Abstract

Kuningan Regency is located in the province of West Java which borders Central Java province, with good natural resources to be developed into tourism and becoming one of the sources of Regional Budget Revenue (PAD), so with this we conducted research on tourism in Kuningan Regency with The method we use is a qualitative method, namely by collecting data. From these results, it turns out that tourism is not yet optimal in Kuningan Regency due to the budget and lack of participation by the government and private sector in increasing tourism in Kuningan Regency. To increase tourism, collaboration between stakeholders is needed. The research results show that in the collaboration process carried out in developing tourism potential in the National Nature Tourism Park in Kuningan Regency, this cross-sector collaboration is effective in achieving sustainable development goals, especially at the village level. The success of this program illustrates the potential of the Hexa Helix collaborative model as a solution to global challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kebijakan belanja daerah terhadap PDRB dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Indramayu. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi sederhana, data penelitian diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan laporan keuangan daerah 2014-2023. Tujuan utamanya adalah menilai sejauh mana kebijakan belanja daerah meningkatkan PDRB dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan belanja daerah berdampak positif signifikan terhadap PDRB dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Peningkatan belanja terbukti mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi meski pengaruhnya bervariasi menurut sektor strategis. Disarankan fokus kebijakan belanja pada investasi infrastruktur dan sektor produktif untuk hasil optimal.

Abstract

E-Passport has not achieved its goal of making passport services faster, clearer and more accountable since its launch as a public service. As a result, people have to come back repeatedly to get access to the app. This study investigates the use of e-government at the TPI Cirebon Class I Immigration Office. The aim is to find out how to use "Implementation of the Online Passport Creation policy in creating good governance at the TPI Cirebon Class I Immigration Office" and what efforts are being made by the TPI Cirebon Class I Immigration Office to overcome existing obstacles. This case study uses a qualitative study methodology descriptive. The purposive sampling method was used to select informants. Information was collected through interviews, documentation, and literature and field research. The UNDP theory uses nine components. The research results show that the system for making passports via the internet at the TPI Cirebon Class I Immigration Office has been running well and transparently in improving the quality of government. However, several supporting components are not yet perfect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of health services for patients of the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) at the Waled Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Cirebon Regency. A qualitative approach was used in this research, with a purpose sampling method to provide an overview of the phenomena that occurred. Service Quality based on the theory of Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1990) in Muninjaya (2011) contains five dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. The findings showed that it was not comfortable because there were several complaints regarding the cleanliness of the toilets, where some bathrooms had a slight smell and slippery floors. Second, the high number of patients registering causes long waiting times, indicating an inefficient registration process and having a negative impact on patient conditions. Third, the behavior of health workers who are less friendly and communicative reduces patient trust and comfort, emphasizing the importance of a professional and empathetic attitude. Fourth, the problem of collecting laboratory results yourself without going through a medical officer can cause delays in obtaining important medical information. Fifth, the queues at the drug collection counters cause many patients to have to buy medicines outside the Waled Regional Hospital pharmacy. Lastly, the lack of cleaning facilities and cleaning staff worsens hospital environmental conditions, lowering the standard of health services. These problems demand serious attention to improving the quality of health services that focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and better interaction between staff and patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa di Kecamatan Losari Kabupaten Brebes. Dana desa merupakan amanat dari Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Dalam implementasi Dana Desa di Kecamatan Losari Kabupaten Brebes, dibutuhkan kinerja yang optimal dari Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Losari sebagai realisasi dari tugas Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Losari dalam membantu Camat melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan kepada Pemerintahan Desa. Untuk mengetahui kinerja Tim Pembina Teknis Pemerintahan Desa Kecamatan Losari digunakan pendapat ahli T.R. Mitchell dalam Sedarmayanti (2009:51) sebagai dasar anlisis yaitu melalui lima dimensi yang digunakan antara lain Kualitas Kerja, Ketepatan Waktu, Inisiatif, Kemampuan dan Komunikasi dimana Kualitas kerja: merupakan standar kerja yang didasarkan pada apakah hasil pekerjaan yang dihasilkan dapat memuaskan penggunanya, Ketepatan Waktu: merupakan batas waktu yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan, Inisiatif: kemampuan untuk menemukan cara baru, mengembangkan kegiatan, dan berani mengambil risiko. Kemampua: keahlian atau skill yang dimiliki seseorang untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diberikan, kemampuan kerja yang baik harus sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan yang dilakukan, Komunikasi: proses penyampaian pesan atau informasi dari satu pihak kepada pihak lainnya. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan secara lisan atau non verbal. Analisis yang dipakai kinerja adalah analisis Deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi literatur/kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
