Abstract

Diet tinggi lemak menyebabkan perlemakan hati ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar SGPT. Perlemakan hati dapat ditangani salah satunya dengan antiobesitas alami yaitu ekstrak ashitaba. Kandungan chalcone ashitaba dapat menaikkan ekspresi dan pengeluaran adiponektin, menaikkan fungsi adiposa, serta mengurangi simpanan lipid. Dalam uji coba ini diimplementasikan pada tikus wistar karena mempunyai minim hormon, gen menyerupai manusia, mudah berkembangbiak dan dirawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak daun ashitaba terhadap kadar SGPT tikus wistar yang diberikan diet tinggi lemak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tikus wistar jantan berusia 2-3 bulan dengan berat badan 100-200gram sebanyak 30 ekor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan signifikan antar kelompok yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sig 0,043 (sig α < 0,05). Hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun ashitaba 150mg/kg BB, 300mg/kg BB, dan 600mg/kg BB berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar SGPT tikus wistar yang diberikan diet tinggi lemak.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce English e-modules for students of the informatics engineering study program using the Sigil application. The Sigil application is an application for managing and creating digital books in Epub format. This research is research and development with using the ADDIE development model. This model applies five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The data collection method used questionnaire that given to the expert validator and students. The research results show that the English E-module using the Sigil application is valid and reliable for use in the learning process based on expert validation results, with an average score of 3.8 and included in the valid category. Based on student respondents, it shows that 76% of students feel helped in understanding English material using this E-Module. It is easier for students to study material anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Lecturer work motivation is a condition that has the effect of generating, directing and maintaining behavior related to the lecturer's work environment in achieving organizational goals. The aim of this research is to find out strategies for increasing work motivation of lecturers at the Syarifuddin Lumajang Technology Community Academy. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, observation. Data analysis is divided into three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that. Implementation of strategies to increase lecturers' work motivation is by socializing lecturers' code of ethics, having LPM, socializing rules regarding performance standards, maintaining a balance of reward and punishment. The driving factors for lecturers' work are professionalism, respect, and instilling lecturers' values of struggle. Inhibiting factors are internal factors and external factors such as vision and mission which are not in the same frequency as the foundation's struggles, lecturer relationships and uncomfortable working conditions. The concept of a strategy to increase lecturers' work motivation increases with the indicators being the creation of RPS, teaching materials, the existence of an assessment system. The quality of lecturers can improve the work of lecturers in carrying out the mandate of the tridharma of higher education.

Abstract

Public services are the main indicator of government performance. A step to overcome the weaknesses of public services is the development of digital-based public services. In order to build a strong East Java government structure, the public service innovation of the CETTAR program is examined in this article. Through the website and application, someone can access the CETTAR East Java application. A library research approach was used in this research. Data was collected for research using documentation methods and content analysis techniques for online data monitoring. A study of relevant literature, research and journals was carried out for this research. This study intends to learn more about the innovation of the CETTAR program and the challenges of implementing trustworthy governance. Based on research findings, this program has been running quite effectively, but there are still challenges in the form of a lack of socialization and strategies that are only half-implemented. It is hoped that the general public can benefit from this research, especially the people of East Java and it can be a means of increasing awareness about how important it is to realize good governance, because it cannot be realized without public service innovation. On the other hand, this research is expected to provide advice to government stakeholders. related to continuing to stimulate performance in order to achieve maximum targets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of power on marking quality, namely groove geometry and marking visibility and corrosion rate on AISI 304 stainless steel fiber laser marking material in corrosive seawater media. This is important because based on the results of the analysis report from the information department, the results of fork and spoon products experience corrosion, especially in the area of laser marking results. In this study, the surface of AISI 304 stainless steel material is given laser marking treatment with power variations, namely 20 and 60 W. The results of SEM testing will be carried out to obtain data on the results of groove geometry and visibility of the marking results. Furthermore, the AISI 304 stainless steel material from the marking is immersed in corrosive sea water media for a span of 60, 90 and 120 days to measure the corrosion rate that occurs. As a result, the AISI 304 stainless steel marking material is also subjected to SEM observation to determine the type of corrosion and surface morphology of the laser marking results due to the influence of corrosion that occurs. It is expected that the results of this study will be able to provide recommendations for work process parameters in laser marking that can be applied to spoon and fork products as optimal parameters for improving the quality of better marking results.

Abstract

Olahraga saat kehamilan diketahui dapat mengurangi kelelahan dan nyeri saat kontraksi persalinan karena adanya pelepasan β-endorfin yang berperan sebagai inhibitor respon nyeri (analgesik). β-endorfin juga terbukti mengurangi kelelahan pada otot dan meningkatkan uptake glucose. Sementara itu, insulin telah diketahui juga berperan dalam uptake glucose ke dalam sel. Penelitian experimental menggunakan uji insiliko ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kerja β-endorfin dalam hal ini melalui ikatan pada reseptor insulin dan untuk mengetahui nilai kekuatan dari ikatan β-endorfin pada reseptor insulin dibandingkan dengan ikatan insulin pada reseptor insulin, sehingga dapat mengetahui efek sinergitas ikatan β-endorfin pada reseptor insulin, dan perannya dalam meningkatkan uptake glucose. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat dua model ikatan β-endorfin pada reseptor insulin dengan asam amino yang sama terlibat dalam ikatan insulin, dengan kekuatan ikatan β-endorfin dengan reseptor insulin yang lebih kuat dibandingkan ikatan antara insulin dengan reseptornya.

Abstract

Electrical is an important part of the vehicle system. It is important for Automobile Technology students to master electrical systems. The electrical system learning currently available is still in the form of a trainer board which is intended for getting to know components, understanding basic circuits, and assembling electrical systems. However, this learning media cannot stimulate students to work according to SOPs and think critically. One solution to maximize media trainers is STEIN. STEIN (Smart with Trouble - Arduino Android) is an electrical learning medium that aims to give students experience in diagnosing damage to complex electrical systems. This media was developed using the ADDIE development model. The advantage of STEIN is that it is an open source technology product that has received a positive response from students and teachers.

Abstract

The classroom is a room that functions as a place for theoretical, practical learning activities that do not require special equipment and practice with special tools that are easy to provide. One practice with special tools that is easy to provide is learning Information and Computer Technology (ICT) using a laptop. Not all schools have an ICT practice room. ICT practical activities are carried out in the classroom. Therefore, it is necessary to create guidelines for designing classroom layouts as modifications to classrooms that will be used as ICT practical learning spaces. The method used in designing classroom layouts is an ergonomics approach, namely the Human-Centered Approach. Classroom design using an ergonomics approach is carried out by placing humans at the center of the design or the Human Centered Approach. The design of the classroom layout as an ICT learning space is carried out by adapting to the requirements set out in the Regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which contain classroom requirements and are combined with ergonomic principles. Class layout design begins with creating an initial layout, then a configuration layout and simulating teacher mobility in the configured class layout. The class layout design was made using Microsoft Visio software and the teacher mobility simulation was carried out using Promodel software. From this research, results were obtained in the form of 2 (two) alternative classroom layout designs as ICT learning spaces.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the mathematical communication profile of first year students studying differential material. The research method begins with preparation, data collection, transcription and analysis. A total of 10 students were given math problem sheets, containing contextual story problems consisting of one number regarding differentials. A student was selected as a research subject based on Polya indicators and was interviewed in a semi-structured and in-depth manner to dig up further information and then analyzed using a cognitive lens. The research results show that the research subjects can solve mathematical problems well. The subject can communicate ordinary sentences well into mathematical sentences. The components of words use, visual mediators, narratives, and routines show that students' written mathematical communication skills are very good in solving differential problems.

Abstract

Google Forms is an educational application that teachers use in teaching activities to assess students. Teachers usually create questions, quizzes, and assessments through Google Forms. This research investigated the student's perception of the Google Form application as an instrument for assessment that teachers use. The researcher used a quantitative descriptive method through an online Malang senior high school students’ questionnaire. Twenty-nine students have used Google Forms in English learning for assessment, and to get more information about their perceptions in experiences using it, the researcher needs to give 16 questions in online questionnaires. The researchers found more than a few issues that stimulus the students' online learning process in assessment: In terms of utility, convenience of use, ease of learning, and satisfaction, 62.0% of participants believed that Google Forms is practical. 51.1% of them agree that the application is simple to use. The next component also agrees that 57.1% of the students went through easiness to learn how to utilize the software. The last is about the level of satisfaction; 61.8% of the students experience satisfaction. The results showed that oogle Forms can be very helpful in boosting students' abilities, skills, discipline, and impartial learning through instructional resources.
