Abstract

An indicator of the hospital quality is incidence of the nosocomial infections. Nosocomial infections are infections acquired by patients while being treated in the hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent and control nosocomial infections to prevent nosocomial infections. The aim of this study was to determine the factors related to the nosocomial infections prevention and control by the nurses at RSUD Kota Dumai. The type of research was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all nurses in the Hospital Installation Room Dumai City Hospital totaling 183 nurses with a sample of 125 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and the data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using computerization chi square tests. The results showed that the majority of 78.4% of the respondents have low education, the majority of 80.8% of the respondents have high motivation, the majority of 79,2% of the head room's supervision is good, and the majority 76% of the Nosocomial infections prevention is high. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between education (p value = 0 , 043), motivation (p value = 0.0 30 ), and supervision (p value = 0.0 03 ) with the prevention of nosocomial infections by the nurses in Dumai City Hospital. It was better for the RSUD Kota Dumai management team to increase the commitment in efforts to prevent a non-social infection in the hospital, especially in the inpatient installation room. Furthermore, the nurses supervision enhanced by the head room and the nursing field to increase the motivation and the performance of the nurses in the room

Abstract

Stres dalam bekerja sangat berpengaruh dalam pekerjaan terutama dalam pendokumentasian asuhan  keperawatan. Penilaian asuhan keperawatan yang baik adalah terdapat catatan pada setiap tahap dari 5 tahap asuhan keperawatan di lembar rekam medis yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, intervensi, dan evaluasi. Perawat merupakan profesi yang memiliki resiko tinggi mengalami stres kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja perawat pelaksana dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru. Desain penelitian deskripsi korelasi cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel  60 orang, teknik pengambilan sample purposive sampling. Data diolah dan di analisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan sistem komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas 76,7% stress responden kategori sedang dan mayoritas 68,3% pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan kategori tidak baik. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan ada hubungan stres kerja dengan pendokumentasian asuahan keperawatan (p=0,000). Diharapkan manajemen rumah sakit Syafira Pekanbaru untuk lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan perawat khususnya yang berkaitan dengan stress kerja, sehingga tidak berdampak terhadap kinerja perawat dalam melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan instansi kesehatan tempat masyarakat atau pasien dalam menerima pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal. Setiap pasien menginginkan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik karena pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan setiap orang. Semua orang menginginkan untuk dihargai, dilayani, dan ingin memperoleh kedudukan yang sama di masyarakat. Pada kenyataanya dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia sering terdapat perbedaan antara pasien satu dengan pasien yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasaan dengan loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru dengan sampel sebanyak 53 pasien. Variabel independen kepuasaan dan variabel dependen loyalitas pasien yang diteliti secara bersamaan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner guna mengetahui secara statistik seberapa besar hubungan kepuasaan dengan  loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 76% pasien menyatakan puas dengan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan di RS Bhayangkara dan sebanyak 60% pasien memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi dengan RS Bhayangkara. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepuasan pasien dengan loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan (p value=0,017). diharapkan bidang pelayanan keperawatan di RS Bhayangkara perlu meningkatkan monitoring dan evaluasi terkait kepuasan pasien secara berkala agar Skualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Background: Violence in the workplace affects the performance of nurses in providing nursing care. In addition, it can increase absenteeism, influence nurses' personal and professional lives, increase administrative stress and distrust, and increase staff burnout and turnover. Purpose: This study aims to analyze lateral violence in hospital nurses. Methods: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at an accredited hospital in Pekanbaru, in January 2019. Results: The sample of the study was nurses in the room with a total of 50 respondents and the data were analyzed univariately. Conclusion: The results of the study were obtained at Petala Bumi Hospital, as many as 100% of respondents: often treated politely and respectfully by co-workers, lateral violence from co-workers in the hospital is not a problem, the seriousness of a problem regarding lateral violence by co-workers is very serious category, never lose patience and become rude to coworkers, workload is a major cause of stress related to inadequate staff and resources to deal with while at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru as many as 80% of respondents are often treated politely and respectfully by co-workers, 48% of respondents are lateral violence from co-workers in a large hospital or caused by many people, 36% of respondents are serious about a problem about lateral violence by co-workers very serious category, 48% of respondents sometimes lose their temper and become rude to coworkers, 64% of respondents workload the main cause of stress is related to inadequate staff and resources to deal.

Abstract

Most fractures are caused by traffic accidents with an estimated number of fractures in the world between 1 and 2.9 million with different age classifications. Each fracture will always undergo surgery followed by administering analgesics to reduce pain during the surgery. Non-pharmacological management to deal with pain consists of various physical treatment measures including skin stimulus, electrical nerve stimulation of the skin, acupuncture. The purpose of the study was to assess the effect of giving classical music mozart in reducing fracture pain in the Dahlia Room of Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru. Quasy Experiment Research Design, non randomized control group pretest postest design. The research sample was 30 respondents, with a sampling technique accidental sampling. The study was analyzed univariately and bivariately with the Wilcoxon and Man Whitney test. Testing the reduction in the degree of fracture pain in the control and experimental groups obtained the mean value of the experiment 6.71 post experiment 2.66 control value pre 6.35 and control post 6.48 with a value of ρ value 0.000 means that there is an influence of giving classical music mozart to fracture pain. Hopefully it can be used as a reference in providing mozart classical music distraction techniques to reduce pain in postoperative fracture patients

Abstract

Analisis situasi saat ini pada institusi kesehatan di Indonesia menunjukkan hasil kontradiktif. Sekalipun aspek spiritual dianggap memainkan peranan penting dalam upaya penyembuhan pasien, kenyataannya asuhan keperawatan spiritual belum diberikan oleh perawat secara kompeten. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat tentang pelayanan keperawatan berbasis spiritual ditinjau dari aspek proses asuhan keperawatan spiritual di Rumah Sakit Sansani Pekanbaru. Kegiatan PkM ini dibagi menjadi 3 (tiga) sesi yaitu sesi pretest, pemberian materi oleh narasumber, dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini rerata pengetahuan sebelum diberikan pelatihan sebesar 6,33 (SD 0,500) dan rerata pengetahuan sesudah diberikan pelatihan sebesar 6,78 (SD 0,441.). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan p value 0,035 (0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Diharapkan RS Sansani Pekanbaru dapat menerapkan asuhan keperawatan berbasis spiritual serta adanya bimbingan berkala dalam pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

The Risk of Infection is problem among Hospitals in Indonesia, the increase occurs continously. Nasocomial infection caused by multifactors, such as not hand hygiene before nursing intervension.The research was conducted to assess the correlation between motivation and Attitude of nurse toward obediently on hand hygiene as well as infusion of pasients in Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru. The research was used descriptf correlation with cross sectional approach. The participants were 77 participants were selected using purposive sampling Data were analyzed by univariat and bivariate and using chi-square analyzed. The result showed that there were correlation of motivation (p=0.006) and attitude (p=0,014). It is recommendation to departemen of preventive and commite control in Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru can be active give motivation among nurse.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja perawat secara nyata yang dikerjakan sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat adalah beban kerja, stress kerja dan kompetensi. Beban kerja merupakan sekumpulan kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan oleh perawat  diruangan. Beban kerja perawat yang berlebih akan bepengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja perawat tersebut, sehingga dapat menyebabkan perawat tersebut mudah stress. Selain beban kerja dan stress kerja, kompetensi perawat merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat, kompetensi merupakan kemampuan atau keahlian seseorang perawat dalam mejalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai perawat professional dilingkungan tempat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja, stress kerja dan kompetensi dengan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Indrasari. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling dengan Proportionate Stratified random sampling. Data diolah dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan sistem komputerisasi, menggunakan uji pearson chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja perawat mayoritas kategori sedang yakni 64,6%, stres kerja perawat mayoritas kategori sedang yakni 62%, kompetensi perawat mayoritas kategori sedang yakni 57%, dan kinerja perawat mayoritas kategori sedang yakni 67,1%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja (0,001, stres kerja (0,001), kompetensi (0,002) dengan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Rekomendasi pada pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk mengutamakan kebutuhan perawat dalam peningkatkan kompetensi dan meningkatkan fasilitas dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pasien.

Abstract

Women who are about to undergo childbirth via cesarean section often experience discomfort and anxiety. Excessive anxiety can reduce sleep duration and cause symptoms such as sweating, bloating, and shortness of breath. Based on data from Bengkalis Regional General Hospital (RSUD Bengkalis), there were 1,110 cases of cesarean deliveries recorded in 2023. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Al-Qur’an murrotal therapy in reducing anxiety levels in pre-cesarean section patients at RSUD Bengkalis. This research uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study consisted of women undergoing cesarean section, with a sample of 16 participants selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used was the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The univariate analysis results showed that before receiving Al-Qur’an murrotal therapy, the majority of pre-cesarean section patients experienced moderate anxiety (75%). After the therapy was administered, anxiety levels decreased, with 81.3% of patients falling into the mild anxiety category. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant effect of Al-Qur’an murrotal therapy in reducing anxiety levels in pre-cesarean section patients at RSUD Bengkalis, with a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05).

Abstract

Nursing documentation is written evidence of the implementation of nursing care, but in some hospitals documenting nursing care is still problem and far from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Which is 80%. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with Nursing documentation of inpatient care at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. The design of this study was observational cross sectional. A sample of 82 nurses used a proportional random sampling technique.The results showed that there individual factors 72 % were early adult nurses, 51,2 % were old nurse with long time, 95,1% were high educational level. Organization factors showed that there 70,7 % were head nurse good category, 75,5% were employee available category, 52, 4% were nursing care good category.There were significant differences of length of work and level of education with documentation of nursing care.
