Abstract

State revenue from taxes has not yet reached its full potential due to non-compliance among taxpayers. Taxpayer compliance can be influenced by the low level of public understanding regarding tax obligations and tax information systems. To create a tax-conscious generation, tax counseling activities are necessary. The purpose of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to improve the understanding of students at SMAN 1 Bangsal regarding tax obligations and tax information systems in order to increase their awareness of their tax responsibilities. The PKM activities were carried out using a counseling method for 11th-grade students of SMAN 1 Bangsal by the PKM team from the Accounting Study Program of UNUSA. The implementation method consisted of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results after the counseling show an increase in students’ knowledge about taxation. The conclusion of this PKM activity is that tax socialization can enhance the understanding of SMAN 1 Bangsal students about tax obligations and tax information systems, thereby helping to create a tax-conscious generation. Abstrak. Penerimaan negara berasal dari pajak belum maksimal akibat wajib pajak yang tidak patuh. Kepatuhan  wajib  pajak dapat disebabkan oleh tingkat pemahaman masyarakat tentang kewajiban perpajakan dan system informasi perpajakan rendah. Untuk menciptakan generasi sadar pajak perlu diadakan penyuluhan. Tujuan PKM adalah meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMAN 1 Bangsal terhadap kewajiban perpajakan dan system informasi perpajakan agar meningkatkan kesadaran tentang kewajiban perpajakan mereka.  Kegiatan  PKM dilakukan  dengan  metode penyuluhan kepada  siswa  kelas XI SMAN 1 Bangsal oleh tim PKM prodi Akuntansi UNUSA. Metode  pelaksanaan  yang  digunakan  terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil yang didapat setelah penyuluhan adalah pengetahuan siswa tentang pajak meningkat. Kesimpulan dari    kegiatan  PKM ini adalah sosialisasi pajak dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMAN 1 Bangsal tentang kewajiban perpajakan dan system informasi perpajakan sehingga dapat menciptakan  generasi sadar pajak.

Abstract

The rapid escalation of the Industrial Revolution has positioned digital transformation as a strategic imperative across industries, significantly influencing the fundamental reorientation of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. This study aims to provide a comparative analysis of how digitalization—particularly through the adoption of Industrial 4.0–based Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)—enhances the effectiveness of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) functions. Using a systematic literature review and qualitative descriptive analysis, this research synthesizes conceptual frameworks, functional impacts, and implementation challenges. The results indicate that HRIS 4.0 functions as a transformative infrastructural bridge that requires integration within a holistic framework aligned with the efficiency demands of Industry 4.0 and the human-centered principles of Society 5.0. Core SHRM functions have undergone significant metamorphosis due to advancements in AI and data analytics, contributing to operational improvements—particularly enhancing recruitment efficiency by up to 67%. Nevertheless, implementation challenges persist, including digital skill gaps and data security risks. Therefore, sustaining SHRM effectiveness in this era requires the ethical alignment of HRIS 4.0, positioning HR professionals—especially HR Business Partners (HRBPs)—as strategic catalysts who leverage AI-driven strategies while maintaining a strong focus on human capability development and value creation.

Abstract

Broadcast media encompassing television, radio, public broadcasting, and digital platforms plays a central and increasingly significant role within the sphere of contemporary societal life. The content presented, particularly in the form of advertising, entertainment, information, and public services, possesses the capability to transform the way individuals access knowledge, consume leisure, and utilize public facilities. This paper aims to elaborate upon and describe these four essential functions of broadcast media, analyze their implications, and delineate the interconnection and functional integration of media amidst the progress of the digital era. In the digital age, these four media functions no longer operate in isolation (siloism) but tend to integrate with one another through the mechanism of convergence within a single platform ecosystem, as evidenced by platforms such as YouTube or TikTok. This convergence facilitates simultaneous and streamlined access for the public to a diverse range of needs. Consequently, this integration necessitates the strengthening of digital literacy among the audience to enable critical content filtering and the mitigation of potential negative impacts. A comprehensive understanding of broadcast media functions constitutes an essential prerequisite for ensuring their optimal utilization for the public good and supporting national development.

Abstract

Introduction: Management Information System (SIM) is one of the most important assets in the era of globalization. The role of technology makes information processing easier because processing is very necessary so that the information produced can be useful for its users, especially in pharmaceutical warehouse drug inventory. The results of the initial survey through interviews showed that there were problems at dr. Suyudi like the discrepancy between the data on drug stock inventory in the computer inventory system and the drug stock in the pharmaceutical warehouse. The purpose of the research is to analyze human resources, SPO, Data, Software, Hardware of drug inventory management information systems in pharmaceutical warehouses. Methods: Descriptive qualitative research design with purposive sampling technique. Data collection instruments are in the form of interview guidelines, observation and document review. Results: The results of human resources research (can run smoothly if supported by human resources who have adequate quality and capacity). SPO (SPO is available but the applicable SPO has not been carried out optimally by pharmacists). Data (the existence of data can help officers in minimizing errors and losses). Software (can help ease the work because the supply of drug data is already stored on the computer but the obstacle is often errors and slow). Hardware (important to support the smooth flow of drug supply activities through the hospital SIM application and facilities are in accordance with standards). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the management will evaluate the supply of drugs in the pharmaceutical warehouse in using the hospital driver's license.

Abstract

Purpose: Due to the upgrade of technology, it has swapped the methods of controlling human beings in companies. In this context, finding the elements influencing the success of the HRIS in ABC manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd was the current research motive. Research methodology: The study design was deductive and quantitative. Moreover, primary data with Scale questionnaire was utilized for data gathering. 30 executives were selected in ABC manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd have directly dealt with the HRI System. Further, data analysis did through regression analysis. Results: The results confirmed that the success of HRIS was significantly impacted by the internal environmental elements and the external environmental elements. Also, found that internal environmental factors have the highest influence on the success of HRIS compared with the rest. Limitations: The respondents chosen for the study were 30 in one single company. Instead, the researcher selected two determinants only. Contribution: The researcher is motivated through this study because electronic, personal applications are now highly concern in local companies. The research findings can apply to organizations in third-world profiles to boost their HRI systems' efficacy. Abstract

Purpose: This paper aimed to introduce a comprehensive model for integrating project management information systems in project-based organizations. Research methodology: The proposed model is presented hierarchically through a comprehensive literature review and a review of several national projects in Iran. Validation of this model was done in two ways. On the one hand, expert opinions were asked about it through several interviews. On the other hand, the model was used in some national projects and its deficiencies were identified. Finally, the necessary modifications were made to the model. Results: In this study, it became clear that a comprehensive, integrated project management information system at its macro level should consist of three subsystems, including project warden, project administrator and project employer that mutual exchange of information should be done well between them. It was also found that this mutual information exchange should also exist among the components of each of these subsystems. Limitation: This research only described in project based organizations. Contribution: The Project Management Information System (PMIS) model provided in this research is the most comprehensive models in this scope for project-based organizations that have considered all aspects of project management. Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of information media related to prohibited items in enhancing the operational efficiency of the Passenger Security Check Point (PSCP) at Terminal 2, Juanda International Airport. The frequent confiscation of items such as liquids, lighters, and scissors, along with the occurrence of long queues, reflects passengers’ limited awareness of carry-on baggage restrictions. The study aims to analyze the strategic placement and effectiveness of information media in improving passenger awareness of security procedures. Using a qualitative method through observations, interviews with Aviation Security personnel and passengers, and field documentation, the study found that the current information media such as posters and digital boards, are placed in non-strategic locations and are therefore ineffective in delivering key messages to passengers. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on evaluating information media placement and its direct impact on the efficiency of PSCP operations. The findings are expected to contribute to improving airport security communication strategies using strategically placed and multilingual digital media, thereby reducing prohibited items and streamlining the security screening process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa Peningkatan Kinerja Berdasarkan Inovasi Teknologi yang mendorong Human Resources Information System Success melalui Komitmen Afektif sebagai variabel intervening. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini adalah Inovasi Karyawan dan Human Resources Information System, variabel dependent adalah Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan untuk variabel intervening adalah Komitmen Afektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank X Tbk dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 karyawan. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh sampel sebagai sumber informasi. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Model Partial Laest Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) inovasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektir, 2) Human resources information system berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektir, 3) Inovasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) Human resources information system tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, 5) Komitmen afektir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 6) Inovasi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen afektir, 7) Human resources information system tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen afektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh bentuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen terintegral terhadap pelayanandan dari pembahasan dan kajian berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terhadap responden yang adamaka dapat di simpulkan bahwa beberapa hal diantaranya Responden yang telah memberikan waktunya untuk di wawancarai,baik yang dari dalam PT Pelindo IV begitu pula responden mitra yaitu perusahaan pelayaran, responden yang ada menyampaikan bahwa kemengertian petugas di luar PT Pelindo belum memahami tentang sistem terintegral yang ada.Penyebabnya Belum maksimal proses sosialisasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan atas sistem terintegralyang ada secara merata sehinga sering ditemukan dilapangan para mitra PT Pelindo IV mengalami kesulitan perihal sistem tersebut. Dilain pihak Reward / Penghargaan masih belum menjadi prioritas dalam memotifasi / menumbuh kembangkan kinerja baik kepada mitra kerja PT Pelindo maupun di PT Pelindo itu sendiri. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisa faktor faktor yang ada dalam analisa SWOT terlihat bahwa secara internal Strategi (K, P) PT Pelindo harus menggunakan kekuatan di dalam internal PT Pelindo IV untuk meraih peluang yang ada di eksternal PT Pelindo kaitannya dengan pengetahuan yang baik terkait sistem terintegral agar proses kerja lebih maksimal. Berikut Strategilainnya (K, A)harus Menggunakan kekuatan PT Pelindo IV Untuk menghalau ancaman yang ada yang datangnya dari luar PT Pelindo IV dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan menyangkut sistem yang ada sehingga saat melaksanakan tugas dilapangan antara Petugas pelindo IV dan Pekerja Mitra bisa selaras. Mengingat hampir sebagian besar Keberadaan pegawai perusahaan mitra PT Pelindo yang rata rata berpendidikan SMA dan D3 dengan demikian perlu dilakukan pendampingan yang maksimal, Kendala yang paling mengganggu pekerjaan dilapagan saat menginput,Mengupload seluruh format laporan berdasarkan jawaban responden hampir mengalami hambatan karenaJaringan internettidak maksimal sehingga menjadi kendala saat proses kerja penginputan oleh Mitra Kerja Pelindo

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of integrity, competence, workload, and information technology on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The study was conducted at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The research sample consisted of 58 TKPK employees working at Bapenda Surakarta City, using a census sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that integrity has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Competence has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Workload has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. The utilization of information technology has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City. Integrity, competence, workload, and The utilization of information technology has a simultaneous and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Bapenda Office of Surakarta City.
