Abstract

The ability of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers to utilize information and communication technology (ICT) is crucial for maximizing the learning process in today’s digital era. However, there are still obstacles and challenges faced by teachers in effectively integrating ICT into teaching and learning activities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of PAUD teachers’ competence in using ICT and to identify various barriers that hinder its implementation. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects consisting of 6 school principals and 12 PAUD teachers. Data collection techniques included documentation studies in the form of surveys, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis used interactive techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results show that all aspects of ICT utilization in early childhood education namely ICT understanding (80.55%), curriculum and assessment (83.33%), pedagogy (77.77%), ICT use (80.55%), organizational and administrative functions (87.03%), and teacher professional development (83.33%) fall into the good category and demonstrate optimal implementation. It can be concluded that PAUD teachers have adequate competence in utilizing information and communication technology to support the learning process. This implies that enhancing PAUD teachers’ ICT skills is essential to support innovative and relevant learning in line with current developments.

Abstract

Purpose. This study aims to examine the implementation of disaster management information systems in improving work productivity at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Palangka Raya City. The research focuses on how integrated organizational structures and the use of supporting technologies contribute to more effective disaster response and coordination. Materials and Methods. A qualitative approach was employed using data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The study involved key informants from BPBD and utilized triangulation to ensure the validity of findings. Results. The findings indicate that the integrated structure of BPBD, supported by technologies such as the PERISAI application and the 112-emergency call centre service, has significantly improved data management and disaster response coordination. However, challenges remain in the form of limited human resources and low public awareness regarding the disaster information system. These limitations hinder the optimal utilization of the system and its potential benefits in disaster mitigation and response. Conclusions. Continuous staff training and intensive public outreach are needed to enhance understanding and participation in disaster mitigation efforts. The study highlights the importance of developing adaptive disaster information systems, strengthening human resource capacity, and increasing community education as key elements for effective disaster management at the regional government level

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to implement information technology and all community activities in using technology to support operations and management at PT. Gojek Indonesia. Management information systems that are developing at this time provide convenience facilities for technological advances so that they are fast in capturing the information needed for decision making. Information systems in essence existed before the creation of technology that was created at this time, but with a computer-based information system it can provide steps and breakthroughs that are considered fast, precise and also accurate in processing fiber processing data. E-commerce in the current electronic trading system or also called e-commerce or is said to be the distribution, purchase, sale, marketing of goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet such as the internet or television, websites or other computer networks. E-commerce can make things easier by using electronic systems. The application of e-commerce at PT. Gojek Indonesia is well integrated. The results can be seen from the structure of the application offered has provided a conceptual framework form by connecting between processes and also the interface of an e-commerce application, with consumers ordering, the service process until the completion of the services that have been used.

Abstract

Sustainable fisheries management requires accurate and digitalized catch data. Cikidang Fishing Port in Pangandaran holds significant potential; however, its current data collection system remains suboptimal. This study aims to formulate a strategy for optimizing fisheries data collection by identifying data flow processes and conducting a SWOT analysis, in order to strengthen an adaptive, accountable, and evidence-based fisheries information system that supports effective governance. The research was conducted at Cikidang Fishing Port involved direct observations and secondary data analysis, followed by the development of an optimization strategy based on internal and external factors derived from the SWOT framework. The result research showed that catch data collection is still predominantly carried out manually, with limited use of the digital Fisheries Port Information Center application. Nonetheless, coordination between data officers and auction stakeholders operates relatively well and serves as a key strength in the data collection process. The strengths of the current system lie in effective communication among staff, the presence of active enumerators, and the availability of basic infrastructure. Identified weaknesses include limited adoption of digital technologies and insufficient human resource capacity. Opportunities include policy support for data digitalization from the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and potential cross-sector collaborations. Major threats involve the sustainability of fishery resources and the lack of active participation from fishers in data reporting. The proposed strategies include expanding the implementation of e-logbooks, enhancing enumerator training, strengthening interagency coordination, and conducting educational outreach to fishers. These strategies are expected to foster the development of a more efficient, accurate, and data-driven fisheries data system that supports sustainable fisheries management at the local level.

Abstract

General Background: Accounting information system is an important tool for profit and non-profit organisations, which supports the preparation of financial statements that are critical for managerial decision making. Specific Background: In the domain of behavioural accounting, the emphasis is not only on recording financial transactions but also on understanding how human behaviour affects the interpretation and utilisation of accounting information. Knowledge Gaps: Previous research has identified limited or insignificant effects of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on users' interest and intensity in using accounting information systems, indicating a gap in understanding system adoption behaviour. Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards use, and intensity of use on the actual use of co-operative accounting information systems, and to assess user acceptance of such systems in financial reporting. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with path analysis to evaluate the hypothesised relationships. Results: The findings showed significant positive effects among most of the variables, except for the insignificant effect of perceived ease of use on usage intensity. Novelty: This challenges the basic tenet of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which states that ease of use should drive usage behaviour. Implications: Improving perceived usefulness should be prioritised over simplicity to increase system adoption.

Abstract

This research examined the implementation of a management information system using digital madrasah report cards at MTs Muhammadiyah Malino, focusing on three main aspects: how the system was implemented, the supporting and hindering factors, and its impact. This qualitative study employed observation, documentation, and interviews with the head of the madrasah, the vice principal for curriculum, the operator, class advisers, and educators. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicated that the implementation of this system was relatively successful in both planning and execution. The head of the madrasah conducted socialization sessions, and the operator received district- and provincial-level training before implementation. During execution, administrative staff assisted teachers in overcoming difficulties, and system usage was scheduled in turns to minimize server issues. Key supporting factors included the availability of computers that met the system’s requirements and a stable internet connection. This study recommends that the Ministry of Religious Affairs improve the digital madrasah report card application to facilitate student and parent access. The madrasah head and operator should ensure adequate training for teachers in managing educational digitalization. Additionally, infrastructure support and human resource readiness must be strengthened to optimize the system’s implementation.

Abstract

Early childhood education (PAUD) is an important stage in a child's development because it becomes the foundation for learning at the next level. In the context of education in Indonesia, Kindergarten (TK) has a strategic role in forming a strategic role in shaping a child's cognitive, social and emotional aspects. Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal Kindergarten (ABA Kindergarten) located on Jl. Tegalwulung, Jatibarang Village, Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency, currently still uses conventional methods in recording children's daily development. Every month, the development data is summarized and retyped conventionally using Microsoft Word to be made into a report or report card. This process is not only time-consuming, but also prone to human error, especially because the filling is done descriptively and differently for each child. In addition, the limited human resources (HR) who understand the use of computers is a challenge in accelerating and simplifying the process of preparing report cards. This study aims to analyze the current system using observation methods, interviews, library research studies, and questionnaire distribution. The analysis was conducted through a survey of the current system, identification of weaknesses, and gathering information needs. Based on the findings of this analysis, further research will design a website-based report card information system that is expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of descriptive report card preparation. This system will help teachers manage child development data in a structured, timely, and error-free manner.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the use of information technology in the government sector has become an urgent need to improve efficiency, transparency, and public services. Globally, digital transformation in the public sector is encouraging governments in various countries to build technology-based systems to strengthen governance and public participation (Nurkartika, 2025). In the context of the ever-growing digital transformation of government, the need for adaptive and responsive information systems is essential, especially in managing regulations and conducting public satisfaction surveys. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Regulatory Information System and Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) Survey at the Gunungsitoli City Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD). The software development method used is Waterfall, including the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In the implementation process, the system was built using the CodeIgniter 3 framework and SBAdmin template, with PHP, HTML, and CSS programming languages, and a MySQL database. Testing was carried out using the Blackbox Testing method and showed that all main features of the system, such as regulatory management, IKM survey input, and report generation, functioned validly. These results confirm that the system is capable of supporting agency operational efficiency, increasing public transparency, and strengthening the principles of good governance. Thus, this research not only contributes to improving the quality of public services, but also opens up opportunities for developing similar systems in other government agencies.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly competitive business competition, the use of information technology has become a crucial aspect in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations. Especially for companies engaged in the manufacturing sector, accurate management of production costs is an important basis for determining selling prices and maintaining competitiveness in the market. Increasingly fierce business competition demands companies to have an efficient and accurate cost management system, especially in the manufacturing industry. PT Anggadarma Kalimusada, as a printing company, faces challenges in calculating production costs accurately because it still uses manual methods. This study aims to design a web-based production cost information system by applying the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method to improve accuracy in determining the cost of goods manufactured. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a Waterfall model software development approach. The system was developed using the PHP Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The research results show that the system is capable of identifying activities, allocating cost drivers, and accurately calculating production costs per unit. The system also provides features for activity input, cost driver recording, production cost calculations, and cost of goods manufactured reports. By implementing the ABC method, this system provides more representative cost information and serves as a basis for managerial decision-making. This system is expected to help companies improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing production costs.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, IT infrastructure needs to be supported by an evaluation system where the evaluation is needed to assess and consider whether the work processes that have been implemented are feasible or need further improvements. This study aims to conduct an information technology governance audit at LKP FARAFI using the COBIT 2019 framework with a focus on two process domains, namely DSS01 (Manage Operations) and DSS06 (Manage Business Process Controls). At LKP FARAFI there are problems in the activities of managed human resources and managed data. To ensure the process runs smoothly, the researcher conducted an audit process with the stages of Literature Study, Interviews and Questionnaires. This audit was motivated by problems in data management and human resources that are not optimal. The data analysis methods used in this study are Opportunity Analysis and GAP Analysis. The IT processes used are DSS01 and DSS06. The measurement results show that the level of process capability in the DSS01 and DSS06 domains is still at level 1 (Performed Process), while the expected level is level 4 (Quantitatively Managed Process). The average GAP in the DSS01 process was 2.66 and DSS06 was 2.48, indicating a significant gap between the existing and target conditions. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were given to improve the IT capabilities at LKP FARAFI, which currently reaches level 1.
