Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a website-based information system for managing letter archives in an organization. The problem faced is the lack of efficiency in manual letter archive management, which often causes data loss, delays in access, and the inability to track incoming and outgoing letters quickly. Therefore, a system is needed that is able to automate the letter archiving process and facilitate fast and accurate search for archive data. The research method used in this study is the system development method which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through direct observation of the manual letter archiving process, interviews with system users, and literature studies related to information systems and archiving. The results of the study indicate that this website-based letter archive information system has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of letter archive management. This system allows users to easily store, manage, and search for archived letters. The use of this system also reduces the risk of data loss and speeds up the letter search process. Thus, this information system is expected to be an effective solution in overcoming the problems faced by organizations in managing letter archives.

Abstract

Along with current technological developments, the application of information systems in a government agency is needed, because the rapid development of technology requires an agency to use information system technology in supporting performance in data processing to obtain faster and more accurate information, one of which is stunting data processing. This study aims to evaluate how the implementation of the stunting information system can improve the performance of village office employees to support the government to reduce the number of stunting in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the implementation of the stunting information system provided a number of benefits for village office staff such as improved performance, operational efficiency, and better ability to share stunting data information. In addition, the stunting information system also makes it easier for village office staff to manage data, monitor stunting residents, and make decisions for prevention and treatment. However, there are challenges such as lack of stunting literacy and limited infrastructure. With proper training and central government support, Pertumbukan Village Office employees in Wampu Sub-district are expected to be able to optimally utilize the stunting information system to improve performance in stunting data processing

Abstract

The rapid development of business encourages every entrepreneur to make a different form of service to attract customers. Fast service is its own attraction for customers. The application of a queue or scheduling system in the kitchen or chef can be done to avoid the accumulation of food orders in the kitchen or chef so that the time for serving food can be done quickly. Multilevel Feedback Queue is one of the scheduling algorithms on CPU scheduling in the computer's Operating System. The Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm allows the process to move queues. If a process takes too long to consume CPU, then it will be moved to a lower queue thus the process of CPU interaction becomes less and the time is fast. In this study, a Web-based food ordering application was developed by applying a Multilevel Feedback Queue to create a food order queue.

Abstract

This study focuses on developing a website for transparency in the use of Village Funds in Durian IV Mbelang Village, so that the community can more easily monitor the allocation and utilization of village funds. The main problem was the limited access to information related to village funds which hinders community participation in supervision. The proposed solution included developing a website using the Waterfall method and the Laravel framework, equipped with PHP technology for coding and MySQL for data management, with the aim of providing easy access and transparency of information for village communities. The development process started from analyzing user needs to implementing features for information accessibility. Testing using the Black Box method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) showed that this website is effective in providing real-time information and can be easily accessed. Overall, this website is expected to be able to increase community involvement in monitoring the use of Village Funds and strengthen the accountability of its management.

Abstract

PT Reksa Nusindo Sejahtera is a medical appliances company that sells health and medical devices for personal and public use. PT Rekza Nusindo sells medical appliances by implementing web-based applications to enhance its own branding. However, the provision of information on the website pages is often a question for its consumers so it seems that web-based applications are still less interactive in serving consumers within 24 hours. The AI chatbot will be implemented to support the information service at the PT Reksa Nusindo Sejahtera. PT Recsa Nusindos use the AI Chatbot service to make much more efficient, increase customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. The design of AI chatbots using the Watson Assistant Service will be deployed on the website of PT reksa nusindos to support information and respond to questions asked by consumers related to medical appliances quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The use of radiation in industry has developed into a vital technology, especially in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). At PT Petrokimia Gresik, radiation is used to check the quality of welding and internal structures, but the risk of exposure to radioactive radiation remains a major concern. This article discusses the development of Radiacheck, a web-based system for monitoring radioactive radiation using the Waterfall method. With features such as radiation calculator, history monitoring, and monthly reports, this system improves operational efficiency and work safety. In addition, this article also explains the implementation of features and system testing in detail based on PHP and MySQL technology.

Abstract

IVA Test method is one of the effective and efficient methods for early detection of cervical cancer, apart from the low cost it can also be done by midwives or health center officers. The percentage of cervical cancer early detection examination (IVA) coverage in Indonesia is far from ideal coverage. Information on early detection of cervical cancer is needed by WUS to know the importance of early detection of IVA test. The purpose of the study is to determine a correlation between access to information and early detection behavior of cervical cancer by Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (VIA) method at Watas Marga Health Center in 2024. This research is a type of quantitative research. The research design used is an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach, this research was conducted at Watas Marga Health Center Work Area with a sample of 64 Women of Fertile Age (WUS). The results of this study there is a correlation between access to information with early detection behavior of cervical cancer with IVA test. From the results of bivariate analysis obtained OR value = 8.533 which means that respondents who are less good at obtaining information about early detection of cervical cancer have a chance of 8.533 times not to do early detection of cervical cancer with VIA test. Health Center is expected to further improve counseling to WUS about cervical cancer, this counseling is a way to provide information and knowledge to WUS.

Abstract

Information literacy becomes increasingly crucial in the digital era, where students are required to be able to search, evaluate and utilize information effectively. This research aims to explore the potential of podcast programs in developing information literacy competencies in elementary school students by adopting an epistemological perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were students in grades 4-6 at an elementary school. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of student-produced podcast content. Data analysis was carried out using an information literacy competency framework and an epistemological perspective. The research results show that podcast programs can be an effective medium for developing students' information literacy competencies. Through the podcast production process, students are trained to search for relevant information, evaluate information sources, and present information creatively. Additionally, podcasts also encourage students to think critically and build a deeper understanding of a topic. Epistemologically, podcast programs can help students build more constructive and authentic knowledge. Students not only receive information passively, but are also actively involved in the knowledge construction process. Podcasts also allow students to share knowledge and perspectives with peers, thereby enriching their understanding. This research contributes to the development of a podcast media-based information literacy learning program. The results of this research can also be a reference for educators and curriculum developers in designing learning activities that are relevant to students' needs in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an education accounting information system and determine the feasibility of using an education accounting information system. This research and development used the ADDIE model. The partner in this research was the OSF Semarang Education Commission Institution. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The feasibility results obtained for this education accounting information system include: validation by material experts obtained an assessment of 3.94 with the category ‘Feasible’, validation by media experts obtained an assessment of 4.76 with the category ‘Very Feasible’, and validation by users obtained an assessment of 4.54 with the category ‘Very Feasible’. Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that the education accounting information system is very feasible to be implemented at the OSF Semarang Education Commission Institution so that it can facilitate the work of the Institution Management and College Management in preparing financial reports. The implications of this research include improving the efficiency and accuracy of institutional financial management through technology, providing guidelines for transparency and accountability, and improving the quality of education and public trust in budget management.

Abstract

This study focuses on exploring aspects of illegal mining in the Musi Banyuasin area, South Sumatra Province-Indonesia. The research includes green accounting, human resources, sustainable environment, and oil and gas accounting information systems. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an exploratory method to explore the phenomenon in detail. Data were obtained through structured interviews, field observations, focus group discussions (FGDs), and supporting document reviews. The collected data were analyzed thematically to identify, review, and report findings based on interviews. The results of the study indicate that the application of green accounting practices, human resource management, and the use of accounting information systems in the oil and gas sector are important foundations for creating a sustainable environment. Sustainable environments not only support economic aspects but also social, cultural, and ecological aspects. This research implies that it contributes to the preservation of green vegetation, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and environmental damage. Theoretically, this research provides insight into the theoretical benefits of green environmental sustainability.
