Abstract

This research was motivated by problems found in the office of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Manado Branch, which in employee performance lacks productive work motivation by using work time so that the amount of work that is not solved by what is done by each employee. And the obstacles faced are when employees cannot complete a job in carrying out their responsibilities as employees at PT. TAPSEN (Persero) Manado Branch. The arrangement of the arrangement is one aspect that must applied in the office to support the achievement of the goal of increasing productivity and performance of office employees.In this study, the method used was quantitative descriptive research method by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who were sample in this study. Data collected with a questionnaire that had been teste for validity and reliability.And our data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistics, which consist of simple correlation coefficients and regressions that are done using the SPSS for Windows version 24.0.The results showed that there was a significant influence between work motivations on employee performance. From this result is done and followed by data analysis obtained, then there is a significant influence between the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT.TASPEN (Persero) Branch Manado and this means the working hypothesis or alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between work motivation on employee performance and the level of influence of 21.3%. For this reason, recommended that more work motivation to increase in employee performance.Keywords: Work  Motivation. Employee Performance

Abstract

Human resource is the resource that plays an important role in order to achieve company goals. Human resource management that will positively impact for good. Manado has a growth rate and competition as well as the culture, the style changes work, work culture, family needs, job demands, quickly taking place which eventually increase the population of the breadwinner of the family and responsibility, so between working life and family life in the sometimes arises friction or pressure. It resulted in a lack of a sense of belonging and more willingness to maximize the performance that comes from self-employee against the company. Sintesa Peninsula Hotel is one of the five star hotels in Manado that have so many employees. Therefore, everyone should be able to balance between work and personal as well. This research was conducted to find out whether the work-life balance can affect job satisfaction of the employees at the Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado. Work-life Balance as a free variable consists of three balance balance balance of time, namely engagement and satisfaction of the balance. As for job satisfaction as a bound variable is divided into five dimensions of job satisfaction that is the work itself, salaries, promotional opportunities, supervision and co-workers. This type of research using quantitative research using survey method. The data used in this study is a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents. Methods of data analysis used is a simple linear regression. To analyze the data using SPSS program assisted. The results of this research suggest that work-life balance has an impact on employee job satisfaction on Hotel Synthesis Peninsula Manado of 37.4% while 63.6% are affected by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the results of this study was to find that there were eighteen samples of male sex and twelve samples of female sex. most work thirty-one years. From the test results it was found that the results of simple linear regression were 16.607. regression direction coefficient of 0.590 states that each addition of 1% value X, then the value of Y is 0.590. the regression direction coefficient is positive. and get a significant value (p-value) of 0.004. can be concluded that job satisfaction affects the performance of employees in the company CV. Manado Independent Global Diagram. Based on the results above, the significance value is 0.004. it can be concluded that the independent variable has significant influence on the dependent variable. The results of this study can answer the hypothesis that job satisfaction is influential on the performance of CV employees. Manado Global Self Chart.

Abstract

Teachers are an important component in modern society because they have a very extraordinary role in the lives of children, especially in the early years of their development. This study aimed to describe the teaching performance of Indonesian language teachers and how it affects the Indonesian language learning outcomes of state junior high school students of Merauke, Indonesia. To achieve this goal, the researchers used a quantitative approach with a survey research design. Data on the teaching performance of Indonesian language teachers were obtained by distributing a survey questionnaire to students who had been designated as respondents, while data on students’ learning outcomes were obtained by getting their academic transcripts. Obtained data were statistically analyzed using the software statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 21. The results showed that the teaching performance of Indonesian language teachers has a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes of the state junior high school students of Merauke, Indonesia. The result indicated the importance of the school principals to focus their efforts to improve the teaching performance of Indonesian language teachers in order that students’ learning outcomes are adequately addressed.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of promotions and discounts on students' preferences in using food delivery services, specifically GoFood and GrabFood. A quantitative method was employed in this study, with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to a sample of students. The results of data analysis indicate that promotions and discounts have a significant impact on students' decisions in choosing between GoFood and GrabFood. Students tend to prefer services that offer more attractive promotions and discounts. Additionally, factors such as ease of app usage, delivery speed, and menu variety also play crucial roles in influencing students' preferences. This research provides valuable insights for food delivery service providers like GoFood and GrabFood to design more effective promotion and discount strategies in attracting student customers. Furthermore, this research can serve as a reference for further studies in understanding consumer behavior in the food delivery industry.

Abstract

Varian Tiktokshop dan Shopee memiliki banyak inovasi baru yang memberikan konsumen lebih banyak pilihan saat berbelanja online dengan platform e-commerce ini. Oleh karena itu, tujuan peneliti mengambil judul penelitian “Perbandingan Pengalaman Pengguna Aplikasi Toko Online Shopee dan Tiktok”. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi kualitas pelayanan pada fotocopy Manix Manado dan ingin mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dengan variabelnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Double Trans Fotocopy Manado secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian survey analitik dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang konsumen Double Tranns Fotocopy Manado. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan proses pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian adalah diketahui kualitas pelayanan di Double Trans Fotocopy Manado sekarang sudah cukup baik diliat dari hasil analisis yang dilakuakan dari 60 konsumen hasilnya positif, dan juga diketahui kualititas pelayanan meliputi dimensi bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati secara simultan berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan konsumen.
