Abstract

One of the companies actively involved in the field of information technology systems, especially in the Internet sector is PT Jaringanku Sarana Nusantara. The company has paid services using E-invoice with payment gateway method but on this payment system has not been integrated with microtic devices to perform the disconnection of the Internet for customers who have not paid. This process is carried out through microtic configuration performed by the officers. If the customer's connection termination is missed within the specified limits, the company risks losing the bandwidth cost by continuing to provide internet services without receiving payment on time. In addition to payment services, the company also has a complaint service that uses the WhatsApp app as a medium of interaction with customers, found several problems that need to be addressed. One of the problems was when the admin sent customer data and gave the task division to the team of officers through the WhatsApp group. This research uses the waterfall methodology of a systematic model to develop this system so that it is structured starting from the phases of design, analysis, design, implementation, operation, to the maintenance of the system. The results of this research showed that it was possible to build a service information system at PT. Jaringanku Sarana Nusantara by performing blackbox testing, then it is known that the system is running correctly and in accordance with the expected plan.

Abstract

The increase in population is accompanied by equal distribution. In this context, population density of Jakarta is partly due to urbanization and long-term settlement. Therefore, this research is carried out to identify sub-districts experiencing the fastest population growth and the accommodated capacity. Population issues must be a central point of sustainable development allowing every resident and future generations to live healthily, prosperously, productively, and harmoniously with the environment. The relationship between population growth rate (PGR) and spatial aspects such as healthcare facilities, trade facilities, transportation facilities, government offices, education facilities, industry, and the availability of residential buildings from 2017 to 2022 is determined through Geographic Information System (GIS)-based analysis using statistical methods. The trend of PGR in East Jakarta sub-districts is high in the northwest and north, bordering Central and North Jakarta. Meanwhile, spatial aspects influencing high population growth are the availability of residential buildings and schools. Increased residential buildings and public schools in a sub-district due to the zoning policy in student enrollment are directly proportional to population growth.Received: 2024-07-27 Revised: 2024-10-18 Accepted: 2025-01-30 Published: 2025-02-12

Abstract

Floods are a common natural disaster in West Kalimantan, including in the Melawi Sub-Watershed, causing infrastructure damage, economic losses, and even fatalities. One of the leading causes of flooding is the destruction of catchment areas and significant land cover changes. The Melawi sub-Watershed has numerous mining areas, many of which are illegal, leading to upstream erosion and downstream sedimentation. Therefore, mapping flood-prone areas in the Melawi Sub-Watershed is crucial for disaster mitigation and preventing environmental damage that affects community activities. This study aims to map flood-prone areas in the Melawi Sub-Watershed using a Geographic Information System (GIS) and analyze the factors influencing flood susceptibility. The data include land cover, soil type, slope, elevation, rainfall, river buffers, and historical flood inundation. The overlay method was used to create the flood susceptibility map, involving scoring, weighting, and overlaying. The most dominant flood susceptibility level in the Melawi Sub-Watershed is moderate, covering 48.21% of the total area, mainly in the downstream regions. Meanwhile, the low flood susceptibility category is more prevalent upstream, with higher topography and land cover well-preserved.
