Abstract

Purpose – This community service aims to optimize physical and motor development in early childhood using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method at KB-TKIT Rumah Pelangi, Batu City, Malang Design/methodology/approach – This method focuses on active participation for young children by using various game schemes to optimize physical and motor development, both fine and gross. Apart from this, there are aspects of management development in the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the management of KB-TKIT Rumah Pelangi Findings – The results of this activity are improvements in fine and gross motor skills for children as well as improvements in management aspects of KB-TKIT Rumah Pelangi, Batu City, Malang Originality/value – Shaping the character of students from an early age so that they grow into superior quality students

Abstract

Employer branding is a strategy for attracting and retaining exceptional employees with the purpose of differentiating and creating a unique employment experience. In order to find the best talent, the company needs to pay attention to its reputation and maintain organizational attractiveness from its website recruitment to attract talented employees. This study proposed that employer branding and website recruitment mediated the effect of company reputation on to intention to apply for talented employees in Indonesia’s generation Z using 100 respondents. Data was analyzed using partial least square (PLS) software. The result of this study revealed that employer branding has an insignificant effect on intention Meanwhile, company reputation and website recruitment significantly affect the intention to apply for talented employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of job characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior which is mediated by job satisfaction in the banking sector in Malang City, namely PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Kawi Malang Branch. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 95 respondents. The source of data obtained in this research was obtained from distributing questionnaires (primary data). Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research uses path analysis. The research results show that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Likewise, employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between job characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees at PT Jatim Auto Comp Indonesia (JAI) which is engaged in wiring harness manufacturing. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total sample of 55 employees. The type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique carried out in this study used quantitative methods so that the data in the form of numbers was processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the scale range in this study indicate that work-life balance is in the high category. Job satisfaction is included in the satisfied category. Organizational commitment is included in the high category. The results showed that work life balance has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance and job satisfaction have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has the most influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Gracia Optima Masterpro. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The population in this research is employees of PT. Gracia Optima Masterpro with a sample of 97 respondents using a total sampling approach. The results of this research are that if compensation has a high value, the work environment is in good condition and employee performance has a high value, then compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance and compensation and the work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The latest development in the field of global leadership studies is green transformational leadership (GTL) which combines the ideas of transformational leadership with a focus on ecological responsibility and environmental sustainability. This research aims to determine the development of the concept of green leadership, especially green transformational leadership in leadership studies literature using bibliometric analysis. Data was obtained from the Scopus journal database using 187 articles published in the academic journal from 2009 to 2024 and analyzed using VOSviewer software to conduct co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation analysis. Furthermore, the identification of dominant themes was also carried out to highlight important topics in the concept of green transformational leadership. The importance of this research lies in finding study ideas related to green transformational leadership which can help in developing a conceptual framework for future research related to the concept of sustainability in leadership research.

Abstract

This quantitative study looks at the impact of person-organization fit on employee performance, including work happiness as an intervening variable, at PT. Victory International Futures. Using a saturation sampling strategy, the complete population of 150 employees was questioned via questionnaires. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS. The results show that person-organization fit has a strong positive effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, job happiness was proven to have a considerable impact on employee performance. The findings highlight the relevance of person-organization fit in improving employee performance, with job happiness serving as a key intermediary mechanism. This study contributes to the academic literature by filling gaps in our understanding of the relationship between person-organization fit, job satisfaction, and employee performance, thereby enhancing theoretical frameworks and providing insights for organizational practice.

Abstract

Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is essential for promoting teamwork, excellent customer service, and organizational performance in the banking industry. Its relationship to transformational leadership styles fosters a culture of trust, innovation, and job satisfaction in addition to motivating staff to go above and beyond the call of duty, enhancing overall performance and experience. This research focuses on the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the employees of the banking sector in Malang City, East Java. Using a questionnaire as a research instrument, 118 responses were analyzed using partial least square (PLS) software. The result of this study revealed that transformational leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on OCB. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB both directly and indirectly and can be mediating the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze job stress, job satisfaction, and employee turnover intention levels, the influence of job stress on employee job satisfaction, the influence of job stress on turnover intention, the influence of satisfaction on turnover intention, and whether job satisfaction can mediate the influence of job stress on turnover intention. This research was conducted on J&T Malang City employees with 100 respondents using non-probability sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses path analysis and the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study show that job stress shows low results, high job satisfaction, and low turnover rates. There is an influence of job stress on turnover intention, job stress has no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on turnover and job satisfaction does not mediate job stress on turnover intention.
