Abstract

Kuningan Regency is located in the province of West Java which borders Central Java province, with good natural resources to be developed into tourism and becoming one of the sources of Regional Budget Revenue (PAD), so with this we conducted research on tourism in Kuningan Regency with The method we use is a qualitative method, namely by collecting data. From these results, it turns out that tourism is not yet optimal in Kuningan Regency due to the budget and lack of participation by the government and private sector in increasing tourism in Kuningan Regency. To increase tourism, collaboration between stakeholders is needed. The research results show that in the collaboration process carried out in developing tourism potential in the National Nature Tourism Park in Kuningan Regency, this cross-sector collaboration is effective in achieving sustainable development goals, especially at the village level. The success of this program illustrates the potential of the Hexa Helix collaborative model as a solution to global challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa di Kecamatan Losari Kabupaten Brebes. Dana desa merupakan amanat dari Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Dalam implementasi Dana Desa di Kecamatan Losari Kabupaten Brebes, dibutuhkan kinerja yang optimal dari Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Losari sebagai realisasi dari tugas Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Losari dalam membantu Camat melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan kepada Pemerintahan Desa. Untuk mengetahui kinerja Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Losari digunakan pendapat ahli T.R. Mitchell dalam Sedarmayanti (2009:51) sebagai dasar anlisis yaitu melalui lima dimensi yang digunakan antara lain Kualitas Kerja, Ketepatan Waktu, Inisiatif, Kemampuan dan Komunikasi dimana Kualitas kerja: merupakan standar kerja yang didasarkan pada apakah hasil pekerjaan yang dihasilkan dapat memuaskan penggunanya, Ketepatan Waktu: merupakan batas waktu yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan, Inisiatif: kemampuan untuk menemukan cara baru, mengembangkan kegiatan, dan berani mengambil risiko. Kemampua: keahlian atau skill yang dimiliki seseorang untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diberikan, kemampuan kerja yang baik harus sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan yang dilakukan, Komunikasi: proses penyampaian pesan atau informasi dari satu pihak kepada pihak lainnya. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan secara lisan atau non verbal. Analisis yang dipakai kinerja adalah analisis Deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi literatur/kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Abstract Service responsiveness is a critical dimension of public service quality, particularly in essential sectors such as clean water provision, where service disruptions directly affect community welfare. This study aims to analyze the responsiveness of public service delivery in handling customer complaints at the Sindang Service Branch of the Tirta Darma Ayu Regional Public Drinking Water Company (PERUMDAM) in Indramayu Regency. The research focuses on identifying the level of responsiveness, the constraints faced in service implementation, and potential strategies to improve complaint handling performance. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving key informants, including managerial staff, service officers, technical personnel, and customers. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that service responsiveness at the Sindang Service Branch has been procedurally institutionalized, particularly in the initial stages of service interaction. Customers generally receive prompt acknowledgment, and complaint recording mechanisms are systematically implemented through both offline and digital channels. However, responsiveness remains predominantly procedural rather than outcome-oriented. Timeliness emerges as the weakest dimension, especially in technically complex services such as pipeline repairs and new household connection installations. Constraints related to procedural rigidity, limited technical personnel, uneven staff competence, and insufficient integration between administrative and technical units hinder effective service resolution. The study concludes that while the Sindang Service Branch demonstrates commitment to responsive public service delivery at the procedural level, improving performance-based responsiveness requires strengthening service-level standards, enhancing human resource capacity, improving inter-unit coordination, and optimizing integrated information systems. These efforts are essential to improve service timeliness, customer satisfaction, and public trust in regional drinking water services. Abstract

The increasing number of elderly people in Indonesia presents significant challenges in ensuring their social and economic well-being, particularly for those who are economically vulnerable and have limited access to basic services. To address this issue, the government implemented the Family Hope Program as a social assistance initiative aimed at improving the quality of life of disadvantaged groups, including the elderly. This reserch aims to understand the effectiveness of monitoring the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in improving the well-being of the elderly in Tanjungsari Village, Karangampe Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency, as well as to identify the factors influencing the program’s success and the implementation challenges faced by the elderly. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, encompassing observation, data collection, data analysis, and conclusion analysis. The results of this study indicate that monitoring of the Family Hope Program (PKH) has been carried out with the support of the village government, which has had a positive impact on the well-being of the elderly, particularly regarding the fulfillment of economic needs. However, in its implementation, the program has not been fully successful due to a lack of understanding of the program and inaccuracies in data analysis. Additionally, physical constraints have hindered efforts to maintain health. Overall, the Family Hope Program (PKH) for the elderly in Tanjungsari Village is quite effective and capable of bringing about significant changes, but improvements are still needed in the areas of outreach, data collection, and health services to enhance its implementation

Abstract

This study discusses the Cirebon Siaga 112 service which aims to make it easier for the public to report emergency situations, one of which is a disaster emergency. The Cirebon Siaga 112 service still has several obstacles, including the number of prank calls, uneven socialization, and network disruption from providers. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the Cirebon Siaga 112 service and to find out the supporting factors and factors inhibiting the effectiveness of the program in its implementation. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods through interviews, literature studies, and documentation studies. This study uses the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani in Mutiarin & Khadafi [1] with four indicators: target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The results of the study show that the Cirebon Siaga 112 Service has not been running effectively. A strategy to strengthen socialization to the community and improve network infrastructure is needed so that the Cirebon Siaga 112 service can run effectively.

Abstract

The Basic Food Assistance Programme is a social protection policy developed by the government to support the food needs of low-income families with minimal household expenses. The success of this programme depends greatly on its implementation, especially at the village level, which is the front line of public policy implementation. This research aims to analyse the effectiveness of the implementation of the Food Assistance Programme in Bagjasari Village, Cikijing Sub-district, Majalengka Regency. The current study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection involved in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis with village officials, Food Assistance Programme facilitators, and beneficiary families. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing of conclusions. The research analysis framework refers to the concept of programme effectiveness consisting of five main indicators, namely understanding of the programme, accuracy of targeting, timeliness, accuracy of implementation, and achievement of objectives. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Food Assistance Programme in Bagjasari Village is considered quite effective. The objectives and mechanisms of the programme were generally well understood by the beneficiaries, and the assistance was fairly well targeted. However, some challenges were also noted, including delays in distribution during certain periods and the need for periodic updates of beneficiary data. To make the Food Assistance Programme more effective at the village level, it is therefore necessary to improve coordination among implementers, strengthen oversight, and update the data regularly.

Abstract

Perpustakaan desa di Desa Cangkring tidak lagi berfungsi, sehingga akses siswa sekolah dasar terhadap bahan bacaan terbatas. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya kebiasaan membaca dan keterampilan literasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program KKN Tematik Literasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa sekolah dasar di Desa Cangkring serta menelaah dampaknya pada aspek sosial, budaya, dan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman, sementara validitas dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program KKN yang meliputi pendataan dan pengelolaan koleksi, pembukaan perpustakaan sementara di posko, layanan baca, kegiatan literasi di sekolah dasar (Bacakan Saya Buku, membaca nyaring, cerdas mengulas buku, proyek buku berbasis bacaan, dan menulis cerita), kunjungan literasi, serta apresiasi tingkat desa, mampu meningkatkan kelancaran membaca, pemahaman isi bacaan, dan motivasi siswa. Selain itu, keterlibatan guru, dukungan masyarakat, dan apresiasi literasi desa memperlihatkan tumbuhnya ekosistem literasi berbasis komunitasDengan demikian, implementasi KKN Tematik Literasi terbukti tidak hanya membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, tetapi juga menjadi katalis dalam membangun budaya literasi di Desa Cangkring.
