Abstract

AbstrakSampah organik merupakan sampah dominan di  Bank sampah Sahdu, maka perlu pengolahan untuk mengurangi timbulan sampah organik di TPA. Penelitian ini membandingkan 3 jenis komposter aerob di Bank sampah Sahdu yaitu bata terawang, drum dan takakura. Jenis sampah yang digunakan adalah sampah organik campuran (sisa makanan dan sampah halaman). Kapasitas komposter bata terawang, drum dan takakura dapat menampung sampah per harinya dari 456, 210 dan 20 sumber. Kinerja komposter bata terawang, drum dan takakura dalam mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos adalah 53,45%, 48,27% dan 56,01%. Kualitas kompos yang dihasilkan seluruh komposter memenuhi baku mutu, kecuali parameter pH kompos dari hasil komposter drum tidak memenuhi baku mutu. Kata kunci: sampah organik, bank sampah, komposter aerobik.Abstract Organic waste is the most dominant waste produced, thus the reduction of this type of waste will reduce waste entering the landfill. Abstract

Organic waste is the largest composition of waste generated by the people of Indonesia, which is around 50-60%. This type of waste, especially food waste, is easy to smell if it is stored for too long so that it has the potential to pollute the environment. On the other hand, organic waste has good nutrients that can be generated, including through BSF (Black Soldier Fly) maggot bioconversion treatment. The BSF maggot bioconversion method is a method of processing organic waste which is carried out by converting organic matter into other products that are useful and have added value by utilizing biological processes from microorganisms and enzymes. Organic waste treatment with this method is generally carried out on a community-based basis and is integrated with the development of agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry, because maggot cultivation produces commodities of economic value such as compost and maggot larvae. Compost contains very good nutrients so that it can be used for organic farming and maggot contains high protein that can be used for animal feed and fisheries. The implementation of this program was piloted in the boarding school community, namely the Az-Zakaria Islamic Boarding School which is managed by the Az-Zakaria Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) in Sindangbarang Village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. The result of this implementation is the formation of a new group of entrepreneurs engaged in the cultivation and utilization of BSF maggots.

Abstract

Enviromental problems due to activities of exploration and exploitation of natural resources for energy and utilization of energy as source of fuel become importance issue in Indonesia. Therefore an alternative for utilization of natural resources as energy is desperately needed. One of the potential resources is utilization of manure as energy alternative and fertilizer. Society of Sindangbarang village, Sub district Jalaksana of Kuningan District generally is farmer and husbandary with main activities on goat cattle. Social guidance was conducted to utilize manure as sources for energy and liquid fertilizer. The social guidance activieties were divided into three steps, i.e. identification, implementation and evaluation. Implemention was main step to install digester for processing goat manure to make biogas. The results indicated that goat manure as biogas could be made as fuel energy for cooking and organic fertilizer as alternative for agriculture activities. It is concluded that a large positive affect will be gained if all goat farmers do the same way and this avtivities is also to support government policy for alternative energy, organic agriculture and improving environmental life condition

Abstract

Sungai Cikapundung tidak bisa dipisahkan dari masyarakat Kota Bandung, selain karena sangat berarti bagi kehidupan warga Bandung dan sekitarnya juga sungai tersebut memiliki fungsi hidrologis bagi Cekungan Bandung. Namun sayangnya Sungai Cikapundung juga telah menjadi tempat pembuangan berbagai limbah warga Kota Bandung sehingga kualitas air sungai menurun. Salah satu penyebab tercemarnya Sungai Cikapundung adalah pembuangan limbah padat atau sampah rumah tangga. Hal ini disebabkan karena manajemen pengelolaan sampah di DAS Cikapundung kurang baik, baik dari segi infrastruktur maupun manajemen. Pengelolaan sampah terpadu berbasis masyarakat melalui penguatan ecopreneur ini merupakan alternatif yang ditawarkan untuk model pengelolaan sampah di DAS Cikapundung. Konsep tersebut memadukan tiga komponen penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan yakni lingkungan, ekonomi dan sosial.

Abstract

Abstract. Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X is a business engaged in the culinary field by producing and selling twelve kinds of traditional snacks. Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X is included in the criteria for a micro business because the assets owned are < Rp. 50 million and the turnover is still < Rp. 300 million/year and the number of workers owned is < 5 people. Traditional cake startups often experience obstacles when doing their business, one of which is the fluctuating price of raw materials that affects the amount of profit earned. As a business that is just starting a business, a startup has a goal to make a profit and remain sustainable in the future. In order to determine whether the pilot business will continue to be sustainable in the future, a simulation model with a dynamic system approach is made. The steps taken in this study are based on a dynamic system simulation approach, including problem identification and definition, system conceptualization, model formulation, model simulation, policy analysis and policy implementation. The results of this research show that until the 100th period (April, 2028), traditional cake startups remain sustainable while still generating profits every month. Scenario test was carried out by changing the price of the product/pcs to Rp. 1,500/pcs when there is an increase in the price of raw materials which can be a consideration for start-up business owners to increase prices when raw materials increase, so that the startup can make a profit and will be sustainable in the future. Abstrak. Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang kuliner dengan memproduksi dan menjual dua belas macam kudapan tradisional. Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X termasuk pada kriteria usaha mikro karena aset yang dimiliki < Rp. 50 juta dan omzet yang didapat masih < Rp. 300 juta/tahun dan jumlah pekerja yang dimiliki <5 orang. Usaha rintisan kue tradisional sering mengalami kendala saat melakukan usahanya, salah satunya adalah harga bahan baku yang berfluktuasi sehingga mempengaruhi jumlah profit yang didapat. Sebagai usaha yang baru merintis usaha, usaha rintisan memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan profit dan tetap berkelanjutan di masa depan. Untuk mengetahui usaha rintisan tetap berkelanjutan di masa depan maka dibuat model simulasi dengan pendekatan sistem dinamis. Langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan simulasi sistem dinamis antara lain identifikasi dan definisi masalah, konseptualisasi sistem, formulasi model, simulasi model, analisa kebijakan dan implementasi kebijakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hingga periode 100 (April 2028), usaha rintisan kue tradisional tetap berkelanjutan dengan tetap menghasilkan profit setiap bulannya. Dilakukan uji skenario dengan melakukan perubahan harga produk/pcs menjadi Rp. 1,500/pcs saat mengalami kenaikan harga bahan baku yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi owner usaha rintisan untuk menaikkan harga saat bahan baku mengalami kenaikan, sehingga usaha rintisan mendapatkan profit dan akan berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Abstract. Coffee is a drink that is in great demand by the public because it has a delicious aroma and taste, it also has several other benefits. Kopi Palasari sold by the Kelompok Tani Giri Senang is packaged coffee that is packaged simply without providing clear information and poor plastic materials and types of packaging labels, these are factors in the research problem to be carried out. So the purpose of the research is to design the packaging of Kopi Palasari for the Kelompok Tani Giri Senang by identifying consumer perceptions so that it provides a more attractive appeal following consumer desires. The packaging design is carried out using the Kansei Engineering method. The Kansei Engineering method was carried out in several stages, namely, collecting Kansei Words through questionnaires and interviews and continued by distributing the first closed questionnaire to select Kansei Words and continued by distributing the second closed questionnaire and conducting conjoint analysis to determine the combination of designs obtained. The result of this research is that the desired packaging that can provide more attractiveness is made of kraft paper, uses a printing label, and is square in shape combined with 13 selected Kansei Words, namely cheap, unique, simple, elegant, dark color, slight color, easy to carry and open, logo halal, composition information, expired information, strong, durable and environmentally friendly. Abstrak. Kopi merupakan minuman yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena memiliki aroma dan rasa yang nikmat, juga memiliki beberapa manfaat lainnya. Kopi Palasari yang dijual Kelompok Tani Giri Senang merupakan kopi kemasan yang dikemas dengan cara sederhana tanpa memberikan informasi yang jelas serta bahan plastik dan jenis label kemasan yang kurang baik, Hal tersebut menjadi faktor dalam permasalahan penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Sehingga tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan perancangan terhadap kemasan Kopi Palasari Kelompok Tani Giri Senang dengan mengidentifikasi persepsi konsumen sehingga memberikan daya tarik lebih menarik sesusai dengan keinginan konsumen. Perancangan kemasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Kansei Engineering. Metode Kansei Engineering dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu, mengumpulkan Kansei Words melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner tertutup pertama untuk menyeleksi Kansei Words dan dilanjutkan dengan menyebar kuesioner tertutup ke dua dan melakukan analisis konjoin untuk mengetahui kombinasi desain yang diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kemasan yang diinginkan dan dapat memberikan daya tarik lebih adalah berbahan kertas kraft, menggunakan label printing dan berbentuk persegi yang dikombinasikan dengan 13 Kansei Words terpilih yaitu murah, unik, simpel, elegan, warna gelap, warna sedikit, Mudah dibawa dan dibuka, logo halal, informasi komposisi, informasi kadaluarsa, kuat, awet dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Helie Furniture Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the furniture industry that produces several types of outdoor chairs made of stainless steel. This research focuses on one type of product, namely this product has the largest percentage of product delays compared to other products, which is 54.55%. In the production process of the radius chair, there are several wastes that exist in the production line, such as defective products and inventory in the form of work in process (WIP) found at the polishing work station. One approach that can reduce waste is Lean Manufacturing. The first step in this research is to find out waste using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Waste Assessment Model (WAM). Based on the results of WAM, 3 dominant wastes were obtained, namely defect, excess processing, and transport. Then the root cause of waste is carried out using 5 why's and determining the value of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The root cause of the problem in each dominant waste that has the highest RPN value will be made recommendations for improvement. There are 3 recommendations for improvement for supervision during the production process, SOP publication, and redesigning the layout on the production line. Recommendations for improvements that have been made can reduce lead time by 101.88 seconds and increase Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) by 0.46%. Abstrak. PT. Helie Furniture Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang industri furniture yang memproduksi beberapa jenis kursi outdoor berbahan baku stainless steel. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada salah satu jenis produk, yaitu produk radius chair karena produk ini memiliki persentase keterlambatan penyelesaian produk paling besar dibandingkan dengan produk kursi lainnya, yaitu sebesar 54,55%. Pada proses produksi radius chair terdapat beberapa waste yang ada pada lini produksi, seperti adanya produk cacat dan adanya penumpukan inventory berupa work in process (WIP) yang ditemui pada stasiun kerja polishing. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat mereduksi waste adalah Lean Manufacturing. Langkah awal yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah identifikasi waste menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dan Waste Assessment Model (WAM). Berdasarkan hasil WAM, didapat 3 waste dominan yaitu defect, excessive processing, dan transportation. Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi akar penyebab waste menggunakan 5 why’s dan menentukan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Akar penyebab masalah pada setiap waste dominan yang memiliki nilai RPN tertinggi akan dibuat rekomendasi perbaikan. Terdapat 3 rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu Memperketat pengawasan selama proses produksi berlangsung, Publikasi SOP, dan Merancang ulang layout pada lini produksi. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang telah dibuat dapat mereduksi lead time sebesar 101,88 detik dan meningkatkan Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) sebesar 0,46%.

Abstract

Abstract. Waste Bank is a system related to collecting recyclable waste which, is then deposited into the recycling mechanism. The service process in the Waste Bank is currently still manual. Namely, by recording in the passbook, there is no integrated system between the household, the Waste Bank unit, the central Waste Bank, and the industry that will recycle materials into specific products. Results in inefficiency in the management of the Waste Bank. For this reason, this article raises the issue of how to develop an information system for the Bandung City Garbage Bank based on the case study website of the Garbage Bank in the City of Bandung. The information system that the author developed in this study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which has three stages (1) The requirements planning stage identifies the purpose of the system. (2) The workshop design stage models the results of logical and physical analysis and definition, including functional and non-functional requirements, modeling activities or system interactions using Use Case Diagrams, process modeling using Business Process Modeling, and Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0), and data modeling using Entity-Relationship Diagrams. (3) The implementation phase carries out the realization of the user’s system design made and agreed upon by the user covering various aspects such as database development using PHP MySQL and the interface using PHP-based CodeIgniter. The results of this study are: the designed system can access by customers, BSU, BSI, and industry according to the needs of each user, all data is stored in a database on one server so that can access it online. Abstrak. Bank Sampah adalah suatu sistem yang berkaitan dengan proses mengumpulkan sampah layak daur ulang yang kemudian disetorkan ke mekanisme daur ulang. Proses pelayanan di dalam Bank Sampah saat ini masih manual yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan di buku tabungan, tidak adanya sistem yang terintegrasi antara pihak rumah tangga, Bank Sampah unit, Bank Sampah induk dan industri yang akan mendaur ulang material menjadi produk tertentu. Hal ini berakibat pada ketidakefisienan dalam tata kelola Bank Sampah. Untuk itu maka artikel ini mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana mengembangkan sistem informasi Bank Sampah Kota Bandung berbasis website studi kasus Bank Sampah di Kota Bandung. Sistem informasi yang penulis kembangkan dalam studi ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Developmen (RAD) yang memiliki tiga tahapan yaitu (1) Tahap requirement planning melakukan identifikasi terhadap tujuan sistem. (2) Tahap workshop design memodelkan hasil analisis dan pendefinisian secara logis dan fisik meliputi kebutuhan secara fungsional dan nonfungsional, pemodelan aktivitas atau interaksi sistem menggunakan Use Case Diagram, pemodelan proses menggunakan Bussiness Process Modeling and Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0), dan pemodelan data menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram. (3) Tahap implementation melakukan perwujudan dari rancangan sistem yang telah dibuat dan disepakati oleh pengguna meliputi berbagai aspek sepeti pembangunan basis data menggunakan phpMySQL dan antarmuka menggunakan CodeIgniter berbasis PHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: sistem yang dirancang dapat diakses oleh nasabah, BSU, BSI dan industri sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari setiap pengguna, seluruh data tersimpan pada databse dalam satu server sehingga dapat diakses secara online.
