Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for building a school brand image to attract prospective students in the context of Islamic secondary education. A qualitative case study approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of institutional branding practices. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The analysis was guided by Keller’s Brand Image theory, encompassing the dimensions of strength, favorability, and uniqueness of brand associations. The findings indicate that a positive brand image is developed through consistent academic and non-academic achievements, distinctive religious and character-building programs, qualified teachers, effective use of social media, and support from alumni and the surrounding community. Nevertheless, the institution continues to face challenges, including intense competition among schools, limited effectiveness of digital promotional strategies, insufficient alumni engagement, and persistent public perceptions regarding madrasah education. These findings imply that strengthening strategic branding, expanding digital communication, and fostering sustainable stakeholder collaboration are essential for enhancing institutional competitiveness and increasing prospective students’ enrollment interest in an increasingly competitive educational environment.

Abstract

Abstract

This study reviews the use of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) and digital storytelling in multilingual education, focusing on research trends, teaching strategies, and their impact on inclusive and effective language learning. A systematic literature review was conducted using peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025 from major academic databases. The studies were analyzed using thematic coding and comparison. The findings show that MALL and digital storytelling improve learner engagement, motivation, intercultural competence, and language proficiency in diverse linguistic and cultural contexts. These approaches also support personalized learning, collaboration, and the development of critical literacy related to social justice and educational equity. The novelty of this review is its integrated view of mobile learning and digital storytelling as connected teaching approaches in multilingual and multicultural settings. By summarizing recent research, this study shows how technology-based learning supports learner autonomy, flexible learning processes, and inclusive teaching practices. The findings offer practical guidance for educators, policymakers, and instructional designers in developing curricula and professional training suited to multilingual classrooms.

Abstract

This study reviews the use of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) and digital storytelling in multilingual educational settings. It focuses on research trends, teaching strategies, and their role in supporting inclusive and effective language learning. Using a systematic literature review, peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025 were collected from major academic databases and analyzed thematically. The findings show that combining MALL and digital storytelling improves learner engagement, motivation, intercultural awareness, and language proficiency in diverse classrooms. These approaches also support personalized learning, collaboration, and the development of critical literacy skills related to educational equity and social justice. The main contribution of this review is its integrated perspective, which views mobile learning and digital storytelling as connected pedagogical approaches in multilingual and multicultural contexts. Overall, the study highlights the potential of technology-based learning to promote learner autonomy, adaptive learning, and inclusive teaching practices. The findings also provide useful guidance for educators, policymakers, and curriculum designers in developing learning programs that respond to the needs of multilingual learners.

Abstract

Contemporary learning environments are increasingly complex, requiring adaptive, data-driven, and responsive instructional approaches. This study systematically examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics in personalized hybrid learning and explores its contributions to educational science. A systematic literature review was conducted on peer-reviewed studies published between 2020 and 2025, sourced from Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Google Scholar using defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The selected studies were analyzed through thematic synthesis to identify key patterns, strategies, and outcomes. The findings show that integrating AI and predictive analytics enhances learning effectiveness by enabling adaptive content delivery, early identification of learning risks, and data-informed instructional decision-making in hybrid learning environments. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative perspective, positioning AI and predictive analytics as a unified framework for personalized hybrid learning rather than separate tools. Furthermore, the review highlights the potential of predictive insights derived from learner data to support responsive, equitable, and sustainable learning designs. Overall, this study suggests that strategic AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics can foster pedagogical innovation, strengthen evidence-based practices, and support the transformation of digital and hybrid learning systems.
