Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang “Pengaruh Religiusitas Terhadap Minat Ibu Muslim Kota Medan Dalam Mengkonsumsi Produk Makanan Halal.”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Religiusitas Terhadap Minat Ibu Muslim Kota Medan Dalam Mengkonsumsi Produk Makanan Halal. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang di kuantitatif kan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang didistribusikan kepada 204 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi dan uji parsial (uji statistik t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Religiusitas secara parsial berpengaruh kuat, positif dan signifikan terhadap minat Ibu Muslim Kota Medan dalam mengkonsumsi produk makanan halal dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 52,6% dan terbukti t hitung (2,162) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,9718) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat Religiusitas maka semakin tinggi pula minat Ibu Muslim Kota Medan Dalam Mengkonsumsi Produk Makanan Halal. Ibu Muslim yang religius memiliki karakteristik mayoritas berusia 41-50 tahun yang berpendidikan S1, berstatus sebagai Ibu Rumah Tangga, memiliki pendapatan dan pengeluaran mayoritas sebesar >Rp 1.000.000 s/d Rp 5.000.000 dan memiliki tanggungan keluarga sebanyak 2 orang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang “Pengaruh Religiusitas terhadap keputusan penggunaan uang elektronik pada generasi milenial muslim di Polmed”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Religiusitas secara parsial terhadap Keputusan penggunaan uang elektronik pada generasi milenial muslim di Polmed. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang didistribusikan kepada 70 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji statistik F, uji statistik t, koefisien korelasi dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Religiusitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif, lemah dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan generasi milenial muslim dalam menggunakan uang elektronik. Generasi milenial muslim yang religius memiliki karakteristik mayoritas perempuan berusia 23-24 tahun, kuliah pada semester 8 dengan pengeluaran per bulan 5 ratus ribu rupiah sampai 1 juta rupiah dengan mayoritas menggunakan uang elektronik OVO.

Abstract

Makanan ringan sebagai produk olahan pangan khas masyarakat yang berbahan dasar kentang, umbi, serealia, tepung atau (dari unbu dan kacang) dan pisang senantiasa digemari masyarakat. Dalam proses produksinya untuk menjadikan aneka keripik, terdapat permasalahan antara lain pada kadar minyak yang terdapat pada keripik, dan kemasan yang digunakan untuk tempat keripik. Kadar minyak yang tinggi pada keripik menjadikan keripik mudah amem, berminyak tidak crunchy dan kurang tahan lama. Tulisan ini memaparkan upaya untuk mengatasai masalah dalam proses produksi aneka keripik dengan memanfaatkan tekhnologi tepat guna berupa mesin mengiris dan pengering keripik. Melalui solusi pemberian tekhnologi tepat guna berupa mesin spiner sebagai alat pentirisan produk hasil gorengan. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian terjadi peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi olahan pangan aneka keripik dari usaha bapak Mawardi. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pengumpulan data dan informasi tentang calon mitra melalui survey dan wawancara kepada bapak Mawardi sebagai pemilik dan pengurus usaha maju bersama yang memproduksi produk aneka keripik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kualitas dan kuantitas anek keripik menjadi lebih baik, mitra memahami dan dapat mempraktekkan operasional mesin serta perawatan mesin dan menerapkan tekhnologi penerisan dan pengeringan keripik sebelum keripik di kemas dalam kemasan standar sehingga keripik lebih crunchy, kering, dan tahan lama.

Abstract

Tujuan umum untuk mengatasi permasalahan Desa Dolok Sagala adalah dengan membentuk Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Dolok Sagala. Sebelum membentuk BUMDES, Desa Dolok Sagala harus memiliki payung hukum dalam pembentukkan BUMDES. Tujuan khususnya adalah membantu desa dalam penyusunan proposal pembentukkan BUMDES, menyusun neraca saldo awal, dan memberikan asset berupa laptop sebagai operasional dalam penyusunan proposal pembentukkan BUMDES. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa pengumpulan data dan informasi tentang calon mitra melalui survey dan wawancara kepada Kepala Desa, perangkat desa dan masyarakat Desa Dolok Sagala. Selanjutnya informasi dianalisis secara deskriptif, diimplementasikan dan dievaluasi keseluruhan program yang dilaksanakan. Dimulai dari tahap persiapan, yaitu dengan melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi dan wawancara langsung dengan mitra. Tahap Pelaksanaan yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan membantu dalam penyusunan payung hukum sebagai dasar dalam pembentukkan BUMDES, serta pemberian perangkat komputer yang dilengkapi dengan perangkat lunak yang mampu menunjang mitra untuk membuat dalam penyusunan proposal pembentukkan BUMDES. Proses Pembentukan BUMDes Dolok Sagala di Kecamatan Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai telah berhasil dirintis dengan edukasi dan pemahaman sampai dengan pendampingan kepada pengurus Desa Dolok Sagala. Kontribusi kegiatan pengabdian perintisan Badan Usaha Milik Desa berbasis Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Desa di Desa Dolok Sagala juga telah memberikan pengetahuan kepala pengurus BUMDes kedepannya dalam pendirian, pengelolaan dan evaluasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diharapkan akan menjadikan jalinan kerjasama antara praktisi dan akademisi dalam mengembangkan potensi daerah yang ada. Kesadaran dan partisipasi dari semua unsur masyarakat, baik perangkat desa, masyarakat dan pengelola BUMDes untuk terus ber sinergi dalam mengembangkan potensi desa untuk mewujudkan Kemandirian Desa Melalui BUMDes.

Abstract

These Community Services do socialize for small micro-enterprises to use QRIS to Facilitate Financial Transactions" with a case study in small micro-enterprises or mention as UMKM in the Medan Selayang Region aims to provide socialization and assistance regarding the cashless payment system through the use of QRIS barcodes. This training aims to increase MSMEs' knowledge of the cashless payment system and UMKM's understanding of using QRIS to develop business targets. This activity involves students of the Politeknik Negeri Medan who provide an understanding of the cashless payment system, the benefits of the cashless payment system, the payment system, and the ease of transacting through the DANA E-Wallet application. Through this program, UMKM partners are assisted starting from the DANA personal application registration stage, upgrading DANA premium and the feature of withdrawing funds via the application, the DANA Business registration stage, and the QRIS barcode issuance stage. It is hoped that this activity can increase the use of the cashless payment system to facilitate financial transactions between partners and consumers in the long term. This activity involves supervising lecturers and students from the Medan State Polytechnic, with the final target being scientific publications and community service videos. The results of the community service show that the low understanding of UMKM partners regarding the development of cashless payment systems and the use of QRIS barcodes has been overcome through socialization by the Implementation Team, which has succeeded in achieving 38% success of UMKM having QRIS for cashless payment facilities in their businesses and the absence of an Assistance Team for UMKM in mentoring related to the use of QRIS has been overcome by the existence of a community service program (PKM) carried out by students of the Islamic Finance & Banking Study Program, Accounting Department, Medan State Polytechnic on Jl. Dr. Mansyur and Jl. Abdul Hakim, Medan City, North Sumatra, increased the interest of business owners in the cashless payment system and its convenience.

Abstract

This Program, Community Services to Educates About PPKS (Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence) on Muslim Teenagers at Al-Washliyah Private Middle School, Kampung Lalang Village, Medan Sunggal District, Medan City, North Sumatra Aims to provide an understanding of the meaning of sexual violence, types of sexual violence, the impact of sexual violence, how to prevent sexual violence and provide an experience related to the PPKS (Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence) Officer Unit. For the activities to run smoothly PKM, the service team conducted data collection techniques using interviews with Al-Washliyah Middle School. The solution provided is to transfer knowledge to students through the Education Seminar on PPKS (Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence). The cost of implementing PKM activities is Rp. 421,000.00 (Four Hundred and Twenty One Thousand Rupiah). After implementing community service activities in the form of training and seminars for students, the results of the service were obtained that A lack of understanding of literacy about PPKS (Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence) Students can be resolved through training activities so that there is an understanding of the definition of sexual violence, forms of verbal sexual violence, prevention of sexual violence, PPKS task force, sexual violence on social media and how to act if experiencing harassment. The unavailability of a division to handle PPKS (Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence) has been overcome by proposing the formation of a unique team and training for teachers at Al-Washliyah Private Middle School. The school has responded to this well with a plan to form an exceptional team, and the PKM team also suggested tightening the rules that apply in schools and providing rewards/punishments.

Abstract

Socialization of increasing student participation to continue vocational higher education through the socialization of the Sharia Finance and Banking Study Program at Jl. Rambong Sialang No.50, Firdaus, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra 2099, aims to attract students to continue their education at the university level, especially at the Politeknik Negeri Medan and the Sharia Finance and Banking Study Program. Collecting data through descriptive and qualitative data is then analyzed and processed to produce solutions to the problems faced by partners. The data collection technique was conducted by interviewing the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah. Data analysis techniques through descriptive analysis. The results of this report state that this socialization provides an introduction through socialization activities regarding the Introduction of the Sharia Finance and Banking Study Program of the Politeknik Negeri Medan. Abstract

PMKM Education on financial literacy and saving culture at the State Vocational High School (SMK) 7 Medan, Sitirejo II Village, Medan Amplas District, Medan City, North Sumatra, Aims to provide an understanding of Financial Literacy in daily life, the importance of saving culture for future financial planning, Overcoming excessive consumptive behavior. The school has never received education related to this material from any party. In order to run PMKM activities smoothly, the service team carried out data collection techniques by interviewing the State Vocational High School (SMK) 7 Medan, which was given by finding knowledge transfer through the Educational Seminar on Financial Literacy Education and Saving Culture. The cost of implementing PMKM activities is needed in the amount of Rp. 1,917,000.00 (One et al. Hundred and Seventeen Thousand Rupiah) and a certificate from Bank Sumut Syariah. This educational activity has shaped students' knowledge and skills about financial literacy, consumptive behavior, and saving culture until an average of 87.55% after service implementation is evidenced by a perfect understanding with a score of 100, increasing to 112 people (56%). However, the lack of educational programs that specifically discuss financial literacy, which also supports students in personal financial management and the prevention of financial problems, is a challenge that needs to be overcome. Through this activity, a joint commitment was formed between PT Bank Sumut Syariah and SMK Negeri 7 Medan to assist the student saving culture program, which is carried out regularly and form student knowledge and awareness to save and reactivate the habit of saving more broadly, creating awareness among SMK students about shared responsibility in maintaining discipline and financial responsibility

Abstract

This activity aims to provide an understanding of the basic steps in financial planning, managing expenses wisely, building healthy financial habits, and maintaining mental health when facing financial problems. This service uses a descriptive and qualitative approach, where the data collected is analyzed to provide solutions to the issues faced by students. After the Socialization and Education of Financial Planning for Students at SMKS Dharma Patra Pangkalan Susu, the average score of students who feel that they understand more about the importance of recording expenses in detail to manage finances, feel able to distinguish needs and desires, motivation to buy goods wisely, including waiting for a discount moment to save the costs, starting to plan expenses so that they are always smaller than their income, Committed to setting aside some money for unexpected needs or future savings is 86% of the 25 students, This shows a significant increase compared to the initial condition, which is 79%. The educational activities succeeded in overcoming two main problems faced by students, namely consumptive behavior and the impact of financial management on mental health and learning achievement. Through counseling on personal financial planning, students gain understanding and skills in managing finances wisely, managing expenses, and building healthy financial habits, which has a positive impact on increasing their financial awareness. In addition, with a holistic approach that includes material on the relationship between finances and mental health, students can also reduce stress and anxiety that disrupt mental balance and study concentration. As a result, most students feel calmer, more confident, and more motivated to face daily challenges and learn more effectively.

Abstract

Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion Optimization Through Fintech Education in Vocational School Students is done precisely at Al-Washliyah 2 Private Vocational School, Jl. Stadium No. 2, Trading, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency Aims to provide an understanding of financial literacy towards the use of fintech which includes topics such as Definition of Financial Literacy, Importance of Financial Planning, Definition of Fintech, Difference between Legal Fintech and Illegal Fintech, Types of Fintech, The Importance of Understanding Fintech, Definition and Function of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) towards Fintech. The school has never received education related to this material from any party. To run PMKM activities smoothly, the service team carried out data collection techniques by interviewing the Al-Washliyah 2 Commerce Private Vocational School. The solution is to provide knowledge transfer through the Financial Literacy Seminar on the Use of Fintech. The cost of implementing PMKM activities is Rp—1,270,000 (one million thirty-one thousand five hundred rupiah). After carrying out community service activities in the form of training and seminars for students, the results of the service were obtained that Low Financial Literacy Against the Use of Fintech has been overcome with educational activities such as providing financial literacy education on the use of fintech which includes topics such as Definition of Financial Literacy, The Importance of Financial Planning, Definition of Fintech, Difference between Legal Fintech and Illegal Fintech, Types of Fintech, The Importance of Understanding Fintech, the Definition and Function of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) towards Fintech. This successful activity formed students' knowledge and skills about Financial Literacy Towards the Use of Fintech to reach an average score of 88.55% with a maximum knowledge of 98.20% for all participants. The absence of an educational program that specifically discusses the importance of Financial Literacy for the Use of Fintech, which also supports social science lessons in the context of economic life activities, is a challenge that needs to be overcome. To overcome this problem, 3 students have been presented who better understand Financial Literacy Towards the Use of Fintech. These 3 students are expected not only to provide an understanding to their peers about the importance of understanding related to financial literacy and fintech but also to encourage students to be more careful in managing finances and choosing fintech applications. With an interesting and creative approach, it is hoped that students can disseminate this knowledge more widely, creating awareness among students about the shared responsibility in maintaining and managing finances.
