo, a soft drink producer and  distributor in Indonesia. Least Cost methods was used to gain an initial solution and Modified Distribution methods was used to gain the final solution for this transportation problem. Data was analyzed using the Least Cost methods. Results showed that the distribution cost was Rp165.535.000,- when ordinary calculation was implemented. When Least Cost method was used, the distribution cost was Rp100.200.000,-, so the soft drink company can save the distribution cost of Rp65.335.000,-. From this results, we suggest the company to implement the transportation algorithm when they dealed with distribution cost optimization.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of problem-based learning (PBL) based mathematics learning tools with a scientific approach to improve students' creative thinking skills and self-confidence (self-confidence) which are valid, practical and effective. Negeri 22 Medan is even semester of the 2019/2020 school year, while the object in this study is a learning device based on a scientific approach, the quadrilateral material was developed. The stages of this research are the stages of this research are the analysis stage, the planning stage (design). The development stage (develop) and the trial stage (validation). The results of this study indicate (1) the validity of the problem-based learning tools with the scientific approach developed including the valid category, with the average score of the experts obtained: RPP (4,565); Book Teacher (4,475); Student Book (4,508); Student Worksheets (4,474); (2) The problem-based learning device with the scientific approach developed is included in the practical category with the assessment of experts, it is found that: in the first trial it was 4.10 (very high / practical) and in the second trial it was 4.3 (very high / practical) ); the reliability of the instruments in the first trial was 98.53 (good) and in the second trial it was 98.20 (good). (3) Problem-based learning tools with a scientific approach developed by more than 80% of students gave a positive response to the learning tools developed.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) improve the creative thinking skills of prospective teachers, (2) measure the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed electronic book. This type of research is research and development (RD) by applying the ADDIE model. This research was conducted through 5 stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The subjects of this study were students (prospective teachers) in the 5th-semester consisting of 55 people in the IT-based learning media course. At the same time, the object of this research was an electronic book developed based on TPACK. Several instruments were used: observation sheets, questionnaires, validation sheets, and essay tests. The results of data analysis indicate that the electronic book has met the requirements of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. In addition, there was a significant increase in the ability to think creatively.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Peramalan (Forecasting) adalah suatu kegiatan untuk memperkirakan apa yang akan terjadi pada masa mendatang. Peramalan diperlukan karena adanya perbedaan waktu antara kesadaran akan dibutuhkan suatu kebijakan baru dengan waktu pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menerapkan metode smoothing eksponensial linier ganda satu parameter dari Brown dalam mengetahui ramalan daya terpasang untuk masing-masing jenis pelanggan di PT.PLN (Persero) Area Medan untuk tahun 2018. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang sudah dilakukan besarnya daya terpasang untuk masing-masing jenis pelanggan untuk tahun 2018 mengalami peningkatan yaitu pelanggan sosial 8,73%, rumah tangga 5,55%, bisnis 3,97%, industri 2,49% dan pemerintah 1,55%. Dan nilai yang menghasilkan nilai MSE paling kecil untuk masing-masing pelanggan ialah 0,47969 untuk sosial, 0,6069 untuk rumah tangga, 0,0669 untuk bisnis, 0,54708 untuk industri dan 0,65592 untuk pemerintah. Kata kunci:  Peramalan, Smoothing Eksponensial, Metode Brown ABSTRACTForecasting (Forecasting) is an activity to predict what will happen in the future. Forecasting is necessary because of the time difference between awareness will be required a new policy by the time the implementation of the policy. The purpose of this writing is to apply a linear exponential smoothing method is the double one parameter from Brown in knowing forecast power attached to each type of customers in the PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Area for the year 2018. Based on the calculation that was done the magnitude of power attached to each type of customers for the year 2018 has increased social customers 8,73% , household 5.55%, , business 3,97%, industry 2.49% and 1,55% government. And the value that generates the most small MSE value to each customer is 0,47969 for social, 0,6069 to households, to businesses 0,0669 for industry 0,54708 and 0,65592 to the government. Keywords:  forecasting, Exponential Smoothing Methods, Brown

Abstract

ABSTRAKMetode Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R] merupakan satu dari sekian banyak metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan solusi layak dasar atau alokasi beban distribusi awal dalam proses penyelesaian masalah tentang model transportasi, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan masalah model transportasi yang tidak seimbang yang mana total suplai tidak sama dengan total permintaan. Setelah solusi layak dasar atau alokasi beban ditentukan dengan metode Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R], solusi layak dasar atau alokasi beban tersebut diuji optimalisasinya menggunakan Stepping stone. Data yang diperoleh dari PT. Pertamina Medan dianalisis dengan menggunakan implementasi Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R]. Biaya alokasi pendistribusian PT. Pertamina Medan sebelum dianalisis dengan Proposed Algorithm-[ Vogel’s Approximation Method-R] akan dibandingkan dengan biaya alokasi pendistribusian PT. Pertamina Medan setelah dianalisis dengan Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R] serta Stepping Stone untuk mengatahui biaya alokasi mana yang menghasilkan biaya yang minimum.Kata kunci : Transportasi, Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R], Stepping StoneABSTRACTProposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R]is one of among many other methods that used to determine Initial Basic Feasible Solution to solve Transportation Problem, in particular link to Transportation Problem on handling unbalanced case where total supply is different from total demand. After Initial Basic Feasible Solution is determined by using Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R], then it must be tested by using Stepping Stone to determine whether it’s already optimum or it hasn’t. Data from PT. Pertamina Medan will be analyzed with using the implementation of Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R]. The total cost of distribution of PT. Pertamina Medan before using Proposed Algorithm-[Vogel’s Approximation Method-R] will be compared with The total cost of distribution of PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Tirta Sibayakindo yang merupakan produsen dan distributor minuman ringan terkemuka di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Least Cost dan Modified Distribution dalam pengoptimalan biaya transportasi distribusi pada PT. Tirta Sibayakindo. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan model Least Cost untuk memperoleh solusi awal, kemudian menggunakan model MODI untuk memperoleh solusi akhir. Data yang diperoleh dari PT. Tirta Sibayakindo dianalisis dengan menggunakan implementasi Least Cost. Biaya pendistribusian PT. Tirta Sibayakindo dengan perhitungan biasa adalah Rp 165.535.000 sedangkan dengan menggunakan Metode Least Cost adalah Rp 100.200.000. Jadi dengan menggunakan metode Least Cost, PT. Tirta Sibayakindo dapat menghemat biaya sebesar Rp 65.335.000,-. Dari hasil penelitian dan perhitungan diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan model transportasi distribusi dengan menggunakan model Least Cost dan MODI mampu mengoptimalkan biaya distribusi pada PT. Tirta Sibayakindo.Kata kunci : Least Cost,  MODIABSTRACTThis research was conducted at PT. Tirta Sibayakindo which is a manufacturer and distributor of leading soft drink in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the application method and the Modified Least Cost Distribution in the optimization of transport costs in the distribution of PT. Tirta Sibayakindo. The analytical methods used by using Least Cost models for obtaining an initial solution, then use the model to obtain a final solution MODI. Data obtained from PT. Tirta Sibayakindo analyzed using Least Cost implementation. Distribution fees PT. Tirta Sibayakindo with the usual calculation is Rp 165.535 million, while using the method of Least Cost is USD 100.2 million. So by using Least Cost, PT. Tirta Sibayakindo can save the cost of Rp 65.335 million,-. From the research and calculations showed that the application of transport models of distribution by using Least Cost models and MODI is able to optimize distribution costs at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK Menunggu dalam  suatu antrian merupakan salah satu permasalahan dalam  layanan publik. Antrian timbul disebabkan oleh kebutuhan akan layanan melebihi kemampuan (kapasitas) pelayanan atau fasilitas layanan, sehingga nasabah yang tiba tidak dapat segera mendapat layanan disebabkan kesibukan layanan. Pelayanan yang terbaik diantaranya adalah memberikan pelayanan yang cepat sehingga pelanggan tidak dibiarkan menunggu (mengantri) terlalu lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja sistem antrian di Bank Mandiri Medan pada teller. Setelah melalui proses pengumpulan data perhitungan dan pengolahan data menggunakan model antrian jalur berganda (M/M/3):(FCFS/∞/∞) dengan tingkat kedatangan nasabah berdistribusi poisson dan waktu pelayanan berdistribusi eksponensial dengan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata tingkat kedatangan nasabah sebesar 36 nasabah/jam. Dengan rata-rata waktu yang dihabiskan nasabah dalam antrian sebesar 1,764 menit sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja sistem antrian pelayanan pada setiap tahap pelayanan dibank mandiri medan sudah optimal. Kata kunci : Sitem Antrian, Pelayanan, Optimalisasi.   ABSTRACTWaiting in a queue is one of the problems in public service. Queues that arise are caused by the need for services that exceeds the capacity (capacity) of services or service facilities, so that customers who arrive cannot immediately receive service due to the busyness of the service. The best service includes providing fast service so that customers are not left waiting (queuing) for too long. This study aims to see the performance of the queuing system at Mandiri Bank Medan to tellers. After the data calculation process, the calculation and data processing use the multiple line queuing model (M / M / 3) :( FCFS / ∞ / ∞) with customer arrival rates with a Poisson distribution and service time with an exponential distribution using the chi square test. Based on the calculation of the average customer arrival rate of 36 customers / hour. With the average time spent by customers in queues of 1,764 minutes so it can be ignored that the queuing system performance at each stage of service at the Medan Mandiri Bank is optimal.Keywords: Queue System, Service, Optimization.

Abstract

                                           ABSTRAKListrik sebagai salah satu sumber daya yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia menjadi salah satu hal yang sangat diperhatikan. Hampir semua alat-alat kebutuhan manusia menggunakan tenaga listrik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persediaan energi listrik yang terpakai dan melakukan peramalan untuk persediaan energi listrik yang akan terpakai di wilayah PT.PLN(Persero) Area Medan. Salah satu analisis deret waktu yang dipakai untuk menentukan peramalan adalah metode smoothing eksponensial ganda (metode linear satu parameter dari Brown). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang di ambil dari kantor cabang PT.PLN(Persero) Area Medan dengan kurun waktu Januari 2014 – Juli 2017.Langkah-langkah penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah: Mengumpulkan data; Memplot data; Menentukan nilai smoothing eksponensial; Melakukan pemeriksaan ramalan; Menghasilkan ramalan yang akan datang; dan Membuat kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian peramalan menunjukkan bahwa peramalan persediaan energi listrik yang terpakai di wilayah PT.PLN (Persero) Area Medan untuk tahun 2018 adalah 5,84 % untuk golongan sosial, 5,08% untuk golongan rumah tangga, 5,38 % untuk golongan bisnis, 12,27% untuk golongan industri, 1,37 % untuk golongan pemerintahan.Kata Kunci:  Metode Smoothing, Smoothing Eksponensial Ganda (Metode Linear Satu Parameter dari Brown, Listrik, Golongan Sosial, Golongan Rumah Tangga, Golongan Bisnis, Golongan Industri, Golongan Pemerintahan. ABSTRACTElectricity as one of the most important resources in human life becomes one of the things that is very concerned. Almost all the tools of human need use electric power. The purpose of this research is to know the inventory of used electric energy and to forecast for the supply of electric energy that will be used in PT.PLN (Persero) Area Medan. One of the time series analyzes used to determine forecasting is the double exponential smoothing method (the linear one-parameter method of Brown). The data used is the primary data taken from the branch office PT.PLN (Persero) Medan Area with the period January 2014 - July 2017.The steps of research that will be conducted are: Collecting data; Plotting data; Specifies the exponential smoothing value; Conducting forecasting; Produce the forecast to come; and Make a conclusion.The result of forecasting research shows that the forecasting of electricity supply that used in PT.PLN (Persero) Medan area for year 2018 is 5,84% for social group, 5.08% for household class, 5.38% for business class, 12.27% for the industry, 1.37% for the governmental group.Keywords: Smoothing Method, Multiple Exponential Smoothing (One Parameter Linear Method from Brown, Electricity, Social Group, Household Group, Business Group, Industrial Group, Governmental Groups.

ABSTRAK Salah satu metode untuk menyelesaikan solusi dari persamaan diferensial adalah dengan menggunakan metode trasformasi Laplace. Suatu kelebihan metode transformasi Laplace adalah bahwa metode ini dapat menentukan solusi dari persamaan diferensial dengan lebih singkat. Pemodelan matematika untuk masalah rangkaian listrik RC menghasilkan persamaan . Penyelesaian bentuk transformasi Laplace dari masalah nilai batas pada persamaan rangkaian listrik RC adalah  sedangkan pemodelan matematika untuk masalah rangkaian listrik RLC dengan arus sebagai peubah adalah , penyelesaian bentuk transformasi Laplacenya dari masalah nilai batas pada persamaan rangkaian listrik RLC adalah , untuk masalah nilai batas pada persamaan rangkaian RLC dengan tegangan sebagai peubah adalah .                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci : Persamaan diferensial, Rangkaian listrik RC, Rangkaian listrikRLC, transformasi Laplace ABSTRACT Raw material inventory control has a positive impact to support the smooth production process in one of the company's profit increase coffee production at UD. IDA Sidikalang. This study aims to determine the number of purchases of raw materials are the most economical, knowing the right time to buy raw materials coffee. In this study to analyze the first data used to test data normality test Liliefors where the normal distribution of data. Data obtained from UD. IDA Sidikalang indicate that the inventory cost of Rp 3,618,375, -. The cost is greater than the cost of which was obtained by the EOQ model that is Rp 2,321,791, -. Order quantity as much as 867 kg in one booking, whereas when calculated using the EOQ model be 1,935 kg in one booking. The frequency of booking reservations company 48 times in a year whereas when calculated using the EOQ model to 22 times booking and Reorder Point of 637 kg, safety stock  of 295 kg and a maximum of 2230 kg inventories. Keywords: Inventories, EOQ, Test Liliefors
