Abstract

There was a decrease in the character of student discipline due to Covid 19, where students studied online at home. This relates to the application of parenting style applied by parents. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of parenting style, influencing factors and parents' solutions in the formation of students' disciplinary character. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data validation techniques use triangulation of sources and techniques as well as data analysis techniques by collecting, presenting, reducing, and drawing conclusions of data. The results of the study show that 1) The application of democratic parenting by parents produces a good disciplined student attitude, with the parenting style applied by parents, the rights and obligations between children and parents are given in a balanced manner 2) Factors that influence the formation of parenting patterns are parental education, the surrounding environment, and the parents' economy. 3) Parents' solution in improving the formation of student discipline character is always teaching discipline to children in their home environment, applying existing rules in the house and giving punishment when children break these rules.

Abstract

Community service activities in tourism village education were conducted to provide assistance and foster innovations, particularly those based on community participation. The limited involvement of Karang Taruna Sari Muda Manunggal in optimizing the existing tourism potential highlighted the necessity for such activities. Therefore, the community service team organized workshops featuring professional practitioners from Padjer School, an independent organization addressing public issues related to tourism village development. These workshops aimed to enhance community engagement and develop sustainable tourism innovations. The results demonstrated that collaborative participation played a significant role in improving the effectiveness of tourism village development. In conclusion, community assistance involving active public participation was found to accelerate the achievement of sustainable tourism development goals.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of the role of Tanuharjo Village officials in increasing village revenue through the establishment and management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The creation of BUMDes in Tanuharjo Village has proven to be a strategic initiative to maximize village potential and enhance local economic development. This article provides an overview of the service activities that have been carried out, focusing on the critical role of Tanuharjo Village officials in optimizing village income through the establishment, management, and active participation in BUMDes. The BUMDes has played a vital role in creating new jobs, boosting the productivity of key village sectors, and strengthening the local economy. Additionally, BUMDes serves as a platform for encouraging innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit within the village community. Through one-way counseling sessions organized by the Semarang State University service team, the capacity of Tanuharjo Village officials in BUMDes management has been significantly enhanced. The strategies implemented during these activities included the development of new business units by optimizing village resources, the creation of management training programs to improve BUMDes governance, and digital marketing training for human resources. These efforts have successfully increased the understanding and capabilities of village officials, contributing to improved performance in managing BUMDes and increasing village revenue. This service activity has provided practical recommendations for improving BUMDes governance, which are expected to stimulate further economic growth and improve the welfare of the community in Tanuharjo Village.

Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu solusi yang mampu untuk diterapkan dalam menekan akan stunting yang terjadi pada balita dan anak - anak salah satunya adalah melalui (PMT) pemberian makanan tambahan. Masalah stunting merupakan kondisi kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan kurangnya pemenuhan asupan gizi. Serta juga pemenuhan asupan makanan yang tidak sesuai. Maka dari itu, mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang yang tergabung ke dalam program GIAT 5 di Desa Suru. Bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi terkait kepada kader PKK Desa Suru. Terkait dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan PMT. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan.. Output dari kegiatan ini adalah laporan kegiatan dalam berbentuk artikel pengabdian mahasiswa di masyarakat desa. Serta sosialisasi dan penyuluhan yang menghasilkan produk berupa Nugget GIAT sebagai pencegah terjadinya masalah stunting, yang mana dapat dibuat dengan mudah dan murah oleh masyarakat.Abstract. One solution that is able to be applied in suppressing stunting that occurs in toddlers and children is through supplementary feeding (PMT). Stunting problem is a health condition related to the lack of fulfillment of nutritional intake. As well as the fulfillment of inappropriate food intake. Therefore, Semarang State University students who are members of the GIAT 5 program in Suru Village. Aims to provide socialization related to membership of PKK Suru Village. Related to the socialization and training of PMT food making. The method used in this activity is through socialization and counseling activities.. The Output of this activity is an activity report in the form of student service articles in the village community. Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu bentuk kreativitas yang dapat dilakukan pada siswa jenjang sekolah dasar adalah dengan membuat kerajinan batik shibori. Batik shibori adalah salah satu jenis batik yang menggunakan teknik jumputan dalam proses pembuatannya. Dengan mengikatkan tali ataupun karet pada kain. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pencelupan kepada warna sesuai dengan selera masing - masing. Teknik tersebut dapat menghasilkan warna dan motif yang beraneka ragam. Maka dari itu, tim GIAT Angkatan 5 Universitas Negeri Semarang di Desa Suru. Mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan batik shibori kepada siswa kelas 5 SD N 03 Suru. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih keterampilan siswa dalam berkarya dan juga produktif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan praktek pembuatan batik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juli 2023. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah antusias dari para siswa dalam membuat motif shibori serta produk batik shibori yang berwujud tas.Abstract. One form of creativity that can be done on elementary school students is to make batik shibori. Shibori Batik is one type of batik that uses jumputan techniques in the manufacturing process. By tying a rope or rubber on the fabric. Then proceed with the dyeing process to the color according to each taste. The technique can produce diverse colors and motifs. Therefore, the enterprising team of the 5th batch of Semarang State University in Suru Village. Held shibori batik training for 5th grade students of SD N 03 Suru. This activity aims to train students ' skills in working and also be productive. The method applied in this activity is training and practice to make a batik. This activity was held on July 26, 2023. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of behavior on investor intentions. This study uses primary data. The sample used was 100 respondents, namely people who have invested, have worked and have a fixed income. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling, precisely the respondent accidental technique by distributing questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative research, then the data was analyzed using research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multicollinearity tests, multiple regression analysis (regression models, determination coefficients, F tests, t tests), and classical assumption tests (heteroscedasticity tests, normality, assistance and autocorrelation) with the SPSS software program version 25.0. The results showed that financial behavior has a positive and significant effect on investment intentions. This shows that the better a person's level of financial behavior, the better their investment intentions will be. Investment knowledge has a positive and significant effect on investment intentions. This shows that the better a person's level of investment knowledge, the better their investment intentions will be. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment intentions. This shows that the better a person's level of financial literacy, the better their investment intentions will be.

Abstract

The problem of corruption in Indonesia has become a public conversation, both through the news, electronic media and social media. This is related to corruption cases and corrupt behavior that occurs everywhere. In fact, in almost all regions of Indonesia with various types and modes. Corrupt behavior has penetrated every element of the nation, even though we all know that corruption is immoral behavior. The large number of corruption cases requires efforts to prevent them, one of which is by strengthening anti-corruption attitudes. Strengthening anti-corruption attitudes is one way of education in forming a mental attitude in a person who is structured to behave anti-corruption. The aim of strengthening anti-corruption attitudes is broad and comprehensive depending on age, education and environment, as long as a person is able and able to receive character education. The importance of strengthening anti-corruption attitudes at SMP IT Gunungpati among teachers and students has led the Semarang State University service team to help overcome this problem by strengthening anti-corruption attitudes among students in the form of service "Strengthening Anti-Corruption Attitudes for Teachers and Students at SMP IT Gunungpati". This service focuses on (1) Providing teachers and students with an understanding of the importance of fighting corruption in the future; (2) Providing reinforcement to teachers regarding learning to instill anti-corruption values ​​in their students; (3) Providing training in implementing strengthening anti-corruption attitudes in daily life as a student; (4) Provide dedication to the implementation of anti-corruption characteristics within a certain period of time.The results of this service will later be published in the Regular National Journal with ISSN (Non Sinta) as well as print and electronic mass media and video. The objectives that are the objectives in implementing this community service activity are (1) Teachers and students have an understanding of anti-corruption character; (2) Teachers have anti-corruption character values ​​that can be applied to students; (3) Students understand how to implement anti-corruption characteristics; (4) Students are able to become initiators of the implementation of anti-corruption characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi transformasi pendidikan melalui integrasi teknologi pembelajaran imersif di era Metaverse, dengan fokus pada pendidikan modern. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis konten sebagai metodologi utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan mendalam terhadap literatur terkait dan penelitian terkini dalam bidang teknologi pembelajaran imersif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi pembelajaran imersif dalam pendidikan modern dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa, memfasilitasi pembelajaran kolaboratif, dan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam dan interaktif. Namun, tantangan seperti aksesibilitas, kurikulum yang sesuai, dan pelatihan bagi pendidik perlu diatasi untuk meraih potensi penuh transformasi pendidikan di era Metaverse.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik untuk menganalisis evolusi konsep Work-Life Balance (WLB) dalam literatur akademis. Dengan melibatkan lebih dari 980 publikasi dari tahun 1998 hingga 2024, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang tren penelitian, kontributor kunci, dan kolaborasi peneliti terkait WLB. Analisis jaringan penulis dan klaster tema mengidentifikasi isu-isu penting yang berkembang seiring waktu. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak transformasi global pada angkatan kerja, perubahan fokus akibat pandemi COVID-19, serta tren penelitian yang akan datang. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyediakan dasar untuk kolaborasi penelitian lebih lanjut, memfasilitasi pengembangan penelitian yang holistik dan berkelanjutan.
