Abstract

AbstractIslamic banking has increased rapidly in Indonesia for the last ‎few decades. As a country with Moslem domination religion, ‎religiosity is considered as one of the essential determinants ‎for Moslem consumers to using Islamic/sharia banking ‎products. The primary purpose of this paper is to analyze and test ‎the influence of organizational culture, especially the ethical ‎values dominated by the influence of Javanese and Madura ‎culture on employee organizational commitment and ‎performance, and to examine how the influence of religiosity as ‎a moderating variable on the relationship between commitment ‎organizational and employees of performance. Data were obtained from 109 employees working in the sharia banking (both state-owned and private sharia bank) located in Jember, East Java. Data were collected through a questionnaire carried out from August to September 2019 and analyzed using PLS software. The findings indicate the ethical value ‎of the company does not have a significant influence on ‎organizational commitment, and the variable of religiosity turns ‎out to play a significant role in increasing the interaction ‎between organizational commitment to employee performance. ‎This paper contributes to show the importance of religiosity ‎aspects that needs to be maintained to ensure increased ‎employee performance.‎Keywords: Religiosity, Ethical Values, Organizational Commitment, Performance. AbstrakPerkembangan perbankan syariah mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Sebagai negara dengan dominasi agama Islam, faktor religiusitas menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi konsumen Muslim dalam menggunakan produk perbankan syariah. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi khususnya nilai etis yang didominasi dari pengaruh budaya Jawa dan Madura terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan serta menguji pengaruh religiusitas dalam memoderasi pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Data diperoleh dari 109 karyawan yang bekerja di sektor perbankan syariah (baik bank syariah milik BUMN maupun bank syariah swasta) yang berada di Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dilaksanakan sejak Agustus hingga bulan September 2019 dan dianalisis menggunakan software PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai etis perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan religiusitas memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan interaksi antara komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Artikel ini berkontribusi dalam menunjukkan pentingnya aspek religiusitas yang perlu dikelola dalam memastikan peningkatan kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Religiusitas, Nilai Etis, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the tourism sector has made the government committed to implementing the principle of sustainable tourism development. To develop regional tourism, it is relatively necessary to direct, integrated, cross-sectoral, and sustainable programs so that the economic benefits of tourism are increasingly felt evenly distributed by the community. Bali, popular as one of the most tourist destinations in the world, is used as an example for the development of a national destination by the Indonesian government by creating 10 new Bali destinations, but this scheme must be postponed due to the covid-19 outbreak that hit Indonesia. This study aims to explore the sustainable tourism strategy in Bali’s village tourism sector using a qualitative approach based on content analysis based on secondary data since Bali has the largest number of village tourism in Indonesia using the Penta-helix model (synergy between academic, business, community, government, and media). With the synergy and collaboration of these five central sectors (especially during decreasing tourism sector of coronavirus outbreak), it is expected to increase awareness and maximizing the potential among the public regarding Bali sustainable tourism.

Abstract

The banking sector is one of the sectors driving the Indonesian economy whose contribution is above. Banking activities are engaged in managing financial and non-financial products that are known to have a high employee turnover rate. The high level of employee turnover is influenced by various things, including work autonomy, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. For this reason, this study aims to examine the effect of work autonomy, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on turnover intention in the banking sector of Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with online questionnaire data collection. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires (online and offline) using a Likert scale ranging from 1-5. The population in this study were employees in the banking sector. The sample in this study uses a non-probability method with a sample size of 100. Data analysis uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) to describe the relationship between variables. The Sobel test was used to analyze the effect of the mediating variables, namely work-life balance and job satisfaction. The results showed that work autonomy significantly affected job satisfaction, work-life balance, and turnover intention. Work-life balance also has a significant effect on turnover intention. However, job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention. In terms of mediating effects, work-life balance can mediate the effect of job autonomy on turnover intention. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has no mediating effect between work autonomy and turnover intention.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi bagi para pelaku usaha mikro pada Kelompok Usaha Produk Unggulan Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan menggunakan sosialisasi dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) kepada para pelaku usaha mikro berdasarkan jenis usaha yang dikelola. Hasil proses kegiatan bahwa pelaku usaha mikro sebenarnya sudah mempraktikan beberapa aspek dalam manajemen pengetahuan tanpa disadari, yakni berbagi pengetahuan. Sedangkan aspek manajemen pengetahuan yang lain (khususnya pendokumentasian pengetahuan) belum dilakukan secara maksimal. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini diharapkan mampu memberikan literasi pengetahuan terkait pentingnya proses manajemen pengetahuan dalam keberlanjutan usaha mikro

Abstract

The study proposes a sustainable tourism strategy in Bali’s village. This paper is qualitative research using content analysis based on secondary data and applies the Penta-helix approach. Based on the literature review and synthesis, the paper argues that integrating the academic and private sectors through research, social services, and CSR is the primary booster to accelerate sustainable village tourism in Bali, especially for recovery after the COVID-19 outbreak.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara terbesar ke empat yang berhasil memproduksi biji kopi menjadi komoditi yang layak untuk di kembangkan. Produk olahan kopi telah banyak dikembangkan mulai dari skala UMKM hingga skala besar, mengingat saat ini teknologi yang mendukung pengolahan biji kopi relatif sederhana serta mudah untuk didapat. Budaya minum kopipun sudah tidak asing dikalangan masyarakat saat ini. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari bermunculanya café shop hingga warung kopi baik diperkotaan maupun pedesaan. Smoodst caffe merupakan satu diantara coffee shop yang ada di kelurahan Surodinawan Mojokerto yang berdiri mulai tahun 2018. Permasalahan yang selama ini dirasakan yakni pengemasan produk kopi terkesan tidak menarik serta lingkup segmentasi yang terbatas. Selain permasalahan pengemasan, mitra pengabdi juga merasakan kesulitan untuk memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pembentukan logo branding baru, yang awalnya bernama Kopi Peno dengan segmentasi pasar yang terbatas menjadi Smoodst dengan segmentasi premium serta penyediaan packaging dalam berbagai variasi.

Abstract

The study attempts to reveal how civil servant employee voice conduct should be raised by their supervisor in order to make the relocation process of Indonesia's capital from Jakarta to Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN)- the new name of Indonesia new capital successful. Using a qualitative approach, interpretative phenomenological analysis with an in-depth semi-structured interview is used in this study to explore in detail how participants are making sense of their personal perception regarding their movement to the IKN. The findings of this study found several important factors that are taken into consideration by civil servants in facing the relocation process to IKN, namely the support of family and partners, availability of infrastructure (accessibility to quality education, public services, transportation, and health facilities), accessibility of information, open socialization. and sustainable, as well as the role of leaders in bringing about change.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 makes technology the main factor in carrying out various activities, especially with this pandemic, all activities that were originally carried out offline have turned online. Related to this, it is necessary to create an online marketplace platform that can be used for Aisyiyah PDA Malang residents in running their business. Digital marketing socialization and training activities are also embedded so that Aisyiyah residents have an understanding of the knowledge in operating the online marketplace website that has been created. It is hoped that after this service program is carried out, the online marketplace created can be utilized and used optimally.

Abstract

PT Industri Kereta Api or PT INKA (persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that is a producer of land transportation, especially the first integrated train in Southeast Asia. In the continuous improvement process carried out by PT INKA, one important aspect is the change in the use of information systems in the performance appraisal process called Iknows (INKA Knowledge Management System). This system must be used as one of the conditions required in the Superior Performance Assessment Criteria (KPKU) process launched by the Ministry of SOEs. Related to the dynamics of internal changes in the company, in this case, a change in the knowledge management system (Knows), will more or less affect the situation, climate, and even the company's work culture. Ideally, changes that occur in the company are quickly followed by adjustments to existing human resources. However, not every change that is well-intentioned, so that the company is more advanced and developing gets a positive response from the existing human resources.
