Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode pembelajaran praktik berotasi untuk matakuliah praktik perbankan syariah dapat membantu mahasiswa dengan karakter intropert dan ekstropert untuk mampu mencapai prestasi maksimal sesuai kompetensi matakuliah praktik bank syariah. Target khusus penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya besaran potensi meningkatnya prestasi belajar mahasiswa antara mahasiswa yang berkaharakter intropret dengan ekstropert. Metode pengolahan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji beda paired sampel t-test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan karakter intropert dan ekstropert mampu meningkat prestasi belajarnya dengan metode praktik berotasi. Metode praktik berotasi pada mata kuliah praktik perbankan syariah efektif memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa dengan karakter introvert maupun ekstrovert serta mampu membentuk nilai mahasiswa pada matakuliah prakik bank syariah dengan sangat baik sehingga meningkatkan prestasi belajar.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Label Halal Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik (Studi Kasus Mahasiswi Politeknik Negeri Medan). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Halal sedangkan variabel independen terdiri dari label halal. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang di kuantitatif kan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang didistribusikan kepada 205 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji parsial (uji statistik t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan label halal berpengaruh poistif yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap keputusan generasi milenial melakukan pembelian produk kosmetik halal. Generasi milenial yang melakukan pembelian produk kosmetik halal adalah mayoritas dengan usia 19-21 tahun sebanyak 46,3%, mayoritas dengan uang saku Rp1.000.000 – Rp2.000.000 per bulan. Dalam berkegiatan sehari hari mahasiswi Politeknik Negeri Medan menggunakan berbagai macam jenis kosmetik, mayoritas mahasiswi menggunakan lipstick atau liptint untuk berkegiatan di kampus dengan persentase 45,9%.

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berjudul PKM Keterampilan Membuat Bar Soap, Knitting, dan Roti Sehat sebagai Pemberdayaan Perempuan di Desa Sei Mencirim Kabupaten Deli Serdang. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi masalah mitra mengenai ketidaktersediaan alat produksi, ketidaktersediaan sarana untuk mendukung media pemasaran produk secara digital. Keterbatasan alat produksi produk, belum optimalnya pemasaran produk dan belum memperoleh izin dari BPOM, serta sertifikasi Halal. PKM ini menggunakan metode blended Virtual, daring dan luring, dikarenakan saat ini masih masa Pandemi Covid-19. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara. Hasil perolehan data dan informasi dari mitra selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif, dilakukan musyawarah mufakat bersama mitra tentang perioritas penyelesaian masalah dan kontribusi yang akan diberikan mitra untuk kegiatan PKM. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah mitra menjadi memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan pemasaran digital produk usahanya, mitra mampu meningkatkan jumlah produsi barang sesuai permintaan pasarnya dengan pengetahuan untuk pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemasaran menjadi lebih baik dan maksimal untuk diterapkan mitra.

The purpose of this paper is to provide accurate and correct references to become a reference for creating policies that are fair for employees and safe for companies or employers—data collection techniques with literature studies and documentation. The study revealed that al Ujrah (wages) are payments or rewards, which can be goods, money, or other types of assets. Wages are given as an achievement for the results of a business or service provided by individuals. Payments (al-ujrah) are based on a work contract (contract), so adjustments to the mechanism and its implementation must also be carried out by deliberation and agreement between the workers and the employer, reflecting fairness and mutual understanding. This research is about the impact given by the availability of Ease of Use of Applications and Kergasan Products sold online to millennial generation purchasing decisions in online shopping. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaire and literature study. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression with t test, f test, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. The results showed that the characteristics of millennials who shop online are consumers of the majority of women, aged 20, and the results of this study also show that ease of application and diversity of online products can positively and strongly influence millennial generation purchasing decisions. online purchasing decisions. The ability to influence is indicated by a figure of 47.5% while the remaining 52.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Rosella merupakan salah satu bahan baku herbal yang memiliki kadar vitamin C yang cukup baik bagi kesehatan. Pengolahn rosella menjadi sirup dan tetap memiliki kadar vitamin C yang baik adalah dengan menggunakan mekanisme yang benar. Jika cara pengolahan yang dilakukan salah maka vitamin C yang terkandung dalam bunga akan hilang. Selain itu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah penentuan harga jual, mitra belum merincikan 3 komponen utama dalam penentuan harga jual. Kemampuan penyusunan laporan keuangan belum pernah dilakukan. Sadar akan pentingnya laporan keuangan cukup disadari mitra. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah pemberdayaan petani dan pengrajin bunga rosella dalam teknologi tepat guna pengolah sirup rosella menggunakan system double jacket. Tujuan khusus pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunan mesin pembuatan sirup, pelatihan penyusunan harga jual dan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis akuntansi UKM. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah metode survey dan pemberian solusi terhadap permasalahan mitra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian di mulai dengan membuat pemanas sirup menggunakan sistem mekanisme double jacket. Selain itu juga membuat persiapan dalam penentuan harga pokok produk dengan menggunakan excel dan pembuatan naskah untuk penyajian laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi UKM. Selanjutnya dilakukan serah terimapelaksanaan penerapan teknologi tepat guna ini dengan memberikan pelatihan operasional dan perawatan. This study conveys an overview of the purchasing decisions made by the younger generation of Muslims in buying trending food and its relation to ignoring sales, purchase contracts, and halal product information. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. They are collecting research data using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The respondents of this study were 130 Muslim students at Medan State Polytechnic. The Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics with quantitative descriptive methods. The questionnaire method operates as a source for data collection. The style used is the distribution of frequency tables by displaying the frequency and percentage of the results of the respondents, which are processed using the Microsoft Excel program. The results showed that the younger generation of Muslims, represented by Muslim students at the Medan State Polytechnic, tended to purchase trending foods, in this case, Mie Gacoan, based on their taste for the product and the various variations of Mie Gacoan products offered in restaurants. Sales and purchase contracts and information on the halal food products restaurants offer are sufficient as a reference. However, they are not the primary determinant in purchasing food products. This condition takes a clear picture that in the era of openness and digital like today, buying and selling contracts in service at restaurants are still things that need to be displayed by restaurants so that they can be a reference for consumers in deciding to purchase products, even though the form of the contract is not signed between the consumer and the restaurant owner. Such as a sale and purchase contract, but special conditions or small agreements that are displayed, such as refund conditions or meal replacement policies submitted by the restaurant in writing, become a form of restaurant service initiative to consumers so that these conditions can provide a framework for relationships between customers and restaurants. In the Islamic view, the contract for food in a restaurant can refer to the principles of Islamic law or sharia. These principles include Halal Compliance, Food Quality, Fairness in Transactions, Obligation of Information, Service, and Ethics. In Islamic law, adherence to the above principles is essential to maintaining fairness, integrity, and consumer welfare. But in the end, it is still the consumer who determines the decision to buy or not a product according to this contract, that currently the priority is the basis for consumer thinking to decide to buy more because of the urge of taste. This research was conducted to produce MISYA: Real Project Based Financing System Model. This model will be used for banking practices carried out in Sharia labs and conventional banking labs managed by the Medan State Polytechnic Accounting Department. MISYA will facilitate actual practice for every student when playing the role of the Bank's Account Officer position. This is one of the outcomes of project-based learning implementation to support professional and superior Polmed graduates. This research aims specifically to design a real project-based Financing system model using Microsoft Excel. The research method used is a combination method. Qualitatively, data was collected through literature studies, observations, and interviews, designing MISYA, carrying out MISYA trials, and conducting Focus Group Discussions in implementing MISYA. Technology Readiness Level: this research is on a scale of 4 (four). The research method used is a qualitative research method, with explanations in the form of descriptive and explanatory. After going through the data collection and processing stages, research results showed an increase in student competency after using MISYA to understand the job position of an Account Officer at a Sharia bank. Increased ability and competency occurred for 92% of students who participated in socialization using MISYA. In addition, it was found that the Sharia Finance and Banking Study Program has solid and consistent efforts to improve the competency of its graduates for graduate learning outcomes. The MISYA Model design has accommodated the Account Officer process in serving customer financing applications from receipt, data input, and initial stage analysis to final stage analysis or financing approval. The practicum learning curriculum content to strengthen Account Officer competency in the Sharia Finance and Banking Study Program has been adjusted to enrich and add practical content, as well as implementing Case Base Learning by adding cases of financing applications and SLIK examinations from prospective customers.

Knowledge about financial and budget management is not only an activity that is only carried out in industrial companies, trade or the like, but has made it mandatory for all households to be able to do it, because it is necessary to realize that a home includes a husband, wife and children. is a small corporate unit. No, family size and number of dependents hurt financial satisfaction in the family. Financial management knowledge in the form of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling needs to be given to families with insufficient income and knowledge, to achieve economic prosperity for Muslim families. The purpose of this research is to find out the understanding of family household management, to find out the application of management to budgeting, to find out the obstacles in implementing family financial management, and to see whether there is an influence of internalization on the financial management of fishing families in koala villages, whose income depends on the catch they catch. influenced by natural conditions, especially wind, waves and ocean currents. This form of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research using descriptive methods is directed at providing symptoms, facts, or events accurately and systematically regarding the characteristics of specific populations and areas. The research results show that the family's understanding of management is elementary. There is no implementation of management in family budgeting. The obstacles that occur are uncertain income and low educational knowledge. There is no influence of internalization on family financial management. This research aims to determine the impact of student activity in the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) on students' readiness to enter the world of work and evaluate the effect of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) on the Medan State Polytechnic campus. This evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire for Medan State Polytechnic students who had or are currently taking part in the 2021-2023 Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) program. To achieve this primary goal, implementing the MBKM Program includes eight learning activities: student exchange, independent internships, teaching campuses, research/research, humanitarian projects, entrepreneurial activities, independent studies/projects, and thematic real-work lectures. The research results show that implementing the MBKM Program impacts several things, namely increasing experiential learning to shape students' hard skills and soft skills in the world of work and fulfilling graduates' learning outcomes. The results of this research also show that the MBKM program provides considerable benefits in terms of competency for Medan State Polytechnic students. Not only does it benefit students, the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) also positively impacts parties involved with students in carrying out the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) and increasing students' knowledge and skills. The MBKM program also affects students' readiness to enter the world of work, especially Polmed students who have participated in the MBKM program in the field of internship/field practice. Apart from that, this research also identified the satisfaction of Medan State Polytechnic students with the MBKM program implemented by the KEMENDIKBUDRISTEK and Medan State Polytechnic.Keywords: MBKM, Competency, World of Work, Understanding
