Abstract

This study aims to develop a motor electrical installation teaching module based on Zelio Logic software to improve the learning outcomes of eleventh-grade students in the Electrical Power Installation Engineering program at SMKN 3 Jombang. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were 36 students of class XI TITL. The research instruments included material and media expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, cognitive learning outcome tests, and psychomotor observation sheets. The results showed that the teaching module achieved a very high level of validity, with scores of 90.87% from material experts and 91.79% from media experts. The practicality test result showed a percentage of 82.30%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness of the module was reflected in the improvement of students’ cognitive learning outcomes, where the average pretest score of 43.47 increased to 81.8 in the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.67 categorized as moderate. In addition, students’ psychomotor learning outcomes also improved, with the learning mastery level reaching 86%. Therefore, the Zelio Logic software-based teaching module is proven to be feasible and effective for use in the teaching and learning process of motor electrical installation subjects.

Abstract

Community Service activity aims to provide training on developing teaching modules for the Merdeka Curriculum in the Arabic language subject to enhance teachers' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), considering the numerous challenges faced by educators, particularly in adapting to the new curriculum. The applied methods are as follows: (1) Counseling, using techniques such as lectures, Q&A, and discussions on teaching module development; (2) Training, employing techniques like observing models, guiding, and mentoring teachers as they practice composing Arabic language modules according to their assigned duties; and (3) Demonstration, involving techniques such as presentations, simulations, and reflection on the training activities. The results indicate an increase in teachers' professionalism in designing learning tools and a more mature understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum system, reflected in the successful execution of the counseling and mentoring sessions which yielded ready-to-use draft teaching modules.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan Modul Ajar Fisika berbasis model discovery learning yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang meliputi tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar (pre-test dan post-test). Lembar validasi digunakan untuk menilai kevalidan Modul Ajar Fisika, angket respon untuk mengukur kepraktisan, dan tes hasil belajar untuk mengetahui keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan Modul Ajar Fisika berdasarkan penilaian validator yaitu sebesar 89,3% dan 96% dengan kategori valid dan reliabel, kepraktisan Modul Ajar Fisika berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik memperoleh skor 87% dengan kategori sangat praktis, dan keefektifan Modul Ajar Fisika berdasarkan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,74 dengan kategori cukup efektif. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa Modul Ajar fisika yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of a teaching module based on diversity using the PBL (problem Based Learning) model for eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Peusangan. The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach, and the design applied is one group pretest and posttest. The research sample consists of 20 students. The data collection instrument is a test on speech materials before and after the treatment. Data analysis techniques are conducted through descriptive statistical tests, normality tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov), hypothesis statistical tests or t-tests (Paired Sample Test), and N-Gain tests to see effectiveness. Before the treatment, the average score was 56.00, and after the treatment, the average score of students increased to 89.45, with the highest score being 100 from the assessment results of the speech text test using the diversity-based teaching module. This module not only enhances academic performance but also instills a sense of empathy, tolerance, and appreciation for the diversity of race, ethnicity, culture, and religion.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa modul ajar yang menggabungkan pendekatan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan STEM. Modul ini pum disertai Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) sebagai pendukung, dengan harapan dapat membantu memperkuat keterampilan literasi matematika siswa, terutama dalam topik statistika. Proses pengembangannya mengacu pada model 4-D, Penelitian ini tidak mencakup seluruh tahapan yang ada namun hanya difokuskan pada tiga tahap utama, yaitu define, design, dan develop. Hasil yang diperoleh menandakan bahwa modul ajar yang sudah dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kualitas yang baik. Dari sisi validitas, penilaian para ahli menghasilkan skor rata-rata 4,32 yang tergolong dalam kategori sangat valid. Pada segi kepraktisan, siswa memberikan respons positif dengan rata-rata 4,05 (kategori praktis), sedangkan guru memberikan penilaian sebesar 4,28 yang masuk kategori sangat praktis. Tidak hanya itu, efektivitas perangkat ini juga terlihat dari peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan membandingkan nilai pretest dan posttest yang mengalami kenaikan, serta nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,77 yang tergolong tinggi. Oleh karena itu, bisa disimpulkan bahwa alat bantu pembelajaran berbasis PBL–STEM ini layak digunakan karena sudah terbukti valid, praktis, serta efektif untuk mendukung peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa.

Abstract

Research on the development of deep learning-based teaching modules  with the Problem Based Learning model  on electron configuration materials aims to determine the feasibility, response of students and teachers, and its effectiveness on student learning outcomes. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model which includes the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. However, this research is only limited to  the development stage  which includes product development and trials limited to 12 students. Data was collected through expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, then analyzed descriptively quantitative and the effectiveness of the modules were analyzed using N-Gain. Based on the results of the limited trial, it was shown that the teaching modules developed were feasible and practical to use, and the N-Gain analysis  showed that 75% of students were in the high category, 25% in the medium category, and there was no low category, with an average N-Gain of 0.77 (high category). This shows that deep learning-based teaching modules  with the Problem Based Learning  model are effective in improving student learning outcomes in electron configuration materials. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Namun, penelitian ini hanya dibatasi sampai tahap develop yang mencakup pengembangan produk dan uji coba terbatas pada 12 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi ahli, angket respons guru dan peserta didik, serta tes hasil belajar, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan efektivitas modul dianalisis menggunakan N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar yang dikembangkan layak dan praktis digunakan, serta analisis N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa 75% peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi, 25% kategori sedang, dan tidak terdapat kategori rendah, dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,77 (kategori tinggi). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar berbasis deep learning dengan model Problem Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi konfigurasi elektron.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar digital interaktif untuk pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada topik “Resensi” menggunakan aplikasi Book Creator dan mengevaluasi implementasinya di perguruan tinggi vokasi (Politeknik). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RD) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Modul yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media serta diuji coba kepada 38 mahasiswa Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan 20 butir yang mengukur aspek kemudahan penggunaan, keterlibatan belajar, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan hasil belajar. Analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa merespons positif: 94,7% menyatakan pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan, 89,5% merasa lebih kreatif mengekspresikan ide, 97,4% melaporkan pemahaman struktur penulisan lebih baik, dan 97,4% puas dengan pengalaman belajar secara keseluruhan. Modul berbasis Book Creator efektif menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik, kreatif, dan kolaboratif, serta mendukung pengembangan kompetensi berbahasa Indonesia yang relevan dengan literasi digital abad ke-21. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah modul digital interaktif merupakan solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa di pendidikan vokasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of use of technology in the production of teaching materials in schools. Even though there are adequate facilities for making teaching materials using technology. The reason teachers do not make the most of the existing facilities is because of a lack of time and not enough ability to design teaching materials using technology. This research aims to develop a valid, practical and effective e-module using canva in Indonesian language learning in grade IV of elementary school. This type of research uses a type of development research. The development model used is the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The e-modules that have been designed are then validated by validators of material experts, linguists, media experts, and driving teachers using validation sheets in the form of questionnaires. The practicality of the product is carried out by filling out a questionnaire of teacher and student responses. The effectiveness test was carried out by giving pre-test and post-test questions to students. The results of this research obtained e-modules that are valid, practical, and effective to be used in the learning process. The validation results of four validators, namely material experts, linguists, media experts, and driving teachers, obtained a final result of 93% with the category "Very Valid". The practicality results of the questionnaire responses of teachers and students in the test school were 90.55% while in the school where the research was conducted obtained the final result of 94.52% with the category "Very Practical". The effectiveness results showed an increase in pre-test and post-test results. It can be concluded that the use of "E-Module (Teaching Materials) Using Canva in Indonesian Language Learning in Grade IV Elementary School" has proven to be valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Mathematical connection ability is one of the important competencies that need to be developed so that students are able to relate mathematical concepts to other mathematical concepts, other fields of science, and the context of everyday life. However, in reality, the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students is still relatively low, one of which is caused by the limitations of conventional teaching materials and the lack of utilization of interactive digital technology. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of Flip PDF Professional-based e-modules on the material of flat shapes, and to test their validity and effectiveness in improving the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of the research trial involved fifth-grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 2 Peusangan Siblah Krueng. The research instruments included expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and mathematical connection ability tests. The validation results showed that the developed e-module was in the very feasible category based on the assessment of media, material, and language experts. The results of the product trial also showed a very positive response from students. The effectiveness test using the N-gain calculation showed a value of 0.82, a high score, indicating that the Flip PDF Professional-based e-module is effective in improving students' mathematical connection skills. Therefore, the Flip PDF Professional-based e-module is feasible and effective for use as a digital teaching material in elementary school mathematics.

Abstract

Modul pembelajaran merupakan salah satu bahan ajar sistematis yang dirancang untuk membantu peserta didik mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara mandiri dan terarah sesuai dengan krakteristik materi dan lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul berbasis ekosistem mangrove sebagai bahan ajar IPA bagi siswa SMP di wilayah pesisir Lombok Tengah dan Lombok Timur serta mendeskripsikan tingkat kelayakannya sebagai bahan ajar kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang difokuskan pada tahap analisis, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Pada tahap analisis, peneliti melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan, analisis kurikulum, dan kajian potensi ekosistem mangrove. Tahap perancangan meliputi penyusunan capaian pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, struktur materi, dan desain tampilan modul. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan melalui penyusunan produk, validasi ahli, dan revisi berdasarkan masukan validator.  Proses validasi melibatkan ahli media, ahli materi, dan enam guru IPA sebagai pengguna. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa modul memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 81% dari ahli media yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak dan 92,5% dari ahli materi yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layakk, sedangkan hasil penilaian guru berada pada rentang 73,52% hingga 95,23% dengan rata-rata 86,62%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, modul berbasis ekosistem mangrove dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar IPA kontekstual dan berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterlibatan peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan.
